Logitech: difficult company to deal with

Best Buy employees said they were no longer the one to answer for this, which is fine, so I contacted Logitech directly. Boy. What a difficult company to work with. In the end I'm certain I'll get a replacement speaker, but they are making it so difficult by asking redundant questions, having me check the settings and test the speaker over and over in the same way despite the confirmation that yes it is broken, and now I haven't heard from them in days. Fingers crossed that I get the speaker replaced, but this is an experience that'll have me steering clear of Logitech in the future. As of right now I still have one broken speaker and no promise of a replacement yet, but I'm waiting to hear back. In the meantime, I'm frustrated, and the experience with Logitech already is enough for me to leave this review. When the speakers were working, at least they sounded nice. Hopefully I'll have that experience again soon.

Nice speakers

It's a nice and affordable speaker set with good bass and treble. The on/off and volume controls can be conveniently placed on the table where your computer is located. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Decent quality for price point

Pro is the price point and the easy to use controller to turn on/off, up/down, and easy spot for headphones. Con is the noise when there isn’t any sound or music playing-that is annoying and noticeable.

Don't have the most money to spend on the really good PC setup, these speakers do more than enough for me and have been better than I could imagine.

If you are a music producer and you are looking for the best computer speaker set up, look else where. If you have a home office and occasionally you want to bump some DMX while you rattle you computer mouse these are for you.

Great 3 piece system.

Very good sounds and love to listen to music. I really don't blast the speakers and happy with the 3 piece set. Easy set up but did have to go into my computer and turn on system cause at first I thought I did something wrong. Would recommend.
