Ernest was extremely helpful in my purchase. While it's a hassle to use another keyboard on top of a keyboard. It was the only solution. The guy who helped me purchase the laptop in the beginning was no help at all. If Ernest would have been my sales guy I would have purchased the right laptop to start with.

Good purchase for the price

Some of the keys are located in a different location. The Page Up, Page Down, End keys for example. It doesn't have a sleep button I am used to. It has extra keys on the top which I have to get used to and I LOVE the Calculator key. Not sure why it has TWO backspace keys. It is lightweight and looks modern. The mouse didn't work for me. I don't use it. I would move it and it took seconds for it to think about moving.
