    This is what passes as a standard mouse now?

    Found this for cheap and figured it would be a solid replacement for my decade-old, plain wired Dell mouse. Form factor seemed decent, good scroll wheel, I didn't imagine there could be any other problems here. But as soon as I plugged it in and the drivers installed I found the downgrade in accuracy compared to my old wired mouse was insane. Where my old one matches my subtle movements with perfect precision, this just felt jerky and sluggish by comparison. No combination of tinkering with the windows mouse settings could change this. I have no idea if this is a general limitation of wireless mice or not but I really was expecting better from modern technology, cheap as it may be. Only other complaints would be that the middle click offers a bit too much resistance, also didn't glide as smoothly on the pad.

    I had to replace my mouse and this was on sale for a good price. The cons are the scroll wheel does not feel smooth but rather rough and is gets irritating after a bit when scrolling through multiple web pages during a search. I feel the need to put a drop of oil to smooth it out (I would if I thought it would damage it). also the over all feel of the mouse buttons are mediocre. I bought this thinking it would use the same USB insert as my wireless Logictech keyboard but apparently this is not the case so I now I have two USB ports occupied for keyboard and mouse. You need to be careful that two wireless Logictech products are compatible. It works and was cheap so I'll live with it for now.

    The one problem that I've had with this product, is that it sometimes turns itself off. I'll be in the middle of doing something and all of a sudden it isn't working. I couldn't fix it by just flipping the switch to off and back on again either. I had to take the battery out and put it back in to restart it. I changed the battery a few times to make sure it wasn't just a faulty battery. So now I certainly wouldn't us it everyday. It gets put away for when I'd really need it with my laptop. Very disappointing.

    I am happy with my logitech mouse but i wish i had done more research before purchasing. the 325 series is 1 dollar cheaper but comes with a feature that is worth the cost of the whole mouse which is a unifying receiver that can be paired with multiple logitech devices, where as the 310 is a bit larger and missing this one great feature. i now have a wireless keyboard that is a paperweight without the unifying receiver, so save a dollar and buy a 325 series. ;-)

    I bought this a couple of months ago but didn't get around to opening it until recently. It doesn't work with my laptop or our iMac, but other Logitech mice have had no problems.I only gave it 2 stars because I was able to use the little USB connection for another mouse. I plan to work on again soon in case I can get it working. Very disappointing.

    Using it at work with the CPU on the ground to the left, the USB interface on the front. I'm right handed. Expected it to work on the desk, but I have to stay closer to the keyboard, hence closer to the USB interface, than I'd like, otherwise it's inconsistent. I switched it out for the Logitech m325 and will be using the one under review for my laptop. The Logitech m325 works flawlessly, not confined by a limited range.

    I bought this because I was tired of the wire from my old mouse dragging all around my desk. However, this mouse freezes or lags when I try using it. I'm not sure if it's this mouse in particular, or cordless mouse in general, but it's very frustrating at times - especially when playing a game and the mouse doesn't respond!!!! I've considered returning it, but I haven't made that decision yet.

    I purchased a mouse personal use at home. I loved it so much I purchased a second one for my office. The one that I purchased for the office was very delayed. It would get stuck and the mouse would move all over the screen without me prompting it to do so. Thought maybe it was the battery so I replaced the battery but still had the same issue. I returned it for a new one but still had the same problem.

    Sales rep told me this was the only mouse which would work efficiently with my Apple but this wasn't the case - I had a Microsoft mouse that I attached to my Apple after the Logitech was returned and it worked fine (just as well). The bigger size was nice but the Logitech had an irritating feel/sound when I used the scroll wheel.

    at the time of purchase, the sales rep never mentioned that I would need a specific mouse pad for this mouse. with home use it became very frustrating when the cursor kept sticking in one place, with looking for items from my home to place under the mouse for proper use was very nerving. now I am in search of the proper pad, or a new type of mouse

    I had lots of issues with this mouse. It would only track consistently for a little while after turning it off and resetting it by pulling the battery. The latest Logitech Setpoint software was installed and the machine it was connected to had been rebooted several times. I ended up returning it because it just wasn't worth the hassle.

    Scrolling is backwards

    I had to get used to the mouse going the wrong direction (still not really used to it). Instead of the mouse scrolling up when you push it forward, it goes down. When you scroll down, it goes up. I don't know if it's because I'm using a MAC or not, but it is opposite of my other mouses/mice.

    The mouse wheel makes a very disturbing screech, it is unbearable, never had this with any of the Logitech mouse before, but I guess the product quality has been decreasing, I would say buy something just little more pricey which will probably come with more sturdy and improved quality.

    This mouse feels comfortable in the hand. But, it does not do well on certain surfaces. I wouldn't expect it to be perfect on everything. But, I was trying it on a flat, finished wood surface and it struggled to work smoothly. Overall, I would recommend a different mouse for most applications.

    Barely works with my Mac. Have always used LOGITECH mice, but this one doesn’t work well with Macs. Can’t adjust the scroll wheel and it is dead slow. Logitech software doesn’t even recognize this mouse. Over priced at $10

    I felt this mouse is light weight and comfortable to hand but few drops of water made this mouse get damaged and other thing is after I purchased price dropped by 60% so be careful when you are buying this and track the price for couple of times.

    Freezes and jumps

    I am using on a Mac. Worked fine at first, but now freezes and jumps. Wiping with a Q-tip helps, but I have to do it several times a day. Impossible to reach a real person at Logitech and their website has me going around in circles. Very unhappy with this feature.

    This mouse was pretty good. Not a fan of the scroll wheel, but other than that it was good until it stopped working out of the blue. I would like to keep using this, but I am afraid I will not be able to. One year of use is not acceptable.

    This mouse worked well for a very brief time and then stopped responding after a week! Will have to take it in to Best Buy to see if there is a problem with the mouse itself or with the USB port. I already checked to see if the battery was OK and it is!

    The price is good, but the mouse isnt. The cursor tends to fly around all over, it does not stay in a straight line. Perhaps due to the new laser, the old ones were red. Anyway, I switched back to cabled mouse.
