PROs: - Wickedly light--depending on DPI settings in software/OS, even the slightest movements are enough to send the pointer flying (if that's what you're after) - Wireless speeds truly are indistinguishable from wired--you can cut the cord and not worry that the technology will get in the way of your gaming - Simple, understated design has a refined, sophisticated gamer feel with a small/manageable contingent of easily configurable (or removable) side buttons - Minimal LED illumination provides effective DPI setting notification and battery level; otherwise, any illumination/effects are totally at the discretion of the user and therefore allow you to squeeze even more life out of the rechargeable battery - Short button throw with no real throw-away travel makes for blazingly quick mouse clicks - 100% ambidextrous design--lefties rejoice as the mouse feels/performs exactly the same in the left hand or right - Slight tactile feedback for scroll wheel clicks strikes great balance between something that nears the speed of free scroll with reassurance of scroll wheel clicks - Battery easily lasted through 2-3 days of heavy use; Logitech's gaming software (and visible, but not obnoxious, LED indicators) provide handy alerts when charging was required - Included magnetic button covers allow you to [EASILY!!!] personalize the mouse for any combination of activated/deactivated buttons along the two sides - Storage spot for wireless receiver underneath bottom weight/PowerPlay battery well makes it easier to travel with than, say, the G903 or other mouse requiring a large dongle or connector CONs: - Wickedly light--for those wanting a more "substantial" feeling mouse under their hands, this one is not as reassuringly solid in feel or heft - Simple, understated design may not be for everyone--the almost "plain Jane" shell belies the otherwise premium price of admission - Minimal LED illumination options again may not be for everyone...if you like a swirling disco of LED lights coming from all your gear, this mouse may not fit perfectly into your gamer's den motif - Actually just SLIGHTLY smaller/shorter in the hand than I was expecting it to be--the design has more in common with the old symmetrical MS Intellimouse than to Logitech's other similarly priced, top-of-line wireless gaming mouse; if you have larger hands/fingers especially, you might want to rest your palm over the G Pro's shell to see if it "fits" before emptying your checkbook on a blind-buy - With a premium price tag aimed squarely at serious gamers/eSportsmen, I'm surprised tuning weights, or even just a simple neoprene travel case, didn't come included I came to the G Pro after using the Logitech G903 as my primary driver for nearly half a year--I have a number of Logitech Ergo trackball mice in the stable as well. I'm a fan of Logitech's products, their mice in particular, but I'm not a fanboy...so I put the G Pro through its paces with what I believe to be an open mind. First off, this is not necessarily a mouse for those wishing to "show off" the fact that they've sprung for the pinnacle of wireless mousing technology--the design is so understated and conservative that most people will likely miss the fact that you're serious about your game when you pull the G Pro out on the table. I'm actually fine with that--I have no need for an entire miniature keyboard of shortcut buttons on the side of my mouse and I was fully satisfied with the discretion to employ (or cover/disable) the rather manageable (some might even feel--meager) array of only 4 side buttons. In this sense, I believe the mouse achieves what it aimed to--provide for an exceptionally simple, and therefore highly usable, ambidextrous design that doesn't let the user stray too far from only the bread-and-butter of mousing activities: movement, scroll, and primary clicks, with just a scant few shortcut keys thrown in for good measure. I would have LOVED the ability to choose between click-wheel and free-scroll like you can with the G903, but the slight detents you can feel in the G Pro's scroll wheel mechanism don't really exert a lot of friction against the scrolling movement, so this is a forgivable omission. Given these design choices, the premium price more clearly rests on the wireless technology per se--the zero-lag wireless connection and stratospherically high 16K DPI Hero Sensor--and the comically light package in which all that cutting-edge technology is housed. In that sense, Logitech also nails it here. For your dollar, you get a marvelously over-engineered wireless mouse that suits the needs of those truly serious about their games and will accept no possibility of compromise for the sake of cutting the mouse cable. And while I didn't choose this mouse for its ability to bestow bragging rights to its owner, I am admittedly jazzed about the fact that I achieved exactly that...I'm reasonably certain you will be, too. Truth in advertising...I'm not an eSportsman...I play plenty of games--FPS, space flight sims, and 3rd person adventures mostly--but I don't necessarily NEED a wireless mouse that can give me a fraction of a millisecond advantage over other eSports players. If that's you, you probably won't balk at the price tag that the G Pro's detractors are likely to highlight anyway--and you'll definitely be glad you sprung for the Bentley of gaming mice because the performance of this mouse is pretty much without peer. But as an avid gamer nonetheless, the G Pro Wireless is still a very satisfying acquisition...highly recommended if it suits your gaming needs and style preferences.

Perfect for gaming and office use. I just hate how cheap it feels (sad face) but that’s what I get for getting a light mouse lol. It’s been working really good and I’ve dropped it from desk height onto tile floor and it’s still working.

Having used several "wireless" gaming mice, this one is by far the best one I have used. There is no lag to speak of, zero. The tracking is insane. It's extremely accurate. I generally run my mice at 5400 DPI, and I've been running this one it at 5000 and it moves quicker and feels way more precise than my other mice at 5400 DPI. Fully charged, you'll get about 50 hours out of it, or at least according to the software. Despite all the great things this mice is, there a few things that doesn't make it the perfect gaming mouse. For starters, this mouse is slightly smaller than I'm use to. I have large hands, so this was they first thing I noticed after un-boxing and setting it on my mouse pad and grasping it for the first time. Another issue I have is that the DPI button is on the bottom. This may be a non-issue for many, but when I play FPS shooters, I change my DPI depending on what gun I'm using. I simply programmed the buttons that would be used for a left handed user to be the DPI up and down. Worked out fairly well. Another issued I have is that the mouse is very light, so moving the mouse is very easy, sometimes too easy and I over aim my targets. This is mostly a muscle memory issue, but it would have been nice if Logitech had included a weight to compensate those of us who prefer slightly heavier mice. There's even a spot for it on the bottom, just like the the G703 they make. Overall this is a phenomenal mouse. This one is going to be hard to beat. Currently I'm torn between my old faithful G700s, and this new Wireless Pro. After playing a bunch of COD today, I'm really considering making this my daily. I added a picture so you get the idea of the size difference. If they made the hump a little higher, This would be perfect for my hand.

I have been using the G Pro Wireless for about 2 weeks now. I have gamed with it, worked with it, and made it my daily driver for this time period to get a good feel for it. My normal work mouse is the Logitech M705 Marathon mouse (used for over 7 years now), and my original gaming mouse was a Logitech G602. I love wireless mice, and refuse to use wired because I hate dragging the cord around. That's what drew me to this mouse. The super fast Lightspeed transmitter really makes the difference, and I had no discernible input lag. I am also a sucker for RGB peripherals. When I first pulled the mouse out of the box I honestly didn't care for how it felt in my hands. The outer shell felt too smooth to me. The G602 has a textured outer shell and the M705 has a rubber coated shell. I had always preferred a textured/grippy outershell for any mouse I used. I got used to it pretty quickly, but it was off-putting at first (mostly due to callouses on my hands not feeling any grip). In the end I got used to the texture and had no problem gripping it - the shape of the mouse is really comfortable which helped. The next thing I noticed was how light this mouse is. 80 grams! My M705 is 135g and my G602 is a whopping 152g! Even my kids' little M325c weighs 93g, and its tiny! I never noticed how heavy my mice were until I started using this mouse. It's insane how light it is. Several of my gaming coworkers commented that it felt too light for them, so I let them drive it for a half hour each. When their half hour was up they were much more open to it, so maybe it converted them? The weight of the mouse just lets it become an extension of your hand vs. a paperweight you drag around. It really disappears, and the shape is ergonomically pleasing. Most of my time was spent using it for work - I spend 8+ hours a day at my work computer doing 3D CAD modeling, as well as CorelDraw, and database work. These last few weeks I have been churning out a lot of new models and drawings, so I have been clicking and moving this mouse around like a madman. In my past experience with my M705 I would experience wrist and index finger fatigue from this level of activity. I didn't feel that at all with the G Pro Wireless (GPW). The lightweight (80g) body of the mouse just kind of melted away and made it easy for rapid movements around my model. The LMB click weight is also super light, and vastly more responsive than my M705 and G602. I can honestly say that I have gotten finger cramps in the past from working like this, but the GPW never left my finger feeling strained. My only complaint for office work is the lack of Hyper-Fast Scrolling that my M705 has. That is a super handy feature when doing database work, but I know the weight of the Hyper-Fast wheel is a penalty for a mouse trying to be as ultralight as possible. For my time spent gaming I played Far Cry 5 and Overwatch. FC5 doesn't necessarily need an ultralight high-speed mouse, but I wanted to play it the last few nights ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. The jump from my G602 to the GPW was dramatic. My god the weight savings were so beneficial - being able to easily flick the mouse with no effort was awesome. The Hero sensor is so much more accurate than the sensor in my G602. I always had trouble being consistent with my shots using the G602. I can tell my accuracy has been sharpened with the Hero sensor. I can run at a higher sensitivity now, and still be accurate whereas before I would find myself overshooting my onscreen target. That lightweight LMB click was so crisp in comparison to the G602, that I got back into using McCree for my hero for the first time in a while. I found it difficult to use the right-side rear button in practice (I'm right handed btw), so I swapped out the button for the 'flush' mount button. It was pretty easy to setup a game profile in the Logitech Gaming Software, so I assigned the side buttons (and disabled the one I swapped out) for my Overwatch profile. PC gaming stuff isn't supposed to be this easy to work with, but here I am happily playing my games with a new mouse without a care in the world. For my gaming sessions I picked up the Logitech Powerplay mouse pad that wirelessly charges the mouse. I played games with and without the wireless charging weight, so I could get a accurate impression of its effect. The wireless charging disk on the bottom of the mouse adds about 10g - still a svelte 90g for the whole mouse. After a couple of hours playing with and without, I honestly couldn't tell much of a difference. The extra weight barely registered on my performance in Overwatch. I did fiddle with my DPI settings to account for the change in weight, which I think softened its effect on my games. Also, the RGB on the mouse syncs with the RGB of the pad - very nice. Overall, I am really enjoying the G Pro Wireless. The only drawback I found was the lack of Hyper-Fast Scrolling (like in the G903), but I can get over that because there are several great features that make up for it. If you are a serious gamer with equally serious reservations about wireless, I would say that the GPW can assuage those fears. Good luck and happy gaming!

I'm writing this out almost a year later from when purchased. This mouse does not fall short of it's hype at all!!! With constant daily usage as a PC gamer, this mouse is super light(not the lightweight ver.) it's incredibly responsive, holds a strong single charge for a great duration, and there is little to virtually no lag/delay/response time in game. The simplistic aesthetic is clean, ( I love the matte black looks). Slap this bad boy to the Logitech wireless charging pad and you've got yourself one of the best top-5, 2-1 combos on the market. I've noticed that overtime I have ran into the issue of misclicks/doubleclicks here and there, but it doesn't stick around, like my father leaving for the convenient store for milk and a pack of smokes. It's easily my favorite mouse since the Razer Death Adder was released eons ago, and overall this mouse is super reliable. The pricing was bit higher than what I think is appreciated. $130 is a bit steep, but what can you expect when it's Logitech's first real contribution to the gaming industry since they released the C920 webcam(content creators understand). Look out for flash sales or something, and snag this puppy. This mouse will no disappoint. If you're the kind of person that keeps all the peripherals the same brand, if you pick this up, do yourself a favor and plan to just buy the wireless mouse pad with it. "No Ragrets"

This came nicely packaged, and inside there’s the device, rubberized USB cable, USB dongle with adapter, extra side buttons, and instruction booklet. I have multiple Logitech mice to compare this to, G500S, G703, G603, and Anywhere Mouse MX. I’m going to be using this mouse mainly plugged in all the time so my review won’t reflect battery life, how long it takes to charge, or wireless use, I’ll be using this one on my main desktop computer so it will stay plugged in. First, this G Pro is super light weighing in at 80g on my scale, the G703 is 104 116.7 with the added weight and my G500S is at 151g with all the weights added the way I like “and I prefer a heavier mouse”, Fortunately the Pro does have a door on the bottom like the G703 for inserting a weight. I was surprised that this Pro version didn’t come with the weight. Luckily I have a spare from a replacement mouse and am going to add that and bring the weight up to 102g. The outside of the mouse is all matte black, nothing shiny here, although the side buttons are glossy. Size wise this is smaller than the G703, quite a bit smaller than the G603, “you can see in the picture”, more of a standard or travel sized mouse, and it’s oriented for either right / left hand use. The others are pretty much right hand only, especially the G500s and G703. I do prefer the shape of those two over this one, they are a little more comfortable then the Pro “for me”, but it’s easy to get use to and use without any problem. The scroll wheel is firmer on the Pro than the G703, it’s not the weighted style of the G500S though, and I would have liked that better. There’s no hyperfast scrolling with this one either, there isn’t a button to press on this to engage/disengage that feature. Next, there are 4 buttons, 2 on each side of the mouse which can be replaced for right / left hand use. The side buttons are quite a bit narrower than the ones on my G703 and a little bit shorter. I prefer the larger buttons of the G703 myself. I have it set up for right hand, and have programmed the right side buttons to change the DPI sensitivity of the mouse. Depending on what I’m doing I do like to have the option of changing that on the fly. The G703 has a single button on the top that you can program to cycle through your presets. I’m actually finding the extra programmable buttons on the side better than the single top button. I had a habit of accidentally hitting that button because it’s right below the wheel, I haven’t accidentally hit these yet. There is a button on the bottom for changing the DPI but you have to flip the mouse over to do that and I find programming the side buttons much more convenient. I’m leaving the left hand buttons at “default”. I already had the Logitech gaming software loaded but had to upgrade to the latest version for it to see the Pro, but once upgraded it saw it and I was able to tweak it the way I like, including the DPI settings. There are three little LEDs right in the middle of the mouse just below the main buttons, they cycle through depending on your DPI setting, and I really like that as I can tell what my DPI is set at easily. You can even change the colors of those little LEDs and customize them the way you want, the same as the big G logo on the body of the mouse. They don’t stay lit and shut off after a second or two, it would be nice if they would give you the option to have those on all the time as your hand is covering them up anyway. Now as for actual use, like I mentioned before this mouse is very light, a lot lighter and any other mouse I have “and for me” it’s on the light side, “they really should include the weight at this price point”, they don’t mention the area underneath as being able to add a weight, it’s simply called the “USB receiver cover” although the weight from the G703 fits perfectly. The mouse itself glides very smoothly on my mouse pad, there’s really no resistance. The main buttons have a nice “click” to them and they are a little firmer than my other mice, but that may change over time though. The scroll wheel has a nice defined click while scrolling and it’s too stiff “still wish it were weighted” but it works very good. I played a little Fallout, Obduction and The Witcher, everything worked perfectly other than the little things I prefer on my other mice. Using this with Win10 is pretty much the same as all the other mice I have, and it seems very accurate so far. In all this is a nice wireless mouse, although it’s on the expensive side. I do prefer the size and shape of my other mice but this one works really well, and if you are left handed this would be a really good option for you as you can setup and program the side buttons the way you wish.

The Logitech PRO Lightweight Wireless Gaming Mouse is a standout! Its lightweight build is perfect for long gaming sessions, and the ambidextrous design feels great in hand, no matter my grip style. The sensor is incredibly responsive and precise, making gameplay smoother and more accurate, especially in fast-paced games. The battery life is long-lasting, and recharging is quick and hassle-free, so I never have to worry about it dying mid-session. RGB lighting adds a cool, customizable touch, and while the color options are limited, it’s a nice bonus for aesthetic appeal. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a top-notch gaming experience!

    The Universal Gaming Mouse

Intro - I am a mouse/peripheral enthusiast with lots of experience testing various mice from different brands. I purchased the GPW to finally try the shape and see how it performs. It's excellent and totally worth the hype! Shape/weight - I would describe the shape as "universal" it easily fits all 3 grip types for me - claw, palm, or fingertip. I have 18.5x9 hands and use claw which works great. A lot of people also call this shape "safe" so if you're new to the world of gaming mice and don't know what kind of shape is the best for you its likely that you will enjoy the GPW. At this point for me personally I've found better shapes for me and my claw grip, but the GPW still ranks near the top. For the weight its 77-80g and while not being the lightest anymore it's still a good weight for most people I think. 8.5/10 Sensor/wireless - This uses the HERO 25K sensor and it's the best sensor I'm yet to feel on a mouse. It's very responsive and smooth, absolutely no issues. Wireless is also great and works as it should. 9.5/10 Battery life - I rarely have to charge this mouse. I sometimes even have the RGB on and it's still really good. Can't give you the exact figures since I rotate between mice, but I think I've only charged this twice since owning it. 10/10 Buttons - This uses Omron 20m switches and they are fairly average. I wish Logitech would ditch Omron finally for some better aftermarket switches, but these are light and fairly tactile. Main buttons feel a bit inconsistent. Side buttons feel alright. Scroll wheel is very good with a light but still fairly tactile scroll and the sound stays consistent. 8/10 Feet - Feet are below average and don't glide as smooth as some of my other mice. They are still passable though. 7.5/10 QC - I found the QC to be good, nothing to write home about though. I wish the main buttons were more consistent. 9/10 Software - Uses Logitech G Hub so you can change your DPI settings and RGB. Easy to use, but can be annoying in some spots. I would recommend saving all your settings to the mouse profile though as that will be much more convenient. 7/10 Value - Overall this is a great mouse to pick up on sale. Nowadays you can also get the superlight version for a bit more and I'd recommend that if you want something much lighter. 8/10

The Logitech PRO Wireless Gaming Mouse is everything I hoped for in a competitive-grade mouse — lightweight, responsive, and extremely reliable. Its ambidextrous design feels natural in the hand, and despite the ultra-light form factor, it still feels solid and premium. Performance-wise, the wireless connection is rock-steady, with no lag or stutter, and the HERO sensor tracks flawlessly. The battery lasts impressively long, and the subtle RGB lighting adds just enough flair without being distracting. Pros: Extremely lightweight without sacrificing build quality Ambidextrous design suits both left and right-handed users HERO sensor offers elite tracking and responsiveness Excellent battery life and stable wireless performance Clean, minimalist look with tasteful RGB Cons: No dedicated DPI switch button on top Might be too small for users who prefer a palm grip

How much more can you expect from your mouse? Evidently Logitech expects much more - and that's why with worked with professional gamers and enthusiasts to design a completely new mouse - the G Pro Wireless. Literally, my first impression after taking it out of the box was "WOW, this is light - I must have to add a battery". Nope - no battery - it's already there and charged and only needs to be charged by the included cable! I plugged the USB dongle to my computer and downloaded the latest Logitech Gaming Software and proceeded to program the mouse. Truly awesome to be able to easily record custom keystrokes for use in your games or programs. The G Pro Wireless comes by default setup for right-handed use, but included replacement button curved just slightly for left-handed gamers. Nice thought Logitech! DPI switch button is on the bottom of the mouse - cleaning up the mouse surface yet still easy to switch between games. I'm also using this as my everyday mouse for a while to see how I like it - and have customized the buttons for use with my everyday programs. Overall, this is a light mouse with a great feel and the ultimate in customization options. It's bit expensive, but if you're a serous gamer and want even smoother and faster experiences in games like Overwatch and Starcraft, this mouse is for you! Pictures are comparing to a Microsoft Surface mouse and then of the button with the DPI button as well as USB Dongle storage compartment with magnetic cover.

    Overall Favorite Gaming Mouse

FYI, I've had this mouse for a month now. I've owned Logitech's Lightspeed G502, G903, and many of Razer's gaming mice prior. I stopped using Razer's equipment due to their software being both buggy, annoying. Very lightweight and easy to move around. Grip is more comfortable than the other wireless Lightspeed mice that logitech offers. The plastic texture is also much better for prolonged gaming sessions (smooth but matte finish) that resists sweating. Side button are easy to hit when needed but not accidentally trigger (although I have smaller fingers). Clicks are solid but not overly sensitive. Kinda wished they added one more side button. Tracking accuracy is spot on and hasn't given me any issues. I feel like it tracks much better on my 32:9 ultrawide screen than my MX Master 3 mouse. I just don't like G PRO's scroll wheel. It's also not unwieldy and doesn't randomly bump into my keyboard like the other larger gaming mice. Mouse (by default?) is always on, so there's no delays when jumping back into the action from idling. Battery lasts about 2 days which is barely noticeable. Kinda wished it had a docking station to charge overnight though instead of me having to plug in the micro USB charge cable while being half awake. My main gripe is with the mouse wheel. It's very stiff when I first started using it but loosened too much a couple weeks later. It's loose to the point where it easily, accidentally triggers scrolling actions too often (weapon switching, etc) when my clicking fingers brush against it. I recommend that logitech uses their magnetic latched scrolling as on their MX Master 3 mouse as that can take an amazing amount of abuse and still be consistent from day 1 (I'd been using it for half a year as stand-in for a previous Lightspeed mouse that started double-clicking, before I got the G PRO). Also, another issue is that the plastic is still ABS and doesn't play nice with hand lotion. When will we get PBT cases?

I purchased the Logitech G PRO Lightweight Wireless Mouse in September 2021, and while it is primarily marketed as a wireless mouse, I predominantly use it in wired mode. This versatile gaming mouse offers the convenience of wireless connectivity without compromising on performance. Here's my review of the Logitech G PRO Lightweight Wireless Mouse. Design and Ergonomics: The Logitech G PRO features a sleek and lightweight design, making it comfortable to use for extended gaming sessions. The ambidextrous shape and textured grips provide a secure and ergonomic grip, catering to both left-handed and right-handed users. The buttons are well-placed and have a satisfying click response. Wired and Wireless Performance: While I mainly use the mouse in wired mode, I have occasionally tested its wireless functionality. When connected wirelessly, the mouse delivers a lag-free and responsive performance, thanks to Logitech's reliable wireless technology. The HERO 25K sensor ensures accurate tracking and precise cursor movement, which is crucial for gaming or demanding tasks. However, it's worth noting that the wired connection offers the highest level of performance, as it eliminates any potential latency that can occur with wireless connections. Customization and Software: The Logitech G HUB software provides a range of customization options for the mouse. You can adjust DPI settings, customize button assignments, and create profiles for different applications or games. The software is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing you to fine-tune the mouse to your preferences. Battery Life and Charging: The wireless mode of the Logitech G PRO offers impressive battery life, lasting up to 48 hours on a single charge. The mouse charges quickly, and the optional Powerplay wireless charging system provides continuous charging while in use. For those who prefer wired mode, the mouse can be used while charging, ensuring uninterrupted gaming sessions. Durability and Build Quality: The Logitech G PRO is built to withstand the rigors of gaming. The mouse feels solid and well-constructed, with durable switches rated for millions of clicks. The lightweight design doesn't compromise on sturdiness, ensuring long-lasting performance. Pros: Sleek and lightweight design with textured grips Wired and wireless modes for flexible usage Lag-free wireless performance with accurate tracking Customization options through Logitech G HUB software Impressive battery life and optional wireless charging Durability and build quality suitable for gaming Ambidextrous design catering to both left-handed and right-handed users In conclusion, the Logitech G PRO Lightweight Wireless Mouse is a versatile gaming mouse that excels in both wired and wireless modes. Its sleek design, comfortable ergonomics, and accurate tracking make it a great choice for gamers. While the wireless functionality provides freedom and convenience, the wired mode ensures the highest level of performance with no latency. If you're seeking a reliable and customizable mouse that offers both wired and wireless options, the Logitech G PRO is a solid investment.

Excellent grip, but not quite big enough for my exceptionally large hands. Getting used to this after having a G502 for over 2 years was interesting. The light weight and wireless compatibility are massive features. The wireless latency is almost imperceptible, and the ease of throwing it in my bag whenever I need to be on the go is very nice. Definitely enjoy how it feels while gaming. The light weight makes movements in-game more precise, and I like how I can integrate multiple automatic sensitivity profiles through G-Hub. I do miss the 6 buttons on my G502, but the 2 buttons on the G Pro are enough for most people.

We understand it's an adjustment from the G502, especially for larger hands. The G Hub integration and programmable buttons sound like great fits for you. If you're ever looking for a larger mouse with more buttons, the G502 is definitely a great option.
