I realize that it's not everyone's cup of tea to have a vertical mouse... but I have to say that my wrist loves this, and so do I! I work in IT and tend to spend quite a bit of time on my computer. At the end of a long day, I can notice some tension in my wrists from all that computer time. Trying to preempt some later wrist problems in life, I set out looking for some better options when I came across this mouse. I was a little concerned about the price tag, but after the first day I immediately noticed my symptoms go away. That was enough to sell me on it. Functionally, I wish that the mouse had more programmable buttons on it, as the gaming mouse I moved from had several more. However, it does have two programmable buttons that do the job. Battery life is close to a month and half for my usage level (daily, M-F office job). It allows you to both connect via Bluetooth, or through the dongle that comes with the mouse. It also has a "computer" button on the bottom of the mouse so that you can connect to three separate computers without moving the dongle around. Overall, love this, and would recommend to anyone!

As someone who spends hours working on a computer every day, investing in the Logitech MX Vertical Advanced Wireless Ergonomic Mouse has been a game-changer for both my productivity and comfort. The first thing that caught my eye was the sleek Graphite color and the unique vertical design. The MX Vertical isn't just a mouse; it's a statement piece on my desk. The ergonomic design is a breath of fresh air compared to traditional mice, promoting a more natural handshake position that significantly reduces wrist strain. Setting up the mouse is a breeze, with both USB and Bluetooth connectivity options. I love the flexibility it offers, allowing me to switch between devices seamlessly. The precision tracking is spot-on, thanks to the high-resolution sensor, making every movement smooth and accurate. One of the standout features is the customizable buttons. The placement of the buttons on the side is intuitive and easily accessible, and I've personalized them to streamline my workflow. The scroll wheel is responsive, and the option to switch between ratchet and free-spinning modes adds another layer of convenience. The battery life is impressive. A single charge lasts for an extended period, and the quick-recharge capability ensures that I'm never without my mouse for too long. The battery indicator on the device is a thoughtful touch, keeping me informed about the remaining charge. Using the Logitech Options software, I fine-tuned the mouse settings to my preferences, from cursor speed to button functions. The software also allows for firmware updates, ensuring the mouse stays up-to-date with the latest improvements. While the Logitech MX Vertical comes at a higher price point, the ergonomic benefits and enhanced productivity it brings make it worth every penny. If you're looking for a mouse that goes beyond the conventional, prioritizing both comfort and performance, the Logitech MX Vertical is an excellent choice. It has become an indispensable tool in my daily work routine, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch ergonomic mouse.

I started getting carpal tunnel syndrome using only a track pad and a traditional mouse. The Vertical Logitech mouse keeps me from getting wrist pain and tingling in my fingers. Itʻs also easy to manuever and actually feels more natural than a horizontal mouse.

It took me about a half hour to get used to this mouse. I know other people said it took them a week or more, but that wasn’t the case for me. The only issue I have is easing the the two buttons on the side. I mapped them to scroll sideways, but I have trouble using them. It’s awkward to manipulate the buttons. I think this maybe on me. I may have learn how to position my hand. In any case, the mouse is great. It’s much easier on my wrist and easy to use. It’s definitely worth the money.

This mouse is amazing! Helped me with wrist and shoulder pain!!! I use this mouse for work as a Controls Engineer and programmer. When I use my old mouse at home I notice the pain and muscle tension 5-10 minutes after using it and always grab this mouse instead! Works well with the 3 different connections that I can change with the bottom of the mouse button!

I actually dont really understand why so many people hated this. Were they not expecting a titled mouse? Were they a hardcore gamer looking for zero latency ultra precise movement???? No idea. My job is almost entirely at my desk on a computer with a lot of clicking and mouse movement. Using a normal mouse, my wrist was literally killing me at the end of the day. Literally ever since I bought this thing, I never have that wrist pain. This mouse took all of 10-15 minutes of getting used to, and it works brilliantly. I dont notice any lag, I can charge it with a USB-C cable, and my wrist sits comfortably at a nice angle. In fact, Id even wish for a second version of this to be at an even steeper angle for better wrist comfort but I digress. Logitech is a trusted and reliable brand and their software works well. I like that I get a notification of low battery life on my computer and that the mouse doesnt just randomly die out on me. If youre getting this just for desk WORK as a job or as a student and youre not trying to game or anything, trust me. This WILL save your wrist that pain. This is my favorite mouse and I bought one for work and one for home because of it. If either break at some point, I most likely will get it again. ONE THING TO NOTE: One thing I only recently noticed is that if you plug a USB storage device into a USB port directly adjacent to the USB port where the dongle of this mouse is plugged into, you may see SIGNIFICANT lag until you unplug that storage USB. Its actually really strange. I dont blame the product itself cuz that might actually be a computer issue itself, but I have noticed that will happen. Once you unplug the USB storage device, it goes back to working 100% flawlessly. Or if you plug it somewhere else in a another port further away. Maybe its just my computer? And its only SOME usb storage devices not all. USB charging or other dongles dont have that effect. Anyway that was worth noting. Outside of that weird quirk, still 100% recommend because this saved me so much pain.

This is a great mouse! I really like the configuration and the overall usability. It takes very little movement to cover 3 screens and with a mousepad that includes a padded rest it is very comfortable to use. The top button that changes the speed of the mouse allows one to easily change the movement.

Whoever came up with this design deserve a Medal. I first saw it at work from a co-worker... he was trying it for his carpal tunnel issues from working a lot in computer and using the flat or horizontal mice...anyway I run to buy it the price was discounted at 80.00 originally 99.00... and as soon as I staring using it I felt a normal and relax support of my hand and the scrolling and sliding of the entire mouse was so smooth and easy. This is an Item that for me was a treasure find. I recommend this if you have issues with mice and uncomfort with your hands... Definitely a great new mouse (I bought an additional for my home use) , light and also come with it own driver that once installed can be modified for your personal setting and sensitivity. Enjoy "I'm-Out"

The Logitech MX Vertical mouse was a life saver for me. The muscles in my forearm were getting very sore and affecting my ability to use a mouse every day for work. I tried a compression sleeve around my elbow and forearm, but it never really helped much. I found this Logitech mouse and decided to try it, and I'm very glad I did. After several days of use, I could feel my forearm muscles starting to relax, the soreness was starting to reduce. After a week of use, most of the soreness was gone. Being a vertical mouse, it took a bit to get used to, but once I did, I couldn't go back to a regular mouse. When using this mouse, your hand sits in a more natural position, allowing your forearm muscles to be used in a more relaxed state and not always twisted to one side like they are when using a regular mouse. While it's a bit more expensive than other mice, the MX Vertical mouse is well worth the money. I have one for my work computer and my personal computer, and won't go back to a regular mouse ever again.

Great mouse, I love the reaction this mouse gets from folks who have never seen it before. it feels great and promotes a gentle grip and feel when holding the mouse. I never feel any tension in my hands. Pro: Battery life is superb, very ergonomic, and feels great. Con: this is a big one for me. the transition buttons should not be at the bottom of the mouse, it should be somewhere up top where you can easily access them without having to pick up the mouse.

Bought this mouse for my wife who was experiencing wrist pain using a trackpad and conventional wireless mouse. 1 month in, we haven't had to recharge it yet, so the first charge of the battery is holding strong, and she uses her computer a LOT. The wrist pain has been significantly relieved through using this mouse as well, so she is healing up. I am so thankful that ergonomic devices like this exist, plus the ability to program the bluetooth connection to more than one computer has been super useful for her too as she has been working off of two different laptops.

This thing is light, SUPER comfortable, and can be programmed to work wirelessly with three different devices through a combination of Bluetooth or RF USB receiver. A fourth device can be used wired when plugged in via USB, though this prevents you from using the wireless connections until you unplug the USB cable. I do wish the device selection button was on top of the mouse (like the Dell mouse sold elsewhere on Best Buy). The price is steep, but when your health takes priority, it ends up being worth it.

I wanted to try something different when I bought this, and for the most part, I do like it; however, there are times that it drives me crazy, or I knock it over when reaching back for it to use. As far as how it works, it works great, but the design itself is not for everyone. If you have trouble with your wrists or need something that keeps your hand at this angle, this is the perfect product for you. If you are used to a more traditional mouse or magic pad, it will take some getting used to. Overall, a great product that I would recomend.

Have a few of these. I hate the silly integrated rechargeable batteries that need a charge every month. The generic AA powered wireless vertical mice I had lasted for a year. So that is unfortunate, but the mouse itself is truly ergonomic, very responsive, connect to three devices, easy to use, perfect click and scroll, a really flawless mouse. Just wish it was not integrated rechargeable.

As a piece of hardware this mouse is pretty good overall. It's optically fairly precise in its tracking, comfortable for all-day use, with lots of customization ability. Battery life is strong. About the biggest drawback I've found is because it's so light and tall, if you're clumsy with long monkey arms like I am, you're going to regularly send it flying as you move around on your desk or keyboard tray. Where this device suffers badly is Logitech's Options software, especially with Flow, which is singularly one of the worst, most annoying and unreliable pieces of code currently out there, and among the worst I've used with regularity in 40+ years of computer use. The idea behind it is good, but execution is atrocious and it's fraught with bugginess that makes transferring from seamlessly and easily form one PC to another maddeningly inconsistent and unreliable, to the point where you will probably be like me and start giving serious consideration to going old-school and having two sets of input devices. You'll find that you have to frequently reboot one or both machines actively in use (if using two), turn Flow off and on and try any number of other random fixes, along with praying to the tech gods, to get it to occasionally work. It's horrifically capricious in how it works. Logitech is seemingly monumentally tone deaf about fixing the software, despite years and a litany of complaints about how bad it is, and is either unwilling or unable to fix it. Forget about useful support from them as well their response in fixes are the same limited sets of suggestions that never solve the problem.

Hello nhmtnbkr! I'm so sorry to hear about all the issues you're having with Logitech Options. Unfortunately, there's really only one thing I can recommend doing. If support hasn't already recommended this to you, I would try uninstalling the software and reinstalling it. I will definitely be passing up the ladder all the issues you're having. In the mean time, keep an eye out for updates to the software. Once again, I apologize for the issues you're having. Thank you so much for the feedback and for shopping Logitech. - Maggie from Logitech

I haven't really had a bad experience with Logitech devices, and this was no exception. I was excited to try it, because I use computers a lot, and this claims to reduce strain on the hand, providing greater comfort over time, while not slowing you down. This does what it's advertised to do without question. It is an adjustment to use to at that angle, what they refer to on the package as the 'natural handshake position', but then it quickly becomes more comfortable to maneuver from that position. It can be used with the usual nano USB receiver or with a USB cable (both are included), but also can connect via bluetooth for any computer capable of that option. I haven't used it for long, but I can already feel the difference in my hand and wrist just in the time I have been using it.
