But I really liked the look of these and they were on sale, making them a very good value. I like that the cords are long enough that you aren't limited in where you can place them, and the color/finish matches my other computer equipment perfectly. I especially like the "pod" style remote so you can turn sound on or off or adjust volume quickly. With my old speakers, I didn't listen to music on this computer but now I do...the speakers sound great!
