good cheap speakers

They don't compare in build quality or sound quality to the Bose desktop speakers I have, of course, but they're great for the kids and retiree's computers. I've bought them 4 times now for various different desktops and even to plug into an echo dot to be a cheap garage 'stereo'.

Great speakers - love the control dial!

The sound going from the computer speakers was highly distorted, like I had blown the speakers & I couldn't understand verbal sound whatsoever. So I bought these speakers as a replacement & am very happy with them. I especially like the fact that one one speaker you have a control dial to manipulate the sound higher or lower!

Saving on her needs

When the speakers on her computer gave notice, we had the choice of buying a new computer, paying a lot to have the speakers replaced, or going with this inexpensive pair of external speakers. Since she doesn't move the computer from her desk, we went with the latter. Good choice.
