    Excellent Headphones

I am very happy with these headphones. The sound quality is excellent - maybe not on par with the premium professional headphones, but I wasn't looking for that. Still, more than adequate for my listening needs. The wireless works very well; I've gone beyond the stated 40 ft range without much interference (it gets pretty choppy by 60 ft, but doesn't lose connection). The microphone works well too for Skype and other calls on my PC. I have not yet used the Bluetooth capability, so cannot speak to that. My only complaint is that I wish there was an audible tone when the batteries needed to be recharged; there is a blinking light, but you can't see that while you're wearing them. Overall, an excellent choice for a wireless headset.

Long battery life, great sound. Easily hooks up to your laptop, cell phones, etc. and can be used on multiple devices. Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Excellent wireless/bluetooth headset for the price!

I really liked the headset over all however I had an issue with the using the microphone on calls with my Surface Pro 4. It would disconnect every few minutes. I am not sure if was the headset or my Surface. When it worked the sound quality was very good and the headset was comfortable.

The headset is very light and super comfortable. I use it mostly for conference calls for work and everyone tells me the audio is crystal clear, and its the same on my end. Battery life is great.

Good overall design and comfortable ear pad but battery does not last very long. It seems that the headset is constantly in communication with the receiver or the bluetooth device and does not have a concept of standby mode. If you forget to switch it off while 'unused' then the battery will inevitably drain.

The purchase is part of my home office set up. Being wireless has helped reduce cable clutter a great deal, the sound quality is awesome and the ear pads does not irritate my ears as other have done in the past. My only issue is with battery life, it does not take me through my 10 hour shift. I have to give it a little charge during my shift so it makes it through.

I bought this to replace Lync enabled Jabra headset that suffered from the cord getting pulled by the dog. This installed very easily and works quite well. The microphone was good reception. The sound quality is good. Not Bose but for conference calls it is nice and clear. The ear pads are foam and large so the fit well. I originally purchased the H600 but found them not very comfortable. Since I am often on calls for house on end comfort is key. The wireless range is good. I can wander to my kitchen and grab coffee, maybe 25 to 30 feet from the PC with no static or diminished quality. I have also listened to music a few times and though I prefer my JVC or Bose, these are not bad.

Works well with bluetooth and dictation software. Good price. One caveat: Driver can be an issue. I have an HP laptop running Windows 7 and had to download an extra driver file to get it to be recognized.

These headphones have been good, but the filter for sound coming from the other end is phenomenal. They are comfy and connect via bluetooth or usb which is very nice as it allows for use even when the battery wears down.

    Wireless Headset

I bought this wireless headset when I started working from home because I work for a call center and have to be available to answer calls, but wanted the flexibility to be able to get up and get a cup of coffee or walk down the hallway to look outside my window without having to turn my phone off to do so. This headset works great for this purpose. A couple of things I do not like about this headset are that it does not stay charged for very long. I work 8 hour days and the charge doesn't last the entire day so I usually have to charge it on my lunch break to make it through an entire work day and even then it still has issues with people being able to hear me. You also can only walk so far away from the receiver before the connection starts to go out and you hear static, which defeats the purpose of being able to walk away from my desk to get a cup of coffee and such. (I should point out my office is not even 20 feet away from my kitchen.) This headset also advertises that there are on ear controls that allow you to answer and hang up the phone from the headset which is one of the main reasons I bought this specific headset. I have not been able to get the on ear controls to work. If I heard my phone ring and I was away from my desk, I wanted to be able to press the on ear controls to answer the phone and not have to run back to my office to answer the phone at my computer.

Hello ekturpin91. We appreciate the feedback and are sorry to hear you're having some issues. For the on ear control, they are all on the same ear as the microphone. The button closest to the microphone is for answering calls. If that's the button you've been trying to use, I would recommend reaching out to Logitech support at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us so that they can dive deeper into the issue. Thank you for shopping Logitech. - Logitech

I really like this head set. The price I got them for at Best Buy made them a great buy. The sound is great when listening to some music, and they are comfortable, at least for as long as I've had them on my head at one time. If the battery life was a little longer and the range a little longer they would be perfect for me. Since I use them when I'm on my laptop in my home office the range isn't a big issue. The also work great in Blue Tooth mode with my Galaxy SIII.

I purchased this to replace a wired headset that suddenly stopped working. I didn't do a lot of research, but Logitech is pretty good. Sound quality is pretty good for Lync calls. That is my main use. I wish there was some sort of way to see the battery level. While you can wear and charge at the same time, meter would have been nice.

Bought the h800 for work and they are great. Everyone has commented on the mic clarity. The charge lasts most of the day (about 6 hrs. on) but I wish you could use them plugged into usb in a corded mode. Unfortunately the battery is both being charged and drained if you use them plugged in so it is not good for the battery.

The Logitech H800 USB Wireless Headset is the perfect match to be used with Dragon Naturally Speaking software. The Headset is capable of being used either wirelessly or via Bluetooth. Once you get beyond the initial set up and having your computer system recognize the headset, the USB Wireless Headset is a quality product.

Love the headphones. Great sound, everyone says I sound clear, comfortable on ears and easy to set up/connect. The only con would be is the battery does not last a full 8-9 hours. So if you have a ton of conference calls, you may need to charge within day. That is the only problem I’ve come across. Highly recommend

A work colleague referred this headset to me. It works great. I work from home occasionally, and when at work I'm at multiple buildings so I don't have a regular office phone. So I'm frequently taking calls on my cell phone and through my laptop on GoTo Meeting or Skype. The headset has two ways to connect wirelessly, either directly through bluetooth (I use this to my iphone), or through an included wireless bluetooth receiver (very small, I leave this plugged into my laptop). I can easily switch between connections depending on my calls. It has good sound quality for phone calls. Others tell me my voice comes through well on the microphone. Sound quality for music is also very good, though not as good as dedicated music headset (I'd rate it 7 of 10 for music). Headset folds nicely for travel or carrying in daily briefcase. Its pretty durable, feels as solid after 3 months of regular use as it did on the first day. Microphone can fold away during use, so it is easier/less distracting for just listening to music. Headset is comfortable...I've worn it for more than 4hrs at a time without any discomfort. Battery lasts quite a while. I haven't had problems running out of battery...I charge it about every 2-3 weeks.
