Seems very well built and rugged. Keys are very nice with an audible click when depressed. This keyboard has a cord. It is NOT cordless in case that's what you were looking for. I expect it to last quite a long time and it is a huge upgrade from most of the keyboards that are supplied with new computers.

    Good tactility with some noise

I wanted an inexpensive mechanical keyboard with slightly less noise than the one I previously had. The tactility on this keyboard is pretty good for the price; and, it is *less* noisy. However, there's a bit of what I would explain as an annoying "mechanical reverb" since there is no bezel around the keys. Overall, it suits my needs well.

So many keyboards have flat, smooth keys that make it hard to feel where exactly your fingers are touching. I often hit the wrong key on flat keyboards and have to look at it to see where my fingers are. This keyboard is wonderful--each key is separate, the top of each one is curved to fit my finger tips, and there is a small bump on the F & J keys to that I can instantly know where my fingers are without looking. I highly recommend this to anyone who types more than just a little.

This keyboard gives you that physical feedback that you want out of a mechanical keyboard, and does it in a business casual case. If you don't care about flashy RGB lights, then this keyboard also makes a great gaming keyboard.

I use this for my office and the Romer-G feels pretty good for typing. It isn't super loud and the build quality feels pretty good. I would recommend if you are just using it for office and not try to annoy folks.

The Logitech mechanical keyboard is totally awesome. I use it as a secondary keyboard for my secondary HP laptop computer. Once you go mechanical you never go back to the regular keyboard again the feel of the keys is great

Very solidly built keyboard. Even though the mechanical keys do not make a clicking sound, the actuation of the key presses are very positive. It doesn't take very much pressure to register a key input.

We bought this keyboard for one of the staff members in our office. She was using a typical work keyboard that we had at the desk and asked if we were able to get her a keyboard that had the keys raised up. After looking on Best Buy's website for a while at keyboards, we came across this one and decided that it may be what she needs. She has been using this keyboard for about a month or so now and says it is the best keyboard she has typed on for work. We spend about 9 hours a day at our desks typing and this keyboard is perfect for her.

Great key action. Really like the small footprint it has for a full sized keyboard. Not a lot of added real estate around the key area that minimizes the size. Very solid feel.

This keyboard does not light up. It does not make funny clicky noises. It does not speed up your game reaction times. It is a solid mechanical keyboard. It is quiet. The feel is good. It is durable. It is a brand I know. I don't have to worry about weird unknown quality issues. Recommended for anyone who wants a good solid keyboard without the blinky lights and flashy nonsense.

Very nice mechanical keyboard, keys feel really nice. Great quality for a great price. Only thing I dislike about this keyboard and its upsetting because its such a great keyboard is that its very noisy! Im not sure what it is, but the keys have a "twang" or a "ringing" noise when you hit a key. Its very annoying when typing. I work in an office and I cant disturb other people, so unfortunately I have to return it and get something else. If you dont mind a little noise, this is a great bang for the buck!

    Best keyboard I’ve owned

I am a fast typist (100+ wpm) and was looking for something other than a cheap membrane keyboard. To be honest those feel like mush when I type on them and I often make errors. So I decided to give the mechanical keyboard a try. Wow, what a difference. I love the tactile feedback and hearing the key clicks is actually quite satisfying. I can really fly on these keys with hardly any errors. Takes me back to the old IBM PC days when keyboards were the same. Definitely buy this keyboard, you’ll ask yourself why you didn’t buy it sooner!

    Went Mechanical

I replaced my work station Dell keyboard with this Logitech mechanical keyboard. I am on the keyboard all day and like the feel of a good old mechanical. They remind me for the keyboard that came with a computer's back when they first came out. Good solid construction and great key action. This feels like it can take a beating and still work. Took me a day to adjust to the new/old feel but happy with my purchase. One thing I wish it had is a on/off light for numbers lock but no big deal.

Sure this keyboard doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the more advanced mechanical keyboards. But the Romer-Gs feel pretty nice, they're almost as good as the dampened Cherry MX Clears in my CODE V3. I was looking for a home office keyboard just before the stay-at-home orders came down, and I think this ended up being a really good option considering I had been using the WASD CODE V3 at the office and wasn't exactly looking to spend another $200 on another CODE V3 for home.

    A Great Budget Mechanical Keyboard

While mechanical keyboard switches are very subjective and will feel different to the typist, the Romer-G felt great to type on as someone who generally enjoys linear to tactile switches like MX Reds and Browns. The switch is very light on tactility so those seeking something heavier like MX Clears or Blues, might not enjoy the feel. Overall keyboard felt durable and well built and would recommend this for anyone wanting to try mechanical keyboards, but at a more affordable price.
