Mom fail. (He would have been fine to play wearing a headset.) I was able to return to Best Buy and purchase these for a pre-teen who was ready to play! The audio is great…not tinny and sounds crisp for both games and movies, shows, and sporting events watched online. It takes the computer to the next level.

I have a set, liked them so much, when my wife's speakers died, bought her a set like mine. I've had mine for around eight years - can't beat that!

I work from home certain days of the week, and I wanted some speakers with some thump to replace the cheap OEM speakers that I'd been using for about 15 years. These Logitech's slotted right into my desk area, and were thumping as planned within a few minutes of plugging into my sound card. No complaints.
