I was apprehensive when I made this purchase due to its unique design and whether I was gonna get used to it. Fortunately, I did. Using this mouse requires your thumb a lot which i wasn't used to but i wont go back now. The hand position is super comfortable with 0 fatigue for long hours. Plus logi options app provides tons of customization options that you can use to define what each of the mouse buttons do for each of your favorite apps. The clicks are super tactile and have a nice feel to it. This has an in-built battery that can be recharged with a USB type C cable, super convenient. When I bought it, the mouse was at 40% and lasted me a full month before I charged it so battery life is amazing.

My old trackball was having issues, I brought it back to Bestbuy and exchanged. MS updated the trackball since my last purchase. It now has a USB C port this lines it up with most of my other electronics that use "C". After I gave it some charge and turned it on, it automatically synced to my laptop. Seems to hold a good charge. The trackball has a smooth rolling motion, my last trackball the ball kept sticking. Loving it so far, but if it has issues I will go back to Bestbuy and exchange it

For heavy excel work I’ve always preffered trackballs as you need very little desk space and minial hand movement to traverse a large display. I had the basic basic version for years and loved it, but the additional features such as side scrolling wheel, extra precision, and dual link puts this new model in another legue. The multiple ergonomic positions help a lot with fatigue too.

Initially, it felt a bit unusual, but after using this mouse for a while, I can’t imagine using any other type of mouse again. It feels comfortable in your hand, and the wheel is incredibly smooth and enjoyable to use. The only downside is that if you lightly rest your finger on it, it will accidentally click the left or right button. Apart from that, this mouse is fantastic.

What a great invention! I bought this kind of mouse because I'm an older gentleman and I've just bought a new computer, so I found this mouse. It's very quiet and easy to use. There are many buttons, but I haven't figured them all out yet, but I will. You're not moving your hand all around all the time; it seems more relaxed using this type of trackball mouse. I would definitely give it a try.

I have tried different type ergonomic mouses similar to this mouse functionalities, I think at least 35% better than other similar mouses in comparison, but of course about the same percentage higher price, for me it worth it every penny. 4 different angels, dual device option, slow cursor move button, very quiet clicks, modifiable buttons. If the price tag doesn't bother you, you are going to love it.

I love this mouse! Prior to this mouse, I had to have 2, one for each computer I was using. This mouse gives you the ability to easily switch back-and-forth between multiple computers. It’s comfortable, easy to navigate and works great all the time! I highly recommend this product!

As long as I can remember, for 30+ years I used Logitech trackballs. Before this, I used multiple MX Ergo S which come out a long time ago, so I was waiting for a refresh. Mainly wanted to have a USB-C charging port instead of the micro USB and they finally did it. The button clicks are smoother/quieter which I like and there is a new dongle (I think it supposed to be faster, but this is not a competitive gaming accessory). Overall, it's a nice update, I hope the rubber coating will last a little longer on it.

This is my second MX ERGO S Plus. I got the first one 3 years ago because I spent many hours a day doing CAD/BIM drafting, and I was having daily neck and shoulder pain. This mouse completely solve the problem. The mouse has very good precision, and you can adjust the speed/movement with one click when you need very high precision and slow movement.

Great Trackball, I've had and used many trackballs this one is been the best. I had an older version of this but this one is wonderful. First it is comfortable easy to use. Another thing i noticed that it was quite...yes quite the buttons don't make a noticeable click sound. It is accurate and precise, for doing detailed work.

For a thumb trackball user, this is the best one available. Smooth, reliable, and ergonomic. The only downside is that the rubberized finish on the palm rest deteriorates over time. I have bought 3 of these, and the only reason for the repurchases was the finish coming off.

So far it is wonderful. No issues. The battery lasts for weeks in my case.

I often use my MacBook as a true laptop and I’m not a fan of trackpads. I bought this to sit on the arm of my chair and it is great for that. I also started using it with my work machine as well. It is very east to switch betwen devices and it works great with the dongle and with Bluetooth.

really helps put my hand and wrist in a perfect position with less stress to my arm . its easy to use and fits my smaller hand nicely but would accommodate any size hand . the track ball is effortless and has great optional buttons. The battery life is great. This is a must have.

It’s definitely a top tier solution for the working professional - no question about it. The challenge I experienced is the left click key gets stuck down but you can’t tell unless you look at the screen because the device is so smooth and quiet. Anyone working with big data or anything of the sort, down the line this could get ugly in a document if something pulls from one place into another unexpectedly.. Maybe it’s a one-off? I checked my return period and it seems I’m 2 weeks outside of the return date. Today is 12 Feb. I purchased this device on 14 Jan. Not even a full month and I’m out of the return window. Would be nice if I could return it for the same model without the defect. Apart from that, I have no complaints. It’s great in the wrist. Much better design than its predecessor. What say ye, BestBuy? Shall we swap it out for a better experience altogether? Let me know and I’m ready.

Have bought three of these, all have worked fine. I use them for locations where there's not room for a standard mouse to move around: a dinner tray, the top of a cluttered desk, the arm of a couch-- anywhere the space or terrain won't support a standard mouse pad. This item has good presence and a weighty feel, with plenty of stability for standalone performance. As a plus, the Bluetooth pairing is easy and the connection is solid.

This is like the most comfortable mouse I have used, it is so great for the work I do, and I have not had a hint of wrist pain since using it. I especially appreciate the different lift options so you can choose how angled you want it if at all.

The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because is way overpriced, is not even new technology anymore, other than that, I love it!, been using trackballs (instead on mouse) for over 15 years by now and this is the second time I purchase the same model because the wedge included really make a difference if you happen to have hands bigger than average

I love using ball mice, and this one is amazing. I love the ability to angle it, and the base it sits on keeps by hand comfortable! The programmable buttons are great too!

Works great. Very comfortable. I bought one of these about three years ago for my work computer, and decided to get another for home. I think the newer one works even more smoothly than the first.
