Unfortunately, the camera I received would not couple to the control software in any of the tablets, phones or computers tried. A lot of time was spent talking with MEVO technical people who were unable to determine the problem. They finally said to return the camera so they could later understand what was happening when the camera would be eventually returned to MEVO. Camera returned to Best Buy after one week of trying to make it work. Don't know if this is just a one time bad camera, or a systematic problem.

Used Geek Squad to try to get things working, but no help there. Asked for a refund since the issue was not resolved but nothing there either. Took back to the store and exchanged but still not able to use the mevo with my macbook. The store is no help with my issues...

I had the Go-pro but had trouble with it. The new Mevo works a lot better than the Go-pro for live streaming
