They are light weight and easy to use. I thought they were going to be heavy and hurt my ears after a prolonged use but they were very comfy.

It's nice that these headphones are wireless, and they include a built-in mic, but the battery doesn't last long, and there's little bass in them compared to a pair of Razer headphones. Like I said, good, not great...

Very good product. Like the wireless feature. Great sound and microphone. Have to remember to charge it with the USB connection. The non-adjustable tension of the over-the-head arms are a little tight. The ear cuffs can be adjusted. Would like more descriptive directions on using the headset. Purchaed from Best Buy, Valley Stream, NY. Sales service was excellent.

Love the sound and battery life of this headset, but I do find that I can't get the full feet mentioned on the packaging. If I go from my computer, to my kitchen sink—Which is 13 feet away from the sensor (I measured)—The sound starts breaking up with a bad connection.

This was one product that I sought after for long and purchased. Reason - it offers both direct blue tooth connectivity to devices such as cell phones, as well as comes with a USB dongle to connect to laptops that come with direct Bluetooth connectivity disabled. The headset has a switch through which at the flick of a finger you can toggle between a laptop connected for Skype/Teams/Webex/Zoom call to a call on cell phone. Battery lasts an amazing 8 hrs to power you through the work day. The headset is incredibly light weight and is probably the most lowest priced high quality headset from a reputed company available in the market. One of two headsets I purchased did stop charging after about a year of use, but when I contacted Logitech support directly, they send me in a replacement at no cost. Great warranty support from them.

I love this headset. I bought it for work when my company went to telemeetings and it was the best thing I ever did!. It's comfortable, and sounds great. Pairs perfectly with the computer or with my phone through bluetooth so I can listen to music. I love not being tied to my desk by a cable.

I work from home and essentially all of my interactions are via Skype, WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc. and this headset has great sound both in the ear set and the mic. However I tire of constantly having to go online to find any instructions

Bought to replace a Jabra wired headset that died after years of use. So far, so good. Comfortable to wear, sound is good and everyone says I come through clearly. Range is about 40-50 feet (through walls) while connected via the usb dongle and Bluetooth range seems a bit further.

Excellent sound quality and microphone, and very good battery life all packaged in a very light weight pair of headphones. It also has excellent range before the sound starts degrading. Would definitely recommend this wireless headset.

After many attempts to find a headset that would work with my pc, I went to best buy and asked what they would suggest. They guided me to this headset and my search was over. Works great, clear sound and great voice recognition.

Logitech has always been a company that makes solid products that don't cost a ton. This is basically the case here. These are light, comfortable, and have good sound quality. I haven't had any noise complaints from the other party on a call, so I'm assuming the noise cancelling works well, but I can't confirm that. Microphone is only on the right, but the boom is adjustable and will basically stay where you put it. They also don't get too hot on your ears after long wear, a little warm, but not as bad as an over the ear set of noise cancelling headphones. You can also use these over Bluetooth or with a USB dongle, so they can work with a wide variety of hardware. I've only owned for a couple week and have seen some complaints in reviews about the charging port breaking. It doesn't seem flimsy, so time will tell, but I'm going to guess at least some of those issues are user caused.

The only thing I might complain about is that the charge does not last my entire 8 hour work day. I can get about 6ish then I have to plug in. I charge during my lunch and breaks most days. But that is a minor inconvenience compared the clarity of sound, reliable connectivity and wireless freedom to move around during my work day for such a good price. Good product.

The audio quality seems good (both speakers & mic). My main frustration was finding & setting the audio controls in order to be able to use it with Skype & other services. It rarely synchronizes with Bluetooth, but at least it has the USB dongle.

I wanted a simple, lightweight, and wireless headset to talk on voicechats/videocalls. I use it professionally and for chats with friends while watching shows/gaming. If you want something simple with decent sound, this headset is perfect. I really don't have anything to complain about. The battery lasts me a whole work day or a long session gaming; the battery got better with use. I used to use Logitech's H600 for years, but I'm glad I finally upgraded to the H800. I think it is worth the upgrade quality wise. I have other headsets for different situations, but these are perfect just for a lightweight use.

I've tried other wireless over-the-head headsets in the past for both my computer and for my cell phone, and this headset is the perfect combination. The sound quality is good enough to enjoy TV and Music on your computer or phone. Sure, it's not production quality audio, but it's still high quality. For me it's worth a slight audio quality trade-off to have the convenience of using wireless with both my computer and cell phone. Headset is easy to set up and use right out of the box. Occasionally it doesn't sync right with the computer, but I just switch it off and back on and then it works fine. Once it syncs it works flawlessly. There is a slight delay with bluetooth, but I think that's normal for wireless headsets. Overall I'd give this headset 4.5 stars out of 5.

I had a wired Plantronics headset that I have been using for a couple of years. About a month ago I had a number of online meetings which my headset audio out just died. I thought it was a computer or application issue. After our IT dept found out that it wasn't I decided to take a look at a few wireless headsets. After talking with a Best Buy sales clerk i decided to buy a Logitech wireless H800 RF on-ear headset. It turns out the issue was my older wired headset. I also found the Logitech headset is even more comfortable even wearing them for several hours at a time. The best part is the sound quality is like being in the same room as the other people on the calls. Great product

Is has proven to be best headphones for my office calls from home as it comes with noise cancellation feature. The only issue I have with this is that it doesn't pair with my laptop after I paired it with my mobile. Still trying.... :)

Very comfortable to wear and pairs easily with audio sources. One oddity is that when used with a smartphone (iPhone 5c in this case), and making a call, you do not hear the called number ringing... just silence until a person answers.

I purchased these headphones for use with my Mac Mini in my home office for use with Skype and GoToMeeting calls. Pairing was easy. Sound quality is good. While they aren't high fidelity headphones, they work well and as advertised.
