Bought a set for my mom for Christmas and the sub was blown. Returned to the store and exchanged for another one. Did the same thing. Thinking it might be the computer we tried it on another device and did the same thing. Very disappointed.

I bought these to replace my failing PC speakers and the sound was not even close to the old set so I returned them. I ended up buying the Edifier 1280T which is twice the price but so much better sounding

Hello Brian, I'm sorry to hear that your Z323 speakers didn't have the audio quality you wanted. It could very well be a port issue, so to fix the poor sound quality I would recommend trying both the 3.5mm input as well as the RCA input, just to make sure it's not something wrong with the cables/port.

Had to return it. it burned out 2 monitors. wasnt sure what happened when the first monitor went, but as soon as I plugged in the speakers again after replacing the monitor, the monitor died immediately. grrrr. fortunately Best Buy gave me a refund but I'm still out about $300.

Hi Barb, I'm sorry that your experience with the Z323 was not a good one. I would encourage you to notate how the devices were plugged in. Using a power cord vs a surge protector could be an issue. Both the monitor and the speakers require a decent amount of juice for both too function. It seems like when you plugged the Z323 it was causing a surge in electricity causing other devices to blow. I hope that you were able to select a different external speaker for your set up that is not causing issues with your surrounding devices. Thank you for being a loyal Logitech customer. The speaker makes weird noises the only way to get rid of it is to turn the subwoofer off. I almost went back to the store and turn it back in. I don't like to complain so I learned to deal with it. DON"T BUY THIS!

I bought these from Best Buy several weeks ago. They sounded fine, (though not great. That's okay. I don't need great). They worked for about two weeks and then just stopped. Dead. So I switched back to my old so-so speakers. So-so is much better than dead.

I purchased the Logitech Z323 Speaker Sys because I'd always enjoyed Logitech products. Now that I've used this system for a time the sound quality has diminished and I can barely hear anything even when the volume is maxed. Maybe I've missed something but the sound started out well. Over a few months it seems to have died.

sound is great connected to my grace digital mundo radio. the sound is full and easily fills the room. i really like how warm sounding these speakers are. bass is rich and clean and adjustable. mid range and treble also clear and audible - instruments sound true to life and human voices natural. my one complaint is the input jack comes off the right speaker and if your using the aux input which is located on the back of the sub, your stuck with the input cable on your desk top.

Hi J3tm1ss3s, thank you for taking the time to write this review. I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with the level of base output from these speakers. There is a knob on the back of the subwoofer to turn the bass up. I hope you located it and adjusted as needed, if not please try that out and see if that helps increase the bass output for you! Thank you for being a loyal Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech
