    Good when I can get it working!

    The keyboard is great, when I can get it to work! I can use the keyboard and I shut it off when done. After about a month I have to put in new batteries and after my 10th set of new batteries it all of a sudden will work. Not happy with it!

    No this is just an overpriced keyboard and the back of it falls off and looks the batteries fall out all the time and it's really small and hard to type on because it's so tiny

    Bought this keyboard in March of this year. Paired it quickly and super easily with my laptop, and it worked like a dream! Just like Logitech keyboards always have for me. Then, two months in and well out of the return window of course, the three key and the five key and the right arrow key have stopped working. Not sure if the F-keys are still working since I don't use those. So I have to have character map open in my computer so I can copy and paste threes and fives, or type them out like I did here, and use my mouse to place my cursor at the end of a line. SUCKS. Thirty bucks for two months worth of easy use, and now it's a real pain in the ___. Man, and I used to LOVE Logitech.

    I loved it at first - however, it did not work after a while.....The green light comes on then in about a minute goes off and the keyboard no longer works. Also the batteries do not last long at all. I had to replace it with something else

    It’s compact but very nice to handle, keys are soft and silent. Easy to carry and very easy to switch between devices. I’m loving it.

    Worked well on one laptop, then never paired again

    The keyboard was easy to pair with the first laptop I used it with, but when I tried to use it with a different laptop, with the same Logitech USB bluetooth transmitter, it just wouldn't pair. Never solved the problem and am now using a wired keyboard.

    Battery replacements (both batteries, twice) did not solve the problem. Can no longer pair with any windows 10 pc although windows pc's can identify the device. worthless product, can't be returned because it has conveniently 10 days past the generous two week return policy of Best Buy. I tried pairing the device with three laptops all in good working order, all running up to date versions of Windows 10. Do not buy this product.

    It was nice the first few weeks, but now it won't connect to my laptop. I have to restart my computer and disconnect the keyboard from bluetooth and reconnect it. I've only had it for 3 months.

      Hello, I am so sorry to hear about the connectivity issues you are experiencing. First, lets try completely forgetting the device form your Bluetooth menu. So go into the Bluetooth settings and delete the device completely. Then try reconnecting from scratch. If that does not work, you may have received a defective unit. But it does come with a 1 year warranty through Logitech so we can get that replaced for you! Just visit the support page for this item on the Logitech site in order to file a claim.     The original paring process was easy but after I turned it off and turned it back on again I had trouble with it pairing with my device again. I tried multiple devices and it did the same thing .

    When I purchased this wireless keyboard for work (math teacher), I thought it’d be as easy to set up as my Logitech wireless mouse. I could not have been more wrong! I have probably spent two hours tinkering with this device, trying to get it to work! After purchasing the required receiver and downloading drivers and software multiple times to various drivers, I broke down and reached out to Logitech via e-mail for assistance. Besides an auto-response, I have not heard anything from the company. If I still had the box, I would race to Best Buy to return this keyboard!

    Key size is somewhat small compared to regular keyboards. This makes it somewhat difficult to type. Logitech's other keyboards are much more comfortable to use.

    This keyboard is a piece of crap

    It will sync up with my iPad Pro 25% of the time on the first try. Other times, it will take me 5 minutes to pair by pairing my bluebooth headset first or resetting my iPad or resetting network settings. I don't have this problem with other Bluetooth devices. You get what you pay for. Since I don't want to spend over $100 for other iPad keyboards, I will tolerate this cheap board.

    Some keys act a don’t do what they are suppose to

    Horrible. Works great on my sons LG but not so great with my iphone and that’s what I bought it for. Some Keys on the right side act as an arrow pad and move the cursor around even though there is clearly an arrow pad already built on the keyboard. No matter how much I trouble shoot it I cannot find anything online to tell me how to fix this. Doesn’t do it at all with my sons phone.
