Great Mouse and Comfortable Feel

This mouse offers a great alternative to standard mice where the hand sits on top of the mouse. My arm lies flat on the desk and the mouse fits comfortably in my hand. The battery is built in and should be charged soon after opening the box and connecting the mouse to the PC; about 1 to 2 hours to fully charge the mouse. I have used both the bluetooth connection as well as Logitech's Unifying Receiver; both work well. The mouse can connect up to 3 different devices; easily change the device to connect to using the button on the bottom of the mouse. Depending on what software I'm using or just browsing the internet, the cursor speed control (oval button on top of the mouse) button makes it convenient to change. Logitech claims 4 months of use on one charge, since I have not owned this mouse for that length of time yet I can't say one way or the other except I am still on my first charge (one month to date) since I purchased the mouse on 12.12.2020 and still going strong.

Excellent ergonomic mouse! I was developing some serious pain in my wrists and elbows since working from home full time now due to COVID. It was necessary for me to get a new keyboard and mouse to reduce the strain on my wrists so I set out to find the best peripherals on the market. I landed on the Logitech MX mouse and Ergo Keyboard. Both took minimal time to adjust to, and the strain and pain in my arms has been steadily decreasing since I got them.
Focusing on the mouse specifically, it is a very comfortable "hand shake" grip, that keeps your wrist in a very comfortable position. On mac I was able to completely customize all the buttons to mimic the usage of my Magic Mouse. The only thing it is missing is a touch pad, so gestures are not supported. However, with all the additional customizable buttons I was able to set up a lot of those commands to the buttons which work great.
I would highly recommend this mouse, as it seems to be the best out there to date. Hopefully soon logitech or another company will find a way to deliver an ergonomic mouse that supports gestures. Until, then go with this!

It takes a little time to grow used to, Has great app and customization. Totally alleviates my wrist from resting on the mat (big plus), but is a little large for my small hand (otherwise would have given 5 star)

The Logitech MX Vertical is a total game-changer for comfort and productivity. The ergonomic design felt a little unusual at first, but within a day or two, it made a noticeable difference in reducing wrist strain—perfect for long hours at the desk.
The wireless performance is flawless, whether I use the USB receiver or Bluetooth, and the battery life is impressive. Tracking is smooth and precise, and the customizable buttons make workflow more efficient. It even works across multiple devices with Logitech Flow—super convenient!
If you're dealing with hand fatigue or just want a healthier, more natural way to work, this mouse is worth every penny. Functional, sleek, and thoughtfully designed.

I'm a HUGE fan of Logitech and have been solely purchasing computer accessories from them 10+ years. Well my MX mouse I've had for 5 years starting rubbing off material on the side so I wanted to purchase a new one. I was debating between the ball, lift and this one. Not going to lie I didn't think ANY of them could be ergonomic so settled on the MX since I've purchased from this collection. Well holy cow batman! I am totally shocked how this feels and I am on the computer daily for work. Then the charge on this lasts for a very long time as well and I use this mouse 35-55 hours weekly. In the end, if your wanting to help you wrist out, give this a try.

In the search for a vertical ergonomic mouse to alleviate my severe wrist pain I purchased this one. It took a few days to "adjust" to using this mouse, but the wrist pain gradually went away. Finally no more wrist pain! I tried the Logitech - MX ERGO Wireless Trackball Mouse, but using my thumb was painful and difficult to be accurate with the pointer. The MX Vertical is similar to a traditional mouse, moving it around with your wrist in a vertical position. I also bought the Logitech - ERGO K860 Ergonomic Full-size Wireless Scissor Keyboard with Palm Rest. Again, takes time to adjust to it, but I like this much better than a traditional keyboard and the keys are quiet. The combination of the keyboard and vertical mouse has made working on the computer enjoyable. Give it a try.

I'm in IT so I have used literally more type of computer mice in my career (as well as personal life) that I can remember.
This mouse is hands down, the best I've ever used. I own three of them.
Now, if you are not looking for a vertical mouse this may not be the case for you. But, this mouse has it all in those regards.
1. It's not completely vertical which is a plus. If you have ever used one of those, you realise you end up using your whole arm to push it around the desktop and that can lead to shoulder strain. I didn't want to have to replace carpal tunnel pain with shoulder pain.
2. Battery lasts.....a long...time.
3. Grip. Not only is the surface rubberized but it has ridges. I have used a number of vertical mice and they all feel like you are trying to grip a watermelon seed. If you've not used a vertical mouse before you need to realize that they are often hard to keep in place since you don't rest on top of it. Once you grab this mouse, it stays in your hand.

I like this mouse because it looks good and helps my hand to not hurt. Having a rechargable battery is a feature i didnt knowni would line so much, but not having to replace batteries is so nice. I dont like that the scroll wheel doesnt have side to aide scroll options. That is a surprising exclusion. Also, the doi setting doesnt have an indictor to late me know what dpi i have set. I like that i can connect to multiple devices at once via bluetooth and toggle between them using the button on the bottom.

As someone who works more than 8 hours a day with computers, and even needs a computer too for hobby, my hand and wrist started to ache with pain.
Read online several recommendations to using a vertical mouse. Given I have always been happy with Logitech products, I chose this one.
After little under a week of use, the strain in my wrist and hand have diminished.
This mouse is very comfortable for my small hand. It has a nice handy paring for up to 3 devices, that can be easily switched with a button press. It also comes with an usb receiver in case your device doesn't have bluetooth or can't recognized the mouses' signal.
It works perfectly with my macbook pro 2018, and my iPad Pro 9.7" (post iOS 13 for bluetooth mouse compatibility), without need of the usb receiver.
It comes with a handy usb-a to usb-c cord for wired use and charging its internal battery. Yes it has usb-c port.

I've only been using this a few days and I felt the need for a quick review.
I work at my computer for 8 to 9 hours per day and I'd developed severe wrist pain and discomfort. Had all the classic signs of rsi or ct. Within 24hrs of using this my pain has almost completely subsided.
I'm a heavy pc gamer as well and this mouse has also replaced my G305 gaming mouse without any issue.
It took a minute to get used to the movement but once that was conquered, this mouse is amazing. Pair it with the ERGO K860 keyboard and you are all set. (you also only need to use 1 usb dongle if you pair these)

Overall, a great ergonomic option for a mouse. It's not too complicated to figure out as far as options and settings. Smooth movement and comfortable handling. My only issue with the design is the area where the palm rests. Where the mouse fans out in the thumb would have made more sense in the opposite area where the palm is. I find my hand slipping to the table without realizing it and the side of my palm on the table; over time this can feel uncomfortable. When I'm conscious of my hand position it doesn't prove to be an issue, and hasn't been over time as I get used to it.
If you can try it out in person at a store or otherwise I'd give it a go. Since I personally have issues with regular mice, I've stuck with it and have grown accustomed to it and it is a great mouse for anyone trying to avoid pain issues.

Use case:
1) Improve ergonomics of home office (purchased with Logitech - ERGO K860 Ergonomic Split Bluetooth or USB Keyboard)
Pros:
1) Sturdy scroll wheel/middle mouse button (had a previous, less expensive vertical mouse have its scroll wheel brreak)
2) Relieved wrist pain
3) Rechargeable battery, charges via USB C (very quickly)
Cons:
-- non observed --
Neutral:
1) If charging with a cable connected to a computer, mouse inputs go to that computer. I'm not sure if there's a way to do this otherwise, but this caught me off guard at first.
2) The input selection feature is on the under side so need to flip the mouse to access it. Minor inconvenience, not really a drawback unless you're needing to switch connections often.
3) Perhaps not for everyone, but I recommend giving it a try.

I usually don't buy Logitech as I'm a Corsair guy but I have a soft spot for the odd. The weird angle that the mouse sits at got me curious enough to try it. Within an hour I was hooked on it. It feels so natural and I'm not sure why they never designed anything comparable up till now. I haven't tried gaming with it yet but I'm sure that will come later. The battery life is excellent and installation was very simple. I tried my Corsair Scimitar after and the difference was night and day. I highly recommend this mouse!!

This mouse is perfect in every way and I mean it.
* It feels really good to hold.
* Buttons are very responsive
* Love that I can switch devices with a button!
* Instant hand pain relief for me.
For anyone like me working very long hours with a computer, I would still suggest alternating between either a regular mouse or a trackpad, but this is my main mouse for sure now.

My work requires me to use the computer all day every day for 8+ hours straight. Needless to say, my hands and wrists get stiff and tired which has only gotten worse over time. It started getting really bad so I started looking into ergonomic keyboard and mouse options and came upon this mouse from Logitech.
Honestly, I cannot be happier with this product. Yes, it's pricey, but I'm 100% sure that treating full-blown carpal tunnel syndrome would be way more costly.
It takes some getting used to at first, but it becomes second nature and, most importantly, it helps tremendously. My hands and wrists are nowhere as tired nor stiff after work anymore which is exactly what I needed.
