I downloaded the latest drivers and the Logitech Setpoint however it didn't help. Thinking about returning it and getting the wired set.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons, including:
• Low battery charge
• Moving the USB receiver from one USB port to another
• Moving the USB receiver to another computer
• Plugging the USB receiver into a USB hub, KVM switch or other unsupported device. (NOTE: Your USB receiver must be plugged directly into your computer.)
• Using your wireless keyboard on metal surfaces
• Radio frequency (RF) interference from other sources
Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.

After looking at many wireless combos, I settled on this one. I was worried that I would be getting what I paid for with the low price, but this keyboard and mouse has been serving me pretty well. I notice a very slight lag with the mouse, and the size is quite a bit smaller than I'm used to, but none of this is enough to make me hate it. I would recommend this set for anyone who's looking for a basic wireless keyboard and mouse.

When I started working from home and had my laptop up on a stand, I needed something more convenient for my wrists/arms/fingers. This did the trick. Overall it worked well. I would have given it 5 stars but the keys would occasionally stick. For example, when writing a capital letter, it would tend to capitalize the first two letters of a word or sentence instead of just the 1.

This gave us a good workaround at a reasonable price. Her laptop should have ~3 good years left, and now it does. It worked immediately--no painful setup, no software.
