    Good audio quality and very nice ability to level audio so that no matter where I am in relation to the microphone on my desk, the recording volume is consistent. Plug and play with Lightsync to my other peripherals. My only problems with this microphone is the lack of a physical mute switch and how deep into the software you have to go to mute this microphone.

    It works in my windows/Mac setup with USB switch. Only issue I have is with Zoom, when it first selects the mic there is no audio and I have to switch to another source and then back to this mic to get it to work

    This Microphone serves its purpose. I was having problems with virtual appointments. The person on the receiving end could not hear me due to an internal hardware problem with the microphone. I was told it could take weeks to repair and I could not work without my laptop. A store representative recommended an external microphone and it works perfectly.
