The only thing that annoys me is that the keyboard itself does not have a holder for the USB Bluetooth because I do occasionally loose little things

Great idea, but interfered with Bluetooth Devices

Great Idea - solar powered keyboard, no more batteries, good for the environment. It's also good looking and has a good key feel. Problem - it isn't bluetooth so takes up a valuable USB port on my Mac Mini. Worse - it interfere's with my bluetooth devices paired with the Mac. Unfortunately I have to return it.

    It requires a USB dongle.

It's a nice keyboard and well made but that fact that it is not blue tooth and requires a usb dongle to operate means I will be returning this to Best buy. Blue tooth is ubiquitous on Macs and why anyone would make a keyboard or mouse for the mac that requires a dongle is beyond me.

I started out loving this keyboard though was disappointed that it did not work with native Bluetooth on the Mac and needed its own receiver. Turned out reception was intermittent and I returned it.

This keyboard is customized for Apple which is very good, has a clean layout and features a numeric keyboard (which makes a big difference compared with the wireless keyboard from apple). I do not give 5 stars because it could be Bluetooth, but at least can pair using the same nano-receiver mouse Unifying.

Good keyboard for my Mac, I like the solar feature and gives you the added numeric pad. Only drawback is the wireless is specific to Logitech transmitter not bluetooth so you can't use it on multiple devices without moving the transmitter.

Good product, but I don't necessarily like that it's not Bluetooth versus having a USB adapter. It does cut out sometimes causing me to unplug the USB to reset it. Does the job otherwise and less expensive than Apple.

Great keyboard. No connectivity issues. Bluetooth dongle is easy to lose if you take it out often.

Very good keyboard. Especially 2 things are very good about it: 1) no need to change batteries; 2) integrated numeric keypad (as opposed to Apple BT keyboard). What I'd improve is make it Bluetooth connected as opposed to annoying USB receiver.

I personally couldn't ask for a more suitable keyboard for my MacBook Air than the Logitech K750. The design is very sleek, and much like all Logitech products, a great value for the price. I haven't encountered any issues with maintaining connectivity to my computer despite the fact that this particular model does not have Bluetooth capabilities. I have a surge protector with multiple USB ports near my desk so I personally had no issue with giving up a USB port for the keyboard. Not to mention, the internal battery lasts for at least two days and there is an app that you can download to track your solar power energy reserve levels.

I bought this keyboard to use with my MacBook Pro in my office. It works great. The only issue I was disappointed in was that to connect to the laptop Bluetooth, you have to insert a USB connector. Other than that, the keyboard is amazing and because it is solar-powered, I never need to replace the batteries. Definitely worth it!

This is my second Logitech solar keyboard. The first one was great lasted for years no issues. I had to replace it after my cat thoughtfully vomited on it. This new keyboard is not as good as the older one. This one will drop it's connection to bluetooth and I have to toggle it off/on to get it to work again. The keys also aren't as comfortable. It's not a bad keyboard if I hadn't been used to better.

I got one for my home linux box, and love it. Now I have a second one that I use with work. They work, don't need batteries - if you stay in good light, as you might guess. The feel of typing is great, and this is my favorite keyboard. The special keys (volume, etc.) work "out of the box" with everything, including Ubuntu. My only complaint is that it has a usb wart; wish it had bluetooth, or at least the ability to pair with multiple computers. I have another logitech bluetooth keyboard that can pair with three devices.

This keyboard has a very light feel, like a laptop, so if you don't like that you should look elsewhere. It's ok for basic PC stuff. It would be better if it had backlighting, and also doesn't connect with bluetooth. So a couple of shortcomings, but other than that it works well. It's supposed to come with a USB extender, which is supposed to extend the wireless range, but I had to call Logitech to have them send me one. I guess all the ones Best Buy gets from them don't include one, even though it says in the manual that it is supposed to be included, however, on the box it doesn't show as being included. I think Best Buy must cut some kind of deal to get them cheaper if they leave stuff out, who knows?? Logitech almost didn't want to send one, but they did in the end.

I was looking for something to use with my new monitor, and rather than get the Bluetooth one from Apple, which doesn't have a numeric keypad, I got this one. After only a small amount of use I saw how great of a decision this was. The battery doesn't ever seem to drain, even thought the solar cells never get a huge amount of light. Furthermore, I find it amazing how thin and light the whole thing is. Another advantage is that it has a wireless USB connection, so there is no need to worry about "pairing" with anything else--just plug in the USB port and it's all ready to go. Design fits nicely on my desktop, with my MacBook Pro, Magic Mouse, and monitor, offering the best possible typing experience. All Mac shortcuts work flawlessly, and it's a real gift to be able to have a numeric keypad available. Worth every cent.

This is a fantastic keyboard that I use every day. It works/charges even in low light -- you can verify that the solar panels are getting adequate light by pressing a button on the keyboard. If you have used "island-style" or "chicklet-style" keyboards, you have an idea of how this one feels. I've used many Logitech keyboards, and I like the consistency of their spacing and arrangement. My only complaint is that it isn't Bluetooth. You have to use Logitech's proprietary USB receiver to use the keyboard. I've another Logitech device that uses an incompatible receiver (gaming mouse), so I wind up having two of these obnoxious dongles plugged in, eating up precious USB ports on my hub. Still, you can't beat the price or quality. I am very happy with this purchase.

This keyboard is great! I was looking for a wireless keyboard to use at my desk. I really like that it is solar powered; I never have to worry about changing batteries. I also really like that there is an app you can download from the mac app store that will tell you more about your keyboard's status. For example, it will tell you the energy level your keyboard has left and it will also tell you the amount of light the keyboard is receiving. They keys are really close to the keys on the apple wireless keyboard. The only downside to the keyboard is that it doesn't connect using bluetooth. There is a USB connecter you have to use, but it is very small. Unless you need to use the USB for something else, it is really not that noticeable.
