Connects but the laser does not come on and it will not move the mouse. The buttons work. Was useful and comfortable but a bit expensive to die in a few months. The vertical I have works just fine on the same computer.

Scroll Wheel Issues After Less Than a Year of Use

Initially, the performance was excellent — the scroll wheel was smooth, fast, and precise. However, in April 2025, the scroll wheel started malfunctioning: it no longer scrolls smoothly or quickly, makes an unpleasant noise, and feels like it's catching or skipping internally. The mouse has never been dropped or mishandled; it has only been used under normal office conditions. Unfortunately, the return period has already expired, so I am unable to request a replacement or refund. Given the premium price and brand reputation, I expected much better durability—very disappointing experience.
