This is the second of these mice that I have purchased. I really love the shape and the ability to connect to multiple devices. I bought this to travel with. I have not run into any issues with this mouse, I like the ability to have tactile/free scroll with the click of the button. I tried a different Logitech mouse with no forward/back button and I ended up having to get another one of these. I have heard complaints of the coating starting to dissolve after some time, but have yet to see that happen a year in with the other mouse.

I'd been looking for a wireless mouse (I have a Logitech G502 for gaming, but that is wired) and came across this mouse quite by accident. I was sold on the ability of the mouse to connect via either the dongle or Bluetooth and long battery life (they say 2 years but I'm only a few weeks in so can't really comment on it). Currently I'm using it to switch between my work and home laptops. Setup is painless (just like connecting any other Bluetooth device) and switching is just as simple (typically takes 1 second to switch the mouse to a different computer). Plus with the my limited desk space (I also have a desktop computer to which I connect the G502), this thing is great. Just cycle through the connections using the assigned button and you're on your way. I still have 1 spare profile on the mouse to connect to yet another laptop later, which is great. Overall I love the mouse, the size is just right and can just throw it into a bag if I want to take it along.

This is my second Logitech product, and I’m really impressed again. The M720 Triathlon works smoothly across multiple devices, and the battery life is excellent. Comfortable to use for long hours, and setup was super easy. Definitely worth the price!

Good size between a portable and full size mouse. Fits a lot of hand sizes without issue. Can connect with up to 3 computers via bluetooth. Standard buttons and wheel. DPI range is good for work. Battery lasts a good amount time, months. Another good logitech mouse.

Easily my favorite mouse I have ever owned. The fact you can switch it between 3 different devices, and use either bluetooth or the USB adaptor makes it perfect for someone with multiple devices to connect to. Perfect size for larger hands, very comfortable even after a 10 hour work day.

I love this mouse. It’s my first “advanced” mouse. I’ve only used traditional wireless mice with left-click, right-click, and scroll wheel that also clicks left and right.
The shape is very nice and very comfortable in the hand. All the buttons feel solid, although the scroll wheel clicks are a little looser than I’d like, but you get used to it.
It comes with the Logitech Options software so you can map the buttons to literally almost any function: keyboard combinations, minimizing windows, volume control, opening applications, etc.
Oh yeah, I also love that you can connect it to multiple devices at once. At work, I have it connected to my primary PC using the USB receiver (my work PC doesn’t have Bluetooth), and also connected to a Surface Pro via Bluetooth and I can switch between them with the click of a button. It also has the Logitech Flow software to transfer files between the two devices but I haven’t played with that feature yet.
The only thing I’m a little unsure of is the rubbery, soft touch material on the top and sides of the mouse. I feel like that material typically gets sticky over a long period of time. We’ll see how it does.

Love it. Feels nice and sturdy. I have big hands so this fits great in my hand.. Set up was easy. I have multiple P.C.s connected to the same 30” TV so this technology works for me. I also have the Logitech K480 multiple device Bluetooth keyboard so this combination works perfectly since I don’t have to have multiple keyboards and mice

I use my laptop every day for work and have severe arthritis in my hands. Using the touch pad on the lap top results in excruciating pain. Fortunately this mouse is ergonomically designed and greatly reduces the stress on my aging joints. Great battery life. Easy scrolling feature. Can connect to 2 devices (i only need it for 1).

This mouse feels amazing in my hand. I have bigger hands and it just feels very ergonomic. I don't particually like the scroll wheel feel but its nothing I can say anything bad about. You'll know what I mean if you purchase one. I've had several mouses and this one takes the cake.

Love this device. I connected this mouse to three PCs and switching from one to another is easy. Tracking is smooth. No issue with battery life either.
More expensive than the M705 but totally worth it. I am using one device instead of having multiple devices on my desk

A Productivity Essential

It's not absolutely perfect, but this mouse is really good. It has significantly increased my computer-based work productivity. I use it with a July 2019 MacBook Pro, so you'll need a dongle for the USB receiver. (IT IS NOT A DIRECT BLUETOOTH-TO-COMPUTER MOUSE. That's what I was originally looking for, but the features are worth the extra step and dongle price, to me anyway.)
I have to have multiple windows and desktops for the quickest work, and with the control mapping onto the many ergonomically placed buttons, it allows me to move between them like a breeze. I truly dread doing my work without this mouse.
Another benefit, for me personally, is that it removes need for multiple monitors. In terms of attention, and physical bulk in your space (particularly if you work from home), these are invaluable functions, that also make the dongle a worthwhile addition. I got it less than 6 months ago, and the value has absolutely outpaced the cost at this point.

I wanted a larger mouse that was comfortable, and has great battery life. The Triathlon fits my needs perfectly with the awesome bonus of usability between 3 devices. Even better, it's Logitech unifying dingle compatible (of which I use on my various computers) as well as Bluetooth capable which is great for my Android devices! An excellent device!

This mouse is awesome. To be honest, I haven't exploited many of its different functions, but I was impressed initially by how quickly it responds when connected via Bluetooth. There does not appear to be much lag, if any. Its easy to grip and comfortable enough even after hours of use. It was easy to set-up, and has since performed great. Overall couldn't ask for a better mouse.

Absolutely one of the nicest mice I’ve ever owned. The three Bluetooth connections work flawlessly. Unfortunately to get the dongle working you have to download LogiOptions+. I have no other complaints though, even the battery life is insanely long.

I bought this because it was similar to my old MX Master that fits my hand well. Works great, reliable and no real complaints. I do note that, in spite of its very similar appearance to the MX Master, the scroll wheel does not have adjustable release via software; the slight click/drag is either on or off via the button on top. I'd buy it again, but if an MX Master had been on the shelf next to it, I might have bought that in spite of the higher price.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! It’s great to hear the M720 is providing reliable performance and comfort for larger hands, even if it's missing some of the scroll wheel flexibility of the MX Master. Your insights really help others make informed choices—appreciate you sharing!

Great mouse! very responsive to your hand. Great scrolling features with a fast, and slow version. Back feature with a click of the hand so less motion needed (vs moving mouse to top of page and clicking back arrow). Also has a feature to sync with 3 other computers if you need that.

Just love this mouse! Perfect ergonomic shape for an old arthritic hand. Relieves the discomfort of resting my hand on a mouse. Plus it offers the ability to view all my open programs with a slight thumb pressure exactly where the thumb rests. That was an unexpected bonus.

I have had this mouse going on 7 months and not a bit of change in it's performance. By far one of the best I have ever owned. Battery holds for quite some time and very little (almost unnoticeable) delay wireless. Would recommend.

I bought this as an upgrade from the previous gen M705 which i bought refurbished 4 years ago. That one I only replaced the batteries twice and only got rid of it b/c i had worn out the clicking mechanism. This one feels better, has a better scroll mechanism and has built in support for 3 devices.
The flow software works okay, but the way it works is that when it detects you moving to the edge of the screen it switches the connected device in the mouse. Most similar software sends the traffic through a connection on the original machine. This is fine, but it means you can't just use any keyboard with the software and I'm not a fan of any of Logitech's Flow keyboards. Not knocking off any points b/c this is a review of the mouse and it's fantastic.
Responsive and comfortable and cheap. I have every reason to believe it's just as durable and performant as the previous version so I expect to stick with it for a long time to come.
