Stopped working after 3 months

The white LED does not come to show that it detects a chargeable mouse. Getting in touch with Logitech support is impossible. You have to call a phone number that is open weekdays until 9 pm. I live on the West Coast and I've yet to get through to them. I was shocked at the poor support options.

Draining My Mouse

This thing worked fine for a couple months but now it is actually doing the opposite of it's purpose. It no longer charges my mouse, even though it says it's charging. Leaving my Logitech G903 mouse on the pad overnight brought it from 62% charged to 2% charged. The mouse was OFF and "charging".

Only works plugged to computer

It is huge and only seems to work plugged into the computer. I expected to be able to use it on my countertop. And the Logitech G Hub software is horrid.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding the Powerplay Mat. It does need to be plugged into a USB port in order to receive power to it. Then that allows the mouse to get continuous power while using it. Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate the feedback.

Poor quality

Posted .Hello, sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your POWERPLAY Wireless Charging System. We are always looking for ways to improve our products, so we appreciate your review. Here are some quick tips on ensuring connectivity is 100%: If POWERPLAY is placed on a metal table,
charging performance may be degraded or prevented entirely. Do not use on a metal table. Ensure there are no foreign objects (e.g. keyboards or mobile phones) on charging base. Charging performance may be degraded or prevented entirely. Ensure mouse battery is not removed. POWERPLAY charging
base cannot power a mouse with no battery. Removing the
battery from a G703 or G903 wireless gaming mouse voids
its warranty.
– If mouse battery is at 0%, it may take up to 5 minutes for
adequate charge to be built up for use. For faster charging,
or to charge to 100%, plug included USB cable into mouse.
– POWERPLAY charging base is validated for use only with
included cloth or hard mouse pad, or their retail replacement
equivalent. Thicker pads or pads made of different materials
(such as metal) can cause charging performance to be
degraded or prevented entirely

A great product that gets better with diy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I first started using this mat in tandem with my g903 and I loved it but the one downside is it’s lackluster size. It’s serviceable but in no way ideal especially for low sens FPS players. To combat this I ordered an extended mousepad (12”x36”) and a roll of neoprene rubber (12”x48” 2.5mm thick). I then used a scratch awl to mark a stencil of where I wanted the powerplay mat to go. Took the powerplay mat off and used a ruler and exacto knife to cut out what was marked and boom. I now have a fully extended mousepad with wireless charging and a full 16” to flick to my hearts desire with no discernible bumps. Obviously you can go bigger if you want but this was ideal for me. I rate the product 4.5/5 because I had to do work on my own to make it ideal. Overall the the neoprene and extends mousemat cost me $30 and I couldn’t be happier.

I am using it with the Logitech G703 light speed mouse. Very sensitive and taking a little getting used to it. The combination is a whole new mouse and pad experience.
