Review of [Gaming Keyboard Model]
I recently purchased a gaming keyboard for my 14-year-old son, and it has been an absolute hit! He absolutely loves it. The quality of the keys is outstanding, offering a satisfying tactile feel that enhances his gaming experience. The sound of the keys is another feature he enjoys immensely—it adds to the immersive feel while remaining pleasant to the ears.
The keyboard has been performing exceptionally well, meeting all our expectations in terms of durability and responsiveness. It's proven to be a fantastic addition to our gaming setup, and my son couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommended for young gamers or anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality gaming keyboard!

When I first picked this thing up, I could have swore that the keyboard was made of solid steel. This thing, with the included case, has some weight to it. It is a little less than 4lbs, but not what I expected on such a small wireless keyboard. With that though, it feels very rigid and isn’t going to slide across the desk. Then, on top of that, it has full RGB backlight with the tactile keys, certainly more than your average wireless keyboard. With the G Hub software, you can really get into customizing, changing keys up, adding macros and then most of that being saved to the on-board memory so you can use it on a computer without G-Hub installed. Plus, it has about 55 hours of battery life, this is pending usage as it can stretch out more if you don’t use it all that often.
One thing though, they changed the connectivity options. Now, with the Lightspeed adapter, you can have 1 keyboard and 1 mouse connected of very specific models. While the older unifying adapter could have multiple of several various products. Now I have to have a separate adapter just for my trackball because it is MX and not G. So, instead of having multiple USB ports for small wireless adapters, I use Bluetooth, but that limits some of the advanced settings of the keyboard. Regardless, it is still pretty responsive and the keybindings, macros and game mode settings still work the same.
Overall, if you get a matching G Pro mouse to work with the same adapter, this is a really nice and solid keyboard. Compared to my older Logitech wireless keyboard, I feel like I actually type faster and more accurately with the tactile feel and sound of the keys. Plus, being in a dimly lit room, having that backlight really makes it helpful when you are trying to remember where that one key that you rarely use is. And, with the easy swap between Bluetooth and Lightsync, you can easily link to different devices.

An absolutely fantastic choice for mechanical keyboard that doesn't take up too much space, doesn't require significant battery charging and works great for both gaming and productivity purposes. It's obviously a little pricey compared to other keyboards and isn't what I would buy for value purposes per se but the quality of the keys and "keyboarding experience" more than makes up for that to me.

That’s a glowing endorsement—and well deserved! The Logitech PRO X TKL LIGHTSPEED really hits the sweet spot for serious gamers and multitaskers alike. With its tenkeyless layout, it frees up desk space without sacrificing functionality, and the GX Brown tactile switches offer that satisfying feedback for both rapid-fire gaming and long typing sessions

I bought this keyboard as part of the entire pro series set during cyber Monday. (Keyboard, mouse and headset.) I use it about 14-20 hrs a week and still haven't had to charge it. If you are looking for a good middle tier set-up with long lasting battery life and wireless capabilities this is the set for you.
We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the exceptional battery life and that it's a key component of your gaming setup. Thank you for your feedback on the Logitech G PRO X TKL!

Awesome keyboard, highly recommend especially paired with a Logitech mouse so you can share the same USB dongle for simplicity.
The Logitech G app got controlling the devices and RGB etc is pretty good super straightforward and easy to use.
Only complaint is that the switches are soldered to the board so you can only swap key caps not the switches themselves unless you wanna tweak out with a soldering iron hah.
I’m happy with the switches that came with it and just ended up swapping the keycaps to ceramic keys from cerakey that are pretty dope they fit great on these switches, I just had to add a rubber band to the space bar for some more spring back because the ceramic space bar was so heavy it was dropping after pressing not wanting to spring back but the rubber band works great it springs right but just loop one around the posts before installing the spacebar so it has some extra resistance.
There are some cool smaller companies if you want to go super custom and have swappable switches and stuff but for a solid choice from a “big” brand like Logitech if you want a mechanical keyboard you won’t be disappointed this thing has been rock solid for me.
We're delighted you're enjoying the PRO X TKL! It's great to hear about the seamless integration with a Logitech mouse and the user-friendly G app. We appreciate your detailed feedback on the soldered switches and your creative solution with the ceramic keycaps. Your recommendation for a reliable, 'rock solid' keyboard from Logitech is highly valued!

I have wanted a keyboard for a while, and this one has been perfect for me. I specifically have the tactile keys version, and the sound has been so satisfying while also not being very loud.
I got this keyboard to use with my monitor without using my laptop and for when I eventually get a computer. You have to plug it into your computer to charge it, but it does have a Bluetooth feature, so you can unplug it for a little while. The lights aren't super distracting and will turn off after a few minutes of inactivity. Overall, it's been an awesome keyboard for my needs!

Paired nicely with my SUPERLIGHT X2 mouse, got my dongles synced together and haven’t had any issues. I did however change the keycaps, and add .4mm o-rings to the backside of the new caps. MX Browns aren’t supposed to sound like Blues, only complaint is out of the box it bottoms out and is kinda noisy. Nothing major, and correctable for pennies if you’re okay with pulling caps.

I really like this keyboard. I believe it is designed to be the perfect companion for esport players, but it is absolutely awesome for me casually gaming and mostly typing. No key wobble, its built like a brick with a metal backplate, the battery lasts 2 to 3 weeks at a time(back lights on), and the media buttons are a great nice to have.

I love how solid it feels when typing/gaming. The wireless connection is good no problems, the ability to pair with a superloght mouse and use one receiver is helpful. Battery life is pretty solid with lights on and set to max. I think the price is high for a TKL. I would have liked for a hot-swappable option for a board at the $200 price point.

Rock Solid Build Quality

Logitech has just updated its G Pro gaming gear lineup with a new wireless keyboard, joining the headset released a few months ago. The new Pro X TKL Lightspeed keyboard offers some noteworthy improvements over its predecessor.
This keyboard shares the same compact design as Logitech's recent tenkeyless models, meaning it doesn't have the number pad section. The new version comes with Lightspeed wireless technology, RGB lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, media control keys, and a volume roller. It also uses a USB-C connection instead of USB-A. Other than these additions, it's quite similar to the previous model and offers a choice of GX Blue (clicky), GX Brown (tactile), or GX Red switches with durable keycaps.
You can easily switch between Lightspeed and Bluetooth connections, but it's worth noting that the buttons don't stay lit, so you might not know which connection is active if you step away briefly. You can customize the function keys with the G Hub software.
The keyboard boasts an impressive battery life of approximately 50 hours, though it may vary slightly depending on usage. If you're like me and keep the keyboard's backlight at full brightness, it might be slightly less impressive. Compared to similar keyboards, I did feel the backlight could be brighter.
The first thing you'll notice is the weight. For a compact keyboard, the weight is a bit surprising, but it's also a good thing. No flex in the keyboard whatsoever. The build quality is fantastic.
This G Pro X TKL came with the GX Brown switches, and while they certainly feel rapid and responsive, coming from my G915 TKL daily driver, I can't say that I'm a big fan. For me personally, they feel a bit.. off? I don't know, maybe that feeling goes away once I become accustomed to them. You can choose between the GX Brown, GX Red linears, or GX Blue clicky switches. This brings up perhaps my biggest disappointment: Logitech has gone back to non-hot-swappable switches, which is extremely disappointing. This means whichever switches come with the board you purchase, they're the ones you're going to be stuck so make sure they're the ones you want.
The keyboard comes with a multiple peripheral receiver which allows you to connect other periperhal, such as the G Pro X 2 Superlight mouse that was released along with the keyboard. The receiver slides into a slot underneath the keyboard, so you can keep track of it when you pack the keyboard into the included hard carry case. Nice touch. The Lightspeed wireless connection was rock-solid.
The G Hub software has improved over time and is now more user-friendly, making it easier to manage settings. It's also worth mentioning that there's a Mac-compatible version available.
Overall, the G Pro X TKL Lightspeed is generally a solid successor to Logitech's previous model. It's excellent build quality stands out, but the typing experience is a bit of a letdown for me compared to some of its competitors and even Logitech's own G915 TKL, and the lack of hot swappable switches seems inexcusable in a premium keyboard.

Perfect size for smaller hand sizes and desk size. Keys are not too far apart and the key actuation is great. Key response is awesome and customization is good but not as user friendly. Love the color, high-quality frame. It bit pricey tho.
Thank you for your feedback on the PRO X TKL LIGHTSPEED Wireless Mechanical Tactile Switch Gaming Keyboard. We appreciate your positive comments regarding its size, key layout, actuation, and customization options. We're sorry to hear that you found the customization process a bit less user-friendly than expected. We'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. We understand that the price point may be higher than some other options. However, we believe the PRO X TKL offers premium features and benefits that justify the investment for those seeking a top-tier gaming keyboard. Thank you again for your valuable input.
