This wired laser mouse is ultrafast in several ways. I was concerned that a wired mouse might be less responsive than a handsfree one, but this proved to be much better. It is extremely comfortable and ergonomic in the hand, leading to hours of unfatigued precision play.

I bought this because my original M500 mouse no longer worked with Logitech software on macOS 10.14 Big Sure. I can confirm that this mouse works with the Logitech Options software Big Sur. It's the same exact mouse as the M500 model, with a slightly better scroll wheel. I have been using this mouse (M500 and now M500s) for 10+ years, and am very happy with the functionality and programable buttons. It works seamlessly and easily.

It works really well and wasnt that expensive. It works like a charm.

Bought this better quality plug & play Logitech M500 corded optical mouse to go with a new Logitech M120 keyboard also plug & play both from Best Buy. Both worked perfectly for replacing my worn out Dell pieces on my Dell desk top computer. Absolutely did not want a battery operated wireless mouse. Excellent ergonomic handle on this fits the hand very well.

Installed easily. Side buttons are easy to use. I have large hands and the mouse is acomfortable size to use.

I am using this on a Linux machine. The mouse worked upon plug-in, no setup necessary. Scrolling is precise and smooth. The ability to move forward and back through web pages is very handy. Also, being wired means no batteries to mess with, just plug in and use. Nice cable length, too. Everything works as per the product overview. A fine Logitech product.

I replaced a Microsoft wired mouse that was double-clicking with this Logitech mouse. I did that after trying everything to fix the double-click problem which can make navigating anything on the web very difficult. This mouse is very smooth and responsive. There are button customizations available to make it suit your task perfectly. I have had no problems with it except that it is shaped differently than the Microsoft mouse. The Logitech mouse conforms to the shape of a right hand. As a result, I had to get used to handling a different shape which took a few minutes but is not a real problem at all.

This mouse is very comfortable in my hand. It has the usual left and right buttons plus 2 programmable thumb buttons. That's the perfect number for me. Some specialty mice have two many buttons to keep track of ( for me ) and would be cumbersome and confusing. Another nice feature is a switch for the scroll wheel to go from controlled to free-wheeling. This comes in handy. So far the performance is smooth, no problems.

I got this for my work computer, which only accepts USB-A mice. It's comfortable, accurate, and satisfying -- probably the best wired mouse I've used.

I don't why I waited again to buy a mouse instead of using the computer supplied mouse. The shape and feel of this is so much better. The wheel toggle is nice but being used to a detent without it on went screaming thru multi page documents. I wish TAB was a programmable button. This mouse doesn't seem to be user programmable but many don't seem to be anymore. Oh I don't like wireless mice.

Effective and easy to install. Also, fits a large hand well.

Like it very much. I plugged it in on left side with cord snaking around back of laptop. Cord not in my since it comes out of front of mouse. Tracks well. My smallish hands are 7” long, 3” wide at base of fingers, 4” wide at base of palm. Mouse is comfortable for me. Glad to be free of need for batteries. Started using today and no issues yet. Picked up at local Best Buy.

Wireless mice can interfere with other devices so this is a great option to solve that problem. The mouse works great and is very responsive for a reasonable price.

Pretty smooth. Works well! Have had no issues whatsoever and ergonomic is a plus point.
