The video quality is great even when needing to pick up led lights. It can operate in many different lighting enviroments while maintaining quality. Sound could be better but is more than enough for what you would want from a webcam.

Very Good, but not great

I needed a camera that was good in low lighting, and after reading MANY reviews, settled on this one. It does decent, and by decent, I mean it's just a webcam. It has difficulty focusing in low lighting, and presents a grainy (or "noisy") playback. However, in regular lighting this is very good. I wish the mic was more sensitive (make sure to accommodate for this in your computer settings), but the stereo mics make up for it. The bottom line is, for normal use, you can't go wrong with this. If you're looking for something that will fair well in low light, your only true option is a tethered DSLR.

I was pleasantly surprised how clear this camera is. I don't use the mic on this camera so cannot speak on that but if you're looking for a good camera for streaming, you can't beat this.
