Following the instructions (which were minimal) I contacted support via chat and they walked me through how to get the webcam working. Within a month I started having issues that the webcam wouldn't turn on. After exhaustive Google searches I decided to contact support again and was able to get it working. I like the webcam because it is easy to use, however sometimes I still get a little confused on how to get to the main webcam page to make adjustments. Love the product, and thanks for the tech support.

This webcam that I have attached to my monitor gives me the freedom to have ZOOM meetings with my doctor. I love it to pieces. Clear picture and sound as well as plug 'n play.

It's very light and sits well on my thin bordered laptop, not obstructive at all. Picks up audio well (I'm a mumbler). Just plug and play

I live the quality of this cam. My streams are now clear. It has more capabilities with a PC, however I’m using it on my Xbox and streaming straight from there and it works great!

I like the privacy lens cap, but it does not mute audio. No supplemental light for low light situations. There are LEDs to indicate it is on... Why not make them variable in intensity for some extra light?

Problems with Zoom

However, my audio brook up after a few minutes into the meeting. I couldn't get it to work with Zoom on my desktop computer. However, it did work with Skype. Therefore, I suspect that the problem might be with the Zoom application and not this Logitech webcam. I must say that, when it worked with an application, the clarity of the video was great.

Hooked this up to a computer for a conference we did and it was clear! Really clear and the wide angle is nice! Mic also picked up fairly well, didn't have to speak any louder for the other end to hear us.

I use it at 720 and it still looks clean. I’ve not had it for long but it seems like it was well built and I predict it will work for a very long time. And the design looks sleek and premium enough to me.

Wide view angle

It works great right out of the box and the quality was excellent. The view angle was too wide for me as this is designed for workgroups so two people can fit in easily. If you want/will use that, then this is the perfect cam for you. If not, you may end up getting drowned out in the frame. You can "zoom" in with the software, but I didn't want that hassle so I returned it for the 922.
