Super easy setup on my HP Omen Desktop. Clicks right on the top of the monitor. Good sound and picture.

I highly suggest, if you haven't done so already, install Logitech's Capture software to adjust webcam settings, aspect ratio, recording resolution and more. It also insures that your Pro Webcam runs optimally by alerting you to any needed firmware updates when they become available. It wasn't difficult to set up, and works as soon as you plug it in! There's a built-in microphone that you can use if you don't have one already, although I've never used it as I already have a RODE microphone. And if you are worried about your privacy, there's an item inside the box that you can add to cover the camera. Another recommendation is to unplug the device, but it's up to you!

Absolutely a great product. Has a cover to avoid unplanned video capture. Be sure to download the software that allows multiple settings on this webcam.

This is actually the c960e model. It's definitely clearer than most built in laptop webcams. The software also helps fine tuning the image and has useful features like being able to turn off auto focus.

Very good microphones

I had no idea how much webcam microphones varied until this one was compared to a cheaper model. I teach English as a second language and needed a very good sound quality to Zoom with students—I got what I wanted with this camera/microphone device. Now if only my students’ microphones were of this quality!

Great Image, Software is a Bonus

The image is excellent and plenty wide for most webinars or chat sessions. It also can be managed with Logitech's free software allowing you to zoom in some for extra image control. You can mount the camera to a monitor or directly to a tripod for more flexibility. Recommended.

An on-line search for solutions showed many other users have this problem. The videos to fix it are useless without audio input, and none of the text suggestions worked.

That afternoon I connected my c390 to my PC with windows 10 installed on it. Windows 10 found the drivers instantly. This camera works with the zoom windows app flawlessly. I like the two light bars on either side of the Lens. These light bars give just enough light to illuminate your face with while on a zoom call. I have one complaint that may or may not be a Logitech issue. The sound is not loud enough in Google voice, but zoom it just fine. This is likely just a setting in the windows sound mixer.
