I hate it

Constantly loses its Bluetooth connection and stutter types a hundred characters all at once. I've slammed it more than a dozen times both with my fist and as if it were a folding chair and I was a pro wrestler so I guess it's technically durable. I replaced it but it's still around my desk until I finally snap it in half

You do have a 1 year limited warranty that can be used to have a replacement sent out to you. I am sorry that the K380 TKL did not work as you expected. The K380 is not compatible with TVs. I recommend you try the K460; this keyboard is made explicitly for TVs and is also compatible with other devices such as laptops and tablets. Logitech appreciates your product review. - Leo from Logitech

Shipped Used Keyboard! Not Acceptable

When this keyboard arrived, I opened the sealed bag to find the keyboard box was actually opened- not even closed in the bag. Batteries had already been installed, fingerprints all over the keys. Not acceptable quality control to ship USED item as new! Bad experience! Item returned to store immediately.

I have attached a link to the K380's "Getting Started" guide for your reference. Here you will find product guides, software downloads and further support. When pairing to a device, there will most likely be a pin that will appear on your device. You will want to type the pin into the keyboard and press enter to complete the pairing. I have 2 work laptops and a personal one, the ability to quickly change from 1 laptop to another by just pressing a button is a life saver. Battery lasts really long and alomst over a year. Too difficult to type on

I am blind and was needing to learn how to type on a keyboard again. The problem with this keyboard is that the keys have to be pushed down so hard all the way down to type. It was very uncomfortable. I am returning this product.

You may find that the MX Keys for Mac may be better suited for your needs. Like the K380, it is a TKL layout with quiet laptop style keys. Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to review the K380 keyboard. I am sorry that this keyboard is not working on your older computer. The K380 can connect to up to 3 devices, via Bluetooth. If the older computer does not have Bluetooth built in, you may be able to add a Bluetooth adapter.
