Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons, including:
• Low battery charge
• Moving the USB receiver from one USB port to another
• Moving the USB receiver to another computer
• Plugging the USB receiver into a USB hub, KVM switch or other unsupported device. (NOTE: Your USB receiver must be plugged directly into your computer.)
• Using your wireless keyboard on metal surfaces
• Radio frequency (RF) interference from other sources

Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to review the K380 keyboard. The K380 is a Tenkeyless (TKL) keyboard with a width of 10.98”. If you are looking for a comparable full-size keyboard option, K780 may be a good fit. I have attached a link to K780 keyboard on BestBuy.com for your reference. The K780 keyboard has a width of 14.96 in (380 mm) and can also connect to up to 3 devices, like the k380. Hi Cheryl, I'm sorry you were having problems connecting the keyboard to your devices. In order to connect this particular keyboard you have to press and hold the yellow 1-2-3 until the light starts flashing quickly, this indicates that the device is ready to pair to your computer/laptop. From there you can look in the Bluetooth menu of your computer/laptop and select the K380 to pair. If you have further questions please visit us at support.logi.com

The K380 will connect via Bluetooth to devices with the following operating systems: Windows 10 or later, macOS® 10.15 or later, iPadOS® 13.1 or later, iOS 11 or later, Chrome OS, Android 7 or later. Hello TajC! I'm sorry to hear the K380 isn't the right fit for you. To elongated battery life, I would recommend turning the keyboard off when you're not using it. They should be lasting about 2 years depending on use. If you've already been doing this and it still isn't lasting as long as it should, I would recommend reaching out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 so they can diagnose the issue and possibly start a warranty claim for you. Hello, I am so sorry to hear about the shift key coming off. This keyboard does come with a 1 year warranty through Logitech, so we can get that replaced for you!
