Features were disappointing. 2 way audio & resolution were terrible

It only took about 5 minutes to download the app and set up an account. I have wanted a home security camera for awhile now, the Logi Circle is an amazing camera. The clarity on it is outstanding, it has panoramic view, and the night vision is awesome. I also love the fact that i can talk through it. Not only do i have children at home, i have a "rescue" dog that has bad separation anxiety, while I'm away i can talk to her. I will be buying a few of these cameras for family for Christmas. Not sure if we got a defective camera or charger, but the camera won't last but about 3 hrs max off the charger. Therfore we keep it on the charging ring 24/7. Other than that it's a great product. I love how easy it is to access what's happening in my home at anytime.

The SETUP was simple, quick and easy as long you know how to find and get the FREE app from the iOS App Store. By now, Logi Circle app should be easily found but on launch date I had to search for the full "Logi Circle" phrase to find the app. Once the app is installed, the setup instructions waere straight forward and I had to reset the Circle for the device to be found on the app. Overall, about the same level of ease as Nest Cam. The ASSEMBLY was straight forward but it had more parts than the Nest Cam. I really liked the magnectic detachable base and it was fun for the kids to find all the surfaces that the Circle could stick to. The conduction charging loop fits between the Circle and the magnectic base so you can add it only when you need to charge it. Otherwise, the Circle runs on built-in battery and is portable around the house! The APP USER INTERFACE was intuitive. By far the best part of the Logi Circle experience. 1) Slide from the right and the menu come up. The battery status and wifi connection strength is clearly display on top. You can flip the display 180 degrees if you have the Circle hanging upside down. Adding and removing addition Circles is easy. You can access your account and change settings and turn on/off all from this menu. These are just a few features out of many that really set apart from Nest Cam. 2) The APP load into LIVE mode at startup. You will see the LIVE icon on the middle right region. Scroll up and you'll go into replay mode by 3-4 minute segments. Each replay video is zoomable. Video quality is not the best but I prefer Logi Circle's smooth video replays that I can still make out everything and zoomable than non-working laggy videos from Nest Cam. 3) Below the LIVE mode button is the DAY BRIEF mode. Tap the screen and it'll generate a 30 second video summarizing everything that has gone on since MIDNIGHT. *I LOVE THIS FEATURE* because I can see my family especially our 15-month baby running around the kitchen and everyone following behind her footsteps to make sure she doesn't bump into things or do something unsafe. I DO THIS every few hours at the office and always get a good laugh. 4) In the lower left corner is the PRESS-TO-SPEAK button. You can communicate directly with the room through Logi Circle's built-in mic and speaker. The delay is minimal and usually noticeable at 1-second. I was amazed Logitech pulled it off. Nest Cam failed miserably at this with long delays and more lag. The INFRARED NIGHT MODE is a neat feature and work as well as Nest Cam but I don't see so much of it as night time segment of the DAY BRIEF are usually shortened by Logitech from no activities in the room. The INFRARED sensor kick in as soon as the room is in total darkness and remain on until the room is fully lit. The VIDEO PLAYBACK QUALITY is always smooth but lower resolution then Nest Cam. Maybe 720p or less but it didn't bother me from live streaming it on the iPhone 6 Plus. I was able to scroll back to earlier times in the day and watch each 3-4 min playbacks with a 1-2 second loading time. I was impressed by the quick preview of each recording like Netflix's fast-forwarding. The DESIGN was well thought out. It looked unobstrusive and friendly. It was easy to forget that it was in the room. The magnetic base let it stick to the top of our kitchen window frame and the wide angle it had covered the whole kitchen and breakfast area. The USB power cord was also long enough to run along the window frame. CONCLUSION: I highly recommend the Logi Circle to anyone that can relate to a similar situation. I am happy with Logi Circle's ability to record 24-7 and load up the LIVE view on my iPhone whenever I have LTE or WIFI. The DAILY BRIEF takes just a few seconds to generate and always an entertaining 30-second clip to watch. The Circle is portable and easy to setup and the built-in battery let it just sit around the house without having to connect it to any power source. I hope Logitech continue to release more updates to its APP. My two gripes with the Logi Circle iOS app is the replays are only labeled by TIME of DAY and no DATE so it is easy to get lost on which day I was viewing. I would also appreciate a web version to access the Circle streams from my laptop. This camera is just terrible at connecting to my wireless modem. Just 1 room away and it loosing connection. I wanted to use it outside and it does not work at all and it is only about 30 feet from the modem.

I tried this because I have nest cameras (which I love) and I was looking at this camera for something that I could take mobile with me and run off of my Wi-Fi from my phone so I got it yesterday and I tried it today and it worked all day. I used my cigarette charger to charge it and the battery lasted a good amount but not superlong but it didn't matter I was able to charge it with my cigarette lighter. My assumption was because it was a lithium battery inside I could just plug it into the USB of my cigarette charger and see if it worked it and it did. The quality for 720 P is great it be better if it were 1080 P but then you'd be using more of your cell data when you use it. it's not like you're going to take it mobile all the time but it's cool to know that you can do it. The app that you use to control it is cool it's easy to use it's friendly you can download clips so all in all it's a pretty good cam for the price and the night vision works well as well. One of the cons about it is you only get 24 hours (free) of hard drive storage for the video but I'm sure in the future that will change that for a fee.

I am impressed with day and night video quality! I have been able to talk to family and friends that come by to feed my pets while I am out of town! I also am able to view motion that triggers a recording option! I have watched the pool repair man take a second look at my large TV mounted to the wall on the outside patio, Live! This improves my feeling of control and safety within my lifestyle.

Set up was extremely easy. The quality of the audio and video is much higher than expected. Since this is my first product of this kind I have nothing to compare it with but will suggest this to anyone in the market for a home monitor product. Set up could not have been easier. Love being able to see my family and talk through the camera when I'm away from home! Sleek design and can easily move the camera from room to room.

In not new to these types of cameras. I’ve had several of the following Logitech Alert Dropcam Nestcam Netgear Arlo Now I have 5 of the Logi Circles. Great camera so far. They need to add customization (zones, IFTTT, PC/MAC access, text/email snapshots and more cloud options) and this could be a home run. Never really cared about the battery portion of this camera as others may. Once I position it, there it will stay. If Nestcam / Dropcam offered the same free cloud option, then I'd go with them. Nestcam shot themselves in the foot with the forced pay option cloud recording. There is basically on two tiered options (expensive and super expensive) with Nestcams. Reliability with these have been great so far. I have mine connected to my 5G wifi and they have a weak signal with the camera downstairs at the opposite end of the house. As to be expected I guess with the 5G distance limitations and if it becomes an issue, I can always pick up a booster if needed. Clarity and audio is great. It only feeds at 720p which is sufficient but would want the option to pick 1080p as most other cams do including Nest. My bandwidth can handle 1080p easily and should be my choice. Hopefully this will be addressed in the near future. What keeps this from being 5 star and a SERIOUS security Camera like the Nest -720p capped -No custom Zones to minimize false alerts -No Email/Text Snapshots -More cloud storage options

Unable to connect to 3 different Wi-Fi's After multiple tries I gave up and took it back to the store!

Couldn't even connect to my wifi....even after calling support!

I have just finished configuring the camera and it's very easy. Initial bluetooth connection works flawlessly and once it learns the wifi setup, it works pretty well. App is also simple and functional with all the basic features at hand. One of the best features I found was the "Day Brief", which summarizes the whole day, you can even download it to your cell phone and play as you please. Video quality seems just fine (720p), with not much clarity when zooming. I tried nest, canary, D-link, Netgear Arlo Q, Samsung, not good picture quality and lagging. So I decide to go with Logi Circle quality and picture was really good. I was impressed with the logi circle, So I decide to keep it. Simple to set up. High quality video. Night vision. Sound. Perfect for keeping an eye on rooms or homes when away. I used the logi circle inside the house, and arlo pro outside. Buy it.

The design of this camera is very detailed and beautiful. The setup is very easy and anyone that is not the tech literate will be able to add this to their network. On top of this, the App is also very beautiful and easy to navigate. With the free 24 hr storage, this camera beats the nest cam and most of the other so called "quality" cameras on the market. The image is crisp and and the sound quality very good. The day brief is a great feature and allows you to watch 24 hrs of footage in 30 seconds. There is also a feature in which the camera detects movement and saves the footage as "events" on the recording's timeline so you can immediately skip to the footage where there are things going on. I'm using it to watch my cat when I'm away. I'm telling you, get the camera, you wont regret it!

Super charged baby camera! I have used this camera to ensure that my kids are safe and sound when I am in another room. I am very impressed with this camera and how simple the setup was. The only things that I had to do in order to get it operational was to place it on the charging port, install the Logi Circle application onto my phone, create my account, and then add the camera to my account. I also really like that this camera has a very panoramic view, rather than only being able to focus on one small area in a room, you can see an entire room and then some. I am able to place the camera in many areas and positions with ease. I like that the application gives me the option to go back through the footage from the whole day, or a "daybrief: where it plays all footage in a fast pace. One more great feature for anyone is that it has a 2 way talking option; so if you are in the other room you can press the microphone button on the application screen and talk to whomever is in the room.One last great thing I have noticed, is that the image compared to other baby video monitors is crystal clear! I have used other video monitors and they all seem to have a grainy feed, but this is very clear. I have had a hard time finding any downfalls in this product. One of them is that it is a little costly, but you are getting an amazing product. A second downfall, is that in the live feed option it seem to "go to sleep" after a period of time and for a mom/dad using it as a baby monitor it can be slightly frustrating. This camera was easy to set up and use. No directions needed. Once I got it out of the box and plugged in I just downloaded the app on my phone and it walks you through the set up. I had a little trouble connecting to my cloud but after that it was simple. The camera is fun. My kids had fun recording themselves and watching it on my phone. We also spied on the dog who was quite curious about it. It has a little trouble adjusting to bright light and dark. All in all I loved it!

This camera replaced an Amazon Best Seller camera which was a disaster: complicated setup, losing connection, a buggy battery draining app. The Logi Circle is everything I needed and so far, it works flawlessly. Here are the main highlights: - Free 24 hour cloud storage. It stores what it considers the most important moments, probably triggered by motion. - A 30 second high speed video resuming the main activity in the last day (from midnight). What is there is chosen automatically, and 30 seconds is more than it seems because it is in high speed. It looks kinda funny. - You can record and store videos and still photos on your phone in real time. - Free push notifications when motion is detected. - Good night vision. - The app is good, no battery drain, simple enough. - It just works. - Simple! It took me more than an hour to set the old cam up. This one did not even have a manual in the box nor it needed one. It took a minute. - It came with resolution limited to 720 but the firmware upgrade raised it to 1080. You can choose the resolution among 480/720/1080. You can save bandwidth with 480p if needed. I do not think that it is powered by induction. I can see the contacts on the bottom, which is a good thing.
