Good quality, price is ok, could be improved in Amazon

I've been using this camera with my computer for voice chats with friends AND doctor visits. It wasn't difficult to set up, and works as soon as you plug it in! There's a built-in microphone that you can use if you don't have one already, although I've never used it as I already have a RODE microphone. And if you are worried about your privacy, there's an item inside the box that you can add to cover the camera. Another recommendation is to unplug the device, but it's up to you!

If you need a webcam that has a wider field of view, then this is the one to get. This is actually the c960e model. It's definitely clearer than most built in laptop webcams. The software also helps fine tuning the image and has useful features like being able to turn off auto focus.

Just plug and play with this unit, the video is excellent as viewed by my Zoom partners, and the capture of the microphones has great clarity. Absolutely a great product. Has a cover to avoid unplanned video capture. Be sure to download the software that allows multiple settings on this webcam.

This is a Logitech WEBCAM C930e. I had no idea how much webcam microphones varied until this one was compared to a cheaper model. I teach English as a second language and needed a very good sound quality to Zoom with students—I got what I wanted with this camera/microphone device. Now if only my students’ microphones were of this quality!

The camera worked straight out of the box with my Macbook. The image is excellent and plenty wide for most webinars or chat sessions. It also can be managed with Logitech's free software allowing you to zoom in some for extra image control. You can mount the camera to a monitor or directly to a tripod for more flexibility. Recommended.

I purchased my Logitech C930s Pro HD on July 8th, 2023. That afternoon I connected my c390 to my PC with windows 10 installed on it. Windows 10 found the drivers instantly. This camera works with the zoom windows app flawlessly. I like the two light bars on either side of the Lens. These light bars give just enough light to illuminate your face with while on a zoom call. I have one complaint that may or may not be a Logitech issue. The sound is not loud enough in Google voice, but zoom it just fine. This is likely just a setting in the windows sound mixer.

Excellent camera. High resolution and it does not blur like the one I had before. Also comes with a privacy shutter which is always good.

Good camera with great resolution for normal events like online meetings. But, to change the zoom you have to use the software app. There is no way to change the zoom on the camera itself. This is inconvenient to say the least if you need to zoom in/out while using it. Also, the microphones are only fair. Even at 18 inches away the output is "hollow" sounding. Overall, for the price a decent to good camera.

Easy set up out of the box. Looks clean and so far works well according to people we chat with on the other side.

This is not my first Logitech webcam. I am using daily for my Zoom and Skype meetings. The response I get from people is that the picture and quality is good. In over a 100 meetings no one has ever had an issue hearing me thru the integrated mic. A happy customer of the product.

From a Mac user. I was having problems with my Face Time camera while using Panopto for virtual classrooms. In desperation I purchased this camera and mounted it on a small tripod (more control that using the camera clip on my laptop). It is truly a "plug and play". Integrated seamlessly into all of my necessary virtual platform needs (primarily ZOOM and PANOPTO). The quality of the camera projections, and audio component, was superior to using my computer internal audio and Face Time camera. I wish I had purchased it at the beginning of the move to virtual teaching.

Easy to install, and quickly up on video. The pick up feature at Best Buy is also a great time saver when in a hurry.
