When I plugged it in to charge up nothing happened

Wanted to use in basement... works some of the time.

This product did not work well at all. I have my Wi-Fi router in the room across the hall and this camera would not work outside the window of the room across the hall. Once I would get to the other side of the room it would work great.

When receiving the Logi circle I was impressed athat how easy to assemble it was. I expected to have several wires and to spent a long time putting it together but the minimal parts required made it easy to put together. The app to download was easy to find and download directly to my phone. The screen was pretty clear in compare to other apps I have used in the past. The delay is very minimal. Almost about 1 to 2 secs. that was not a big deal. I find this camera very useful. I use it for my kids safety. Most of the time is to keep an eye on my kids when I leave them with the nanny. But I also like to use it to keep an eye on my kids when we are in different rooms. The camera is easy to move from place to place. The only thing I would want to change is that the battery life is not as long as I would want. Overall I really enjoy using this camera. The product has been put at my disposal by the Review Club for testing purposes without any obligation but to provide my opinion on this product.

Batteries suck, we purchased two cameras because we wanted to watch over our newborn with the nanny and we wanted sound. 1 camera last about an hour and the other lasts about 4 hours.

Initial setup of this camera is quite simple, 5 - 10 minutes out of the box which includes getting the app setup on your smart phone. You get the camera setup via the app & configure your WiFi settings though that as well. The video quality is fair but I found it to be a little dark with the lighting in our house. Sound is not the best but you can communicate remotely through the app to the camera. The day briefing is a nice feature... It is basically like watching a video on fast forward and you get to see all the action the camera has captured throughout the day. You can do this at any time anywhere you have a data connection on your phone. The video is stored on a remote server & is included free of charge with the camera. This camera is probably best for someone who wants to see what goes on in the room it is setup in when they are away. It could be used for security purposes in a pinch but due to the inability to save recorded video & relatively short saved video time (12 hours I believe) this would not be the best option for security purposes. Overall this camera is pretty cool and makes checking into home while away easy & convenient. The Logi Circle has been put at my disposal by the Review Club for testing purposes without any obligation but to provide my opinion on this product.... And this is an honest review.

I received the Logi Circle for review from the review club. Setup was pretty simple after a couple of tries & support from Gia was available. I noticed I needed to keep it plugged in in order to capture the entire long day. It appears to be very sensitive since it was able to be activated by a ceiling fan in an adjoining room. Solid construction with a heavy magnetic base. I really liked the small size compared to my fozcam, however the Logi circle didn't have the rotating or panning capabilities. I did enjoy the time daily stamps with the daily review but no date. I wasn't able to view on my laptop however, just my phone. It was more expensive than my fozcam but proved to be a very useful camera for the size. I feel it's a very useful home camera for the household & would recommend the Logi Circle for basic viewing.

My Circle stopped working after about 14 months of use which is unfortunate since they only offer a 1 year warranty. I would not recommend it for this reason. Another couple of oddities: it makes a very loud/grating sound when it starts to charge. Because the connection to the charging ring is not always constant, sometimes it will repeatedly make this sound which can be very disturbing. The app works fairly well if you want to just check in to see what is going on in your house, but I would not rely on the movement detection/notifications as they are usually delayed. Luckily, I did not see many false positives.

I recently bought this awesome Logi Circle camera, and I absolutely love it. I already was really enthusiastic when unpacking the box, because the circle looks really cool and the packaging is really cute and simple. I mainly bought the cam to keep an eye on my little child when he's sleeping in his own room upstairs. But seeing how easy it is to use and to move around the room, I have also used it to check on my pets when I'm going out for a walk or when I'm at work. Because it's so easy to use and light, it's easy to move around the house and install it on the top of a closet or something. Connecting the cam with my smartphone was also pretty easy, i just needed to download the app, set the wifi settings and i could directly use the cam. But the cam is also usable when your not on your home wifi! I received this product to test from the Review Club, but the review and my thoughts are all mine and have not been influenced!

Simple set up instructions, the simplest set up I have had. I have many network cameras,HD Foscam, Panasonic net cam, Ring, dlink. This one by far is the best quality and ease of use wise! Very clear image. I love the idea of the magnetic simple wall mount. Love the long 10FT cord they give you for the charger, most cameras out there do not come with such leeway. The app is really easy to use and easy to navigate through. The design is really sleek and compact. The camera visual angle is exceptional. None of my other cameras captured as much of a wide angle as this camera does. This camera is rechargeable, and being wire free is the perfect camera, especially if you have it in babies/kids room. That is a great safety measure. I have always struggled with cameras in the nursery because of the wires. Yes you can find adhesive tubes and tuck away the wires. But when your little baby gets bigger and no longer in the crib, that toddler will now rip those off the wall easily leaving you with no camera. My bedroom is not close to my babies and is on the other side of the house, so its imperative we have a camera for safety. The delay speed seems to be top notch compared to my other cameras. Usually with wifi cameras there is a 2 second delay. This one is more like a split second! Really awesome camera. You will be pleased with this amazing little camera, I would highly recommend!

You get what you pay for unfortunately. This camera leaves a lot to be desired. Video lags, doesn't record activity as fast as other comparable cameras. Login circle is a glorified mid grade baby monitor.

I picked up this camera last week so I could use it at my house to talk to my family and also use to view what is going on outside the house by simply moving the camera to another location. The set up was super easy and I love the daily recap function where you can get a 30 second summary. Zoom function and night vision are great and being it is all controlled with an app and your smartphone Logi really thought this product through. My brother in law just picked one up and he loves it too.

I have been using the Logi Circle for over week and it has been a good addition to our home security system. It is not big but gives a wide, clear view of the room it is in. I also like the sleek design and the ease of getting it up and running shortly after taking it out of the box. There were not a lot of instructions given but I was able to get it working even though I'm not the most technical! It also has been useful to be able to move it to another room without having to move the charging unit. You do need to have strong WIFI otherwise it tends to freeze when viewing. The battery life of the camera off the charger could be longer but as long as you are aware that it won't last all day off the charger, it's not a big deal. The Logi Circle is a product I would recommend to family and friends. The product was provided to me for testing purposes without any obligation other than to give an honest review.

Could not get the product to work with phone app, nobody at the store would help, went through several products before finding one that synched.

Bought this as a christmas present for my fiance so she could watch the dog while at work. When We opened up the box, the camera was broken in half and looked like it was attempted to be glued together. I am an elite plus member and have been a faithful customer, spending thousands at this store every year and I was told they would not return it. I might have to consider switching to a different company than best buy unless they fix this.

The Logitech (Logi) Circle finally fit the bill for what I needed in a basic camera that I needed to monitor activity in my booth at an antique mall. The primary requirement was pure wireless setup so I could view from my iPhone, iPad of PC when away from the shop. Any kind of hard Ethernet wiring is not available at the location so I needed to be sure everything could be setup via wifi. The camera provides very good quality images. The resolution can be adjusted remotely. The night vision images are also quite good. There is a slight delay in the images when live streaming but not awful. I am pretty sure that is because the bandwidth of the stores wifi though. There is an option to add additional cameras to the account. You can only view one camera at a time. It would be really great to be able to window each camera. Zoom is accomplished by a 2 finger gesture on the display. Not really a camera zoom but an image zoom. I did not want to pay for storage so that was another deciding factor in selecting the circle. However I only get 24 hours. That is fine for my needs at this time and if I feel I need more I can subscribe for a reasonable fee. I would love to see the following features... Remote Pan and Tilt Optical Zoom Multi-camera display

Great idea needs a lot of work battery life and charge the biggest problems

It worked as expected but it dropped maybe 18 inches and broke. I could have bought a $59 camera and I would have expected this. But this was full price for a camera that ended up lasting all of two days. Yes, my fault I dropped it but I really expected a little more durability :(

i would like too say i have many Logitech products. never had any problems with them. right from opening the box ( which was a cool box) from taking out the camera i knew it was a good Logitech product. the camera is very good Quality, it was easy setting up the camera and down loading the app. the best part i really like about the Logi was it is a wireless camera, i took it all around the house and outside without a hitch. the reason i didn't give it 5 stars was it's capable of doing a lot more than what it does. i'm sure down the road Logitech will do an update on there app for the Logi camera.

First, set up was super simple and fast. I love being able to see what goes on in my home when I am not there. The picture quality is awesome - day or night! The daily recap is so useful, I love watching that. I have used video baby monitors in the past, this is so much better (picture and ease of set up and moving around) and is less money!! I thought I would like this, turns out I love it!
