I have carpal tunnel and arthritis in my dominant hand so I've been using a vertical mouse for ergonomics for years. This ones is just much more of a better fit with the way my hand wants to relax than any other vertical mouses I've used. It's sleek, comfortable and has a lot of shortcuts.

I was somewhat skeptical a out this mouse at first being so different but at the same time that is what drew me to it. I have now used it for about 4 weeks and can say, Iike it and feel a clear diference in my wrist. My wrist is so much more relaxed at the end of the day compared to using my standard mouse.
The only bad thing (and it's not really that bad) is when I move away from the mouse and then back again, I keep underestimating it's height and hit it. It is centered enough to not knock it down though. I do have to make sure my hand is properly centered to use the forward button as when I get relaxed with the mouse, it tends to rest over the back button.
The mouse is extremely light and easy to maneuver but not too light to easily tip over. Very smooth action and response.
Some features I wish it had from the MX line of mice is the "Mode Shift Button" which I used to shift from ratchet to free spin and the "Thumbwheel" which allowed for scrolling horizontally. Especially for the price your paying fir this mouse.
Even with that aside, I would still say the MX Vertical mouse is worth the purchase if you are having carpal tunnel issues.

Does what its supposed to, seems to be good quality, but it didn’t seem to help my particular arthritis related problem. I found it harder to be accurate with this.

Comfortable mouse for office use

This mouse is fairly comfortable and helps relieve some of the wrist pain from PC usage. It was more comfortable than a cheaper option I tried from Amazon. It's important to note it only lessens the stress - you'll still need to take breaks and rest if you're experiencing RSI and this won't eliminate your issues by itself. My main complaints are that the sensor seems very jittery on this mouse. It's fine for browsing and office work but if you try to play a game for example you'll notice the sensor is extremely jittery and imprecise. This seems unacceptable for a $90+ mouse. My other complaint is the price - you're really not getting what you pay for, in my opinion, but if your wrists hurt and you can't take a break from work you may have to bite the bullet for it.

The best ergo mouse till date. The battery lasts so long that I lose the charging cable every time - easily 2+ months. The left click button dies after an year of extreme use. Extremely light weight.

Great mouse with some potential driver issues

This mouse is great for ergonomics and helps me not get cramps in my fingers. While connected via Bluetooth the mouse cursor refresh rate seems to be very low (15hz?) -- it jumps across the screen, albeit accurately. Plugged in, it's like any other mouse (thank you for making it USB-C!). I don't have this problem with other Bluetooth mice. There's a weird tackiness to the surface material. I've tried cleaning it, but it's always oddly sticky. I think this might be some kind of manufacturing defect / leftover glue of some kind. The "Logitech Options" driver is also buggy and will make the thumb buttons register two clicks instead of one. It's better to leave it uninstalled unless you need to configure options. Otherwise, you have to close the 3 Logitech Options EXEs and restart it to get it working properly again, or maybe reboot the PC.

I really like this mouse! It's light weight, not cumbersome and is goo for my ergonomic needs. However, it does lag sometimes but will respond after a few seconds. Define worth the money if only for it's ergonomic features. I have used it's programming features yet.

Great mouse, I wasn't sure about the vertical but after a slight comfort learning curve, I don't think I will go back to a traditional mouse. The battery life is great and I maybe charge it once a month just to make sure its charged. I use this daily 8-5.

Overall it is a great mouse and made a huge difference on my wrist strain. When the battery is low it will have some lag, but nothing major. Just make sure to have it connected to the computer you are using when charging. I have it connected to 3 devices and it works wonderfully.

I wasn't sure about the "handshake" format but knew I needed to try something to alleviate the wrist pain. And nearly $90 is a bit much for my Yankee thrift to give to an unproven (to me) change. So, thank you Walmart for allowing me to try the format for $13, hate the build quality, return it, and then really come to appreciate the value of the MX Vertical.
I do miss the free-wheeling feature of my previous Logitech MX mouse, but it's a worthwhile tradeoff. My wrist pain has been eliminated, even after long sessions of use.
I've not been using it long enough to validate the battery life claims, but a quick check of the Unifying Software tells me I'm good so far. An onboard way to store the receiver for travel would be nice as most of the travel cases I've seen don't have a dedicated place to hold it. Still, a minor inconvenience compared to the pain relief.
Highly Recommended!

I’ve developed intense carpal tunnel in my right wrist. Typing and using the track pad would cause so much pain. I bought this out of desperation and I don’t regret it. It took to the mouse pretty quickly and my pain has gone away. Price is steep but overall very happy!

great mouse as long as it keeps working

If it keeps working well I'll be very happy with this mouse. I bought two of this model a couple of years ago and was very pleased with them - until after over a year when they started not working so well. One quit completely which is why I bought this one. The other still works but often when I click on something it doesn't work, or acts as though I clicked on a different spot, which is very annoying but not yet bad enough that I'm ready to pay for another one yet (I use one at work, one at home). I'm giving the new one 4 four stars for now, since it's a great mouse as long as it works.

This is my second purchase of this vertical mouse, which, this time around, was for non-work related use. I find that it reduces stress on the forefinger and surrounding knuckle area when performing repetitive tasks (reducing likelihood or pain related carpal tunnel syndrome). It’s able to connect with no issues to Apple Macs and iPads, Windows based PCs and laptops, as well as Sony TVs, and I do like that it uses USB C charging. It seems to not be as effective on glass surfaces such as a glass table top, but works fine otherwise. (For work, I use the original unit that I purchased with an old Wacom tablet as a base, and for non-work, I simply use this second unit with a wooden surface as a base.)
