Feels comfortable in my hand. I usually have a hard time finding a mouse because my hand is small but I have long fingers. This one is perfect.

This ain't even close to blue

I mean technically it might be considered deep dark midnight new moon blue, but it's a billion times closer to BLACK than blue. Basically just another black mouse with dull grey lettering that's very hard to see or read except under bright light. .

I have been using my existing Logitech M510 for 3 years, and it finally died on me after several "hard knocks". When I saw that the same mouse was still available I looked no further. Smooth operation, great fit in my hand, easy to use on any surface.

The mouse was easy to install. It is smooth & responds quickly. I have smaller hands, and have a hard time finding a mouse that isn't too large to be comfortable for me. This one is perfectly comfortable for me.

We bought this as a birthday present for my 14 yr old. This is a kid that is terribly hard on everything. 4 months later and it's still working like a new one! Worth every penny spent!

Sometimes the mouse has a hard time reading a mouse pad. So then you switch to using it on the table or desk until it can read again. Sometimes it can be very frustrating. It's an OK mouse for limited work

This wireless mouse makes using my laptop so much easier and stress free. Trying to use the pad on the laptop is frustrating and aggravating. I'm no techie but this was easy to install and use. Definitely a good purchase.

When we start using this mouse we thaught that it would be hard to use. Because the size and the multiple buttons. But everything resulted extraordinary. The web nav is pretty fast and accurate.

Although not as comfortable as higher-priced models, this mouse feels good. The power switch is easy to move. Its many controls, especially the left-right scroll, are convenient. It always works well. Dirt on the top surface is difficult to remove.

This is actually my second m510 laser mouse. I've used one for years with my notebook on the road with no problems. Works just fine on the bed with plain white bedsheets. This new one is for use with my home system and seems to have a little more difficulty, but the surface I'm using isn't the smoothest. I would suspect that a more solid surface would take care of the issue.

I bought a "small" Purple mouse, because my wife liked the size & color. It was hard to use, didn't feel good & was hard too operate. This mouse replaced the purple one. It fits my hand well, is easy to use and now I'm not even aware that I'm using a mouse. The job gets done easier & with less Hassle. Computer work is much faster too.

I asked for a better quality than my previous mouse and the salesperson suggested this one. It works very well and seems to be sturdy. However, it is larger and doesn't fit my hand. It is especially hard for me to right-click. That may not be a problem for other users. I will buy somethings smaller when this one dies.

After trying out several mice at BestBuy I decided to get the Logitech M510 due to it's ergonomic design. I found the smaller mice hard to hold even for a few seconds. The overall design and feel are great. Connection took seconds! I tried out the downloadable software but found the default button configuration satisfactory on Windows 7. I also like the Logitech Unifying receiver capability so that I would not need to use an additional USB port if I use another compatible device.

It works, but that's it's only redeeming quality. Not worth the premium in price over a $7.99 cordless mouse. Using it's a real chore. I'm surprised at how clunky and unenjoyable this is to use considering this is a Logitech product. It's heavy, difficult to move (sticky) get's stuck then shoots forward. I've cleaned both bottom of house and tabletop, and it makes little difference. I much prefer trackball mice because they stay in one place and don't need to be moved too much. On the package, there is a great whoop de doo about what it can do. Setting it's impossible. I gave up. The instructions are horrible and only serve to muddy an already incomprehensible design. Why did I buy it? I didn't. I was in the hospital, and my wonderful wife who knows nothing about things like this, volunteered to pick up a mouse up for me as my trackpad was hard to use. Ironically, the trackpad worked better than this mouse. If I weren't over the two week return period because I'm in the hospital, I would return it. Not worth the money.

    Nice mouse just doesn't last

I bought this mouse a few weeks ago and installed it a day or so later. With in about a week I started having difficulty having to travel very long distances on my mouse pad just to get the mouse to move. I tried adjusting the sencitivity, changed the batteries, a new mouse pad. Nothing helped. Now no matter how far I move the mouse on or off the mouse pad there is no movement on the screen. The buttons still work but nothing else. I have had other mice last for years. This one lasted less than a month.

It's really hard to get away from a mouse that you've gotten used to. I've slowly replaced all of the mice in my house with this specific model. I love the ergonomics and the side buttons. Very convenient to program them for keystroke entries such as "ENTER" or "BACK." Makes for a more productive typing or drafting session. Overall, I enjoy this mouse. Feels full in my hands and doesn't feel cheap. Holds up very well and the buttons remain responsive. Very pleased.

Mouse pointer hard to get right, poor ergonomics

I bought this after seeing it was a best-seller, high reviews, and only $39. However, after using a Microsoft Laser Mouse 7000 for the past year or so (which finally broke), I cannot get used to using this mouse. So, maybe it's just me. However, I've played with the speed, acceleration, smart move, etc. settings, but cannot get it to a point that I like. It remains jerky and hard to control (with the precision I'm used to, and I didn't think I was picky till now). Also, the ergonomics are not very good, but I suppose that's how it's for these smaller mice. But no matter how I hold it, it doesn't feel comfortable. Specifically, it doesn't rest in my palm for support. Or if I do put it on my palm, then my fingers overshoot the buttons.

This mouse is ok. You must have large hands to grip the mouse and it be an ergonomic fit. With your hand resting on the mouse it is hard to click the buttons and use the scroll wheel without picking up your hand and repositioning it on the mouse. I had a logitech nano from several years ago and was hoping this would be a close replacement - not so. This mouse features a slide on/off switch on the bottom that is recessed which makes it hard to turn off/on sometimes. If you have large bulky fingers like mine then good luck. Also, the mouse has a storage spot for the bluetooth receiver and storing the receiver in the mouse is quite an ordeal as you have to slide the cover off and it is not as easy to remove and get back on. Would I buy this mouse again? No. Would I recommend it? Maybe depending on what the user wanted to use it for.

Good mouse, works great on my glass-topped desk

I've been using a Microsoft Intellimouse 3.0 for years but when the office upgraded to new desks with a glass top on them, my Intellimouse had difficulties tracking correctly. Got this wireless mouse based on other reviews and am pleasantly surprised -- most of my experiences with wireless mice were early on and they had a lot of "stutters" or "connection drop-outs" but I'ven't noticed any with this Logitech mouse. It has none of the difficulties that my Intellimouse had tracking on my glass-top desk and it feels okay in my hand -- it feels a bit more cramped than the Intellimouse as my hands are a little on the large side, so my hand doesn't "rest" on the Logitech quite as easily as on the large Intellimouse. The scroll wheel also feels more "clunky" than the very smooth wheel on the Intellimouse, as does the "click" of the scroll wheel, and the forward/back buttons on the thumb-side feel just a tad off location-wise. Still, these are all pretty minor complaints considering it actually WORKS on my desk and the Intellimouse doesn't. The side-scroll (tilt wheel) functionality is quite neat, though my I had to install the SetPoint software on Logitech's website as the default Win7 drivers recognized the tilt-wheel and set it to "scroll 3 lines" per tilt, but nothing would actually happen when I tried tilting the wheel. After installation of the SetPoint software, though, it works as it should. I've to say, I really like the blue color of this mouse, too. And having one less wire to run behind my desk is really nice! Overall, happy with my purchase for this price, though I might end up trying out a larger Logitech wireless mouse in the future. Oh, and the unifying receiver sounds like it is great if you have other Logitech wireless devices like a keyboard, but I do not so I cannot comment on it in practice. I also purchased the grey version of this mouse as a backup, but I definitely like this blue color better.
