It has made a big difference in my workday. The mouse is so much more comfortable on my hand. The keyboard is very responsive to my touch. My misspellings have decreased drastically. I only wish the cap lock had an indicator light.

It lacks LEDs to notify someone when capslock or numlock are on/off. I haven't had any issues with range when using it from my couch awhile attached to my HTPC that is about seven to eight feet away from my couch. It did install easily without any software extra.
