Got a hold of the company. And the tech worked with me until I totally understood everything. I was amazed with only paying what I paid for a mouse and got that much attention from them. I work from home sometimes and its super smooth to use even without a mouse pad. It’s a great size and had no problem connecting to my MacBook Pro. The silent clicks are a nice bonus

It does not make the loud clicking sounds and feels so comfortable in your hand. This is model is not ambidextrous type but you can order one for left handers.

I can use it left or right handed although I prefer left handed. Not noisy. I will need to get a mouse pad but for the moment a piece of paper works fine.
