Good but not a great Pro Webcam

The picture quality and sound are a clear improvement but my biggest issue is that the webcam DOES NOT STORE THE SETTINGS! I downloaded the webcam camera settings app and this is great for adjusting exactly what angle and PTZ parameters work best. I have been unable to contact any Logitech support personnel or find the answer to this problem so remain extremely frustrated!
