Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the Z200 2.0 Multimedia Speakers' sound quality, ease of use, and value for the price. Many also appreciate the speakers' decent volume and size. While some found the power output to be slightly limited, the positive feedback on sound quality and affordability outweighs this concern. The attractive design and inclusion of a headphone jack are additional pluses noted by customers.

    Well Executed Basic Computer Speakers

These are your basic computer speaker. They are loud enough, have good fidelity and are not too small. There are better choices "if" you want to spend a lot more money. Logitech executed a solid design, that's good value for money and will probably last as long or may be longer than the computer they are attached to. Recommended as computer speaker for everyday use.

This good of sound for $25?

For $25, these speakers have no business sounding this good. Sure, they're not hi-fi or anything, but if you're spending $25, you're not in the hi-fi market to begin with. And that's just fine. Added these speakers to my desk for my personal PC and work laptop. It's really convenient to have the main aux input plugged into the back of my PC, but then I can also plug in another aux from my laptop into the front of the right speaker. To get the sound where I wanted it to be, I put the "tone" adjustment scroll bar (on the side of the right speaker) to about 75% (to provide more mids and lows). Then on my PC and laptop I worked with an EQ to push out a bit more bass and control the treble. Not too much work, but it made a big difference (at least to my ears). These things don't rumble with bass, but for a desk set up, they sound very balanced with a nice amount of bass to round out whatever music you're listening to. Unless you're trying to blast EDM or something similar, I think you'll be very surprised and happy with these speakers.

I was going between a few different ones and ultimately went with these. I am so happy I did. the sound is nice but it isn't overpowering. You can control how bass heavy you want it to be with the dial on the side. Setting them up is easy if you ignore the pictures. They don't really make a ton of sense but these speakers just use the 3.5 mm cable and the power supply cable. Can't really mess those up.

    Cheap Speakers with Good Quality

Considering its price, these speakers deliver good sound quality that fixed my computer monitor's terrible wall-facing speaker. The bass control helps if you want that extra quality in music or gaming, and the built-in headphone and audio jacks are convenient for personal listening. The overall loudness isn't the best even at 100%, but even at max volume the audio stays clear. These speakers are a good purchase if you're looking for a basic upgrade that's cheap.

These may not be the best sounding speakers you can purchase, but for their price they are a great value. The added bonus of having headphone and microphone jacks on the right speaker is a nice touch. My only complaint is that the included auxiliary cord to attach the speakers to the computer is a bit short, but that doesn’t detract from the value proposition.

I got these speakers for my PC not realizing how good they would actually be, I was quite surprised at the level of Volume and Bass these speakers produce Im very happy with my purchase, The only thing they could improve is possible the length of the cord that plugs into the PC for a better setup where I wanted them placed I ended up buying an aux extension cable to fix that. But am still very impressed with the Sound Quality For The Price.

I ordered these to replace a set of Bluetooth speakers that were fluky at best and, when they were working, provided muffled sound at worst. I've had the Logitech Z200 2.0 Multimedia speakers for 3 months now and have not had a single problem. Sound quality is clear and robust. Volume control is a snap. And they were very easy to install.

    Great Speakers for the money

These are excellent speakers with good features. The speakers have really good sound and work great for general use or people that don't care for booming bass and overpowering volume. If you want bass or party type speakers these are not it. These are some good speakers to put on a small desk and have quality audio without wearing your studio headphones or a headset. It's nice to use them for movies or when I'm working on something where I don't want to be wearing my studio headphones I can just simply unplug my headphones from the speaker and go back to speaker mode. The speaker has an input port for 3.5mm AUX where you can plug a TV or something into it and it also has a Headphone port where you can run your headphone 3.5mm jack to it and ALSO a huge bonus is you can adjust the headset volume using the knob as well! :D I love these for the money and would certainly buy them again if they broke.

I give them 5 stars for value. You'd be hard-pressed to get a better pair of computer speakers at this price, and overall, I like the features. Pros: * Great sound overall, even at fairly high volume * No annoying lights, just one modest LED for power * Nice design * Longer cable between speakers than many at this price * Additional input in front and headphone jack Cons: * A bit muddy * Audio input cable is too short, you'll need an extension if you source is not within 3 feet. * Audio input cable is built in to speaker. Cannot be replaced. * Tone contol is for both bass and treble response and has minimal effect. Using software tools, you can overcome much of the muddiness and compensate for the lack of good tone control. Unless you need the throbbing bass of a subwoofer, and are just looking for a good pair of desktop computer speakers, this is a tremendous value.

After my old speakers finally died I needed to replace them but really wasn't looking to spend a few hundred dollars on a really nice set. These were definitely on the lower end of the price range but seemed to have good reviews so I gave them a chance. Really, for the price they are perfect for what I need them for which is games, youtube, and tweaking iTunes playlists that don't need a high end speaker system. I don't mix music or edit videos and I don't really care it my games have the highest quality sound. These get decent sound, are easy to hook up and have a headphone jack which is handy (some speakers I've owned in the past didn't have that option which was mildly annoying). My only little gripe about them is the physical size which was larger than I was picturing; at roughly 9" tall, 3.5" wide and 4.5" in length from the widest part at the bottom these do take up more space than my old speakers. Still worth it though.

The items were larger than i expected, but it shouldnt be a big problem if you place it behind the monitor so that it doesn't look too jarring. The sound quality is great and there's substantial bass to it. Very good speakers for the low price. Highly recommend.

These speakers are actually larger than I thought they would be, and the sound is much richer than I expected for speakers at this price. Highly recommended if you're just looking for a first pair of speakers for your computer set up. They're quite large so I wouldn't recommend if you need something more portable.

These are good computer speakers - nice balanced tone and plenty of volume. The simple but effective tone control is good for adding a bit more bass to the sound. I was looking for simple speakers that had a headphone jack easily accessible, and these were perfect.

Bought these for my 14 year old's gaming station. We hooked them up without trouble. The sound is solid for the price - as is the volume level. If you want more, you probably need to pay more. But these are great entry level speakers~
