Great purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just purchased this to go with my new turntable, as it needed some powered speakers since I don't have a home system. Wanted something that wasn't going to break the bank, take up a lot of room and have good sound. Several years ago a had another Logitech system and never had any issues with it. Hopefully this will hold true with this system. We have it set up in the middle of our house, 1 story about 1800 sq ft, and the sound is great throughout the house. So if you are looking for a small system, that has aux input and sounds great look no more.

Great speakers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these speakers (use my $10.00 certificate) in which I actually like the sound. The speakers do have an adjustable volume level along with the mini sub woofer comes with a knob to adjust the bass level. I am pretty satisfied with it, just wished the speakers had some form of protection in order to get them prevented of getting damaged.

Great for budget TV speakers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Frankly sound better than I expected. Plenty of Bass on the TV. It can be boomy, but there is a knob at the back of the woofer to control it and turn down the bass if it is muddy. Also, I have a Chromecast audio hooked into the aux port and it sound fantasic, ( better than the logitech bluetooth audio device).

Sounds great, good features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It sounds great with strong bass. An unexpectedly nice feature is the aux RCA input that automatically knows when sound is coming to it. So I have the audio jack hooked to my Airport Express, and the RCA plugs hooked to my TV, and it will automatically play from each without needing to switch inputs. It is also nice it doesn't automatically shutoff like so many sound bars out there.

Great Quality for the Price!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife picked these up for my birthday gift. I put together a custom Ryzen 5-based PC over the summer; however, I did not purchase any speakers. I was just relying on the poor speakers inside the 32in TV I use for a monitor. Since I am legally blind, I don't need a great quality monitor since I can't see it very well anyway. While I do use screen magnification software to see what is on the screen, more important to me is having decent quality sound, since my computer also reads to me what is on the screen and sound is more valuable to me personally and professionally (I teach computers for a career). While there are certainly significantly higher quality speakers out there, you do have to pay more. For the price, I was pleasently surprised how good they are!!! I don't see myself upgrading anytime soon. The positives: --> the main speakers are thin, so they fit nicely on my already crowded desk. --> Great sound-quality for the price. --> It came with plenty of chord length for all the chords. Things to improve: --> One end of each cable is permanently attached to one of the 3 speakers (2 mid to high sound range for the desktop speakers, and 1 sub-woofer that sits on the ground). This means, if the chords get damaged, unless you are good at wiring, they cannot be independently replaced. --> The cable that connects between the sub-woofer and a desktop speaker has what I would consider to be an outdated connection to the sub-woofer—a 9-pin serial connection (I could be mistaken with the number of pins, but that is at least the style of the male connector). In my experience with that type of connector from many years ago (This style of serial cables were quite common prior to USB becoming mainstream), pins like that can be easily bent (probably more so if you have to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect the cord). It would be nice to see a different connection type that is less prone to connection issues. Overall? I am super happy with these speakers, and if you just have $50 to spend (plus tax), then I say, "Go for it!" My "negatives" certainly don't weigh high to me; however, they do explain why I gave this product 4 out of 5 stars, instead of 5 out of 5 stars. [NOTE: The opinions expressed here are mine, and mine alone. I based this review off my personal and professional exposure to various qualities of speakers, my personal preferences, etc. I did not receive any compensation for this review (except for the 25 points I will receive from Best Buy just because I am writing some sort of review. My understanding is this is nothing 'special', and is given to anyone who has an account on BestBuy.com and writes a review. Additionally, this is just my initial views of this product. I just got these speakers, so my opinion may be different as I use them in the short, and long term.]

The Subwoofer has Adjustable Bass!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I first want to point out an important detail by mentioning that there is a knob on the back of the subwoofer that allows you to adjust the tone of the bass (which is a similar setup to the previous speakers I had). I originally had the "Logitech X-240 2.1 Speakers" which are basically the exact same speakers and style as this z323 2.1 model. According to the specs, the z323 speakers are just a slight upgrade to the X-240's which were what I had for 16 years (No joke) until they finally died on me. I would have gladly just repurchased the X-240's which were $50 at the time also but they are now discontinued and for whatever reason are tremendously overpriced even when the ones I found were in "like new" condition. So after searching for a replacement I stumbled upon this z323 model that seemed similar, so I took a chance and was glad to find that these were very identical and perform quite well. I still felt uncertain about one thing, I still couldn't determine if the bass from these were better than my previous X-240 ones. However i Could tell that the speakers themselves definitely sounded better. Well overall I think for a PC gamer and for listening to music on the PC these definitely do the Job. Now these may not be satisfying for those trying to throw a huge house party, but for gaming and moderately loud music it's good enough. One Last thing to note is, don't confuse this model z323 with the model z313. The z313 is the same setup and HAS a subwoofer, BUT the subwoofer does not come with a Bass adjustable knob like on the z323 model. You can only 'slightly' adjust the Bass if using some software like the 'realtek audio equalizer' from the PC. Yes, the z313 is $20 cheaper, but for paying $20 more for the z323 you get to adjust the Bass directly from the knob and refine it further from the audio equalizer on the PC itself. Overall I find the z323 to be a much better choice. So far I'm quite happy with my purchase! I sure hope these last like my previous ones!

Great speaker set with bass control for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually don't get too involved with my reviews since most won't read anything long winded. Put it simply that Logitech is the leader in my book for great sound at a price point. My old Logitech Z313 soeaker system was used in my construction office on my desk but really needed to adjust the bass. I bought the Logitech model Z323 because it DID have bass control. Not disappointed and the sound quality is excellent for a $50 price point. Didn't want to spend $100 for an office system and didn't need that type of system. You will not have a audiophile system and you shouldn't for $50 so that that in account. Buy it and see for yourself. Thanks...

Great speakers for PC.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I went shopping on black Friday, I was in need for some speakers for my pc. So I went down the speaker isle at my local Best buy. I wanted some speakers that really gave me massive amounts of bass, but I was on a budget. I checked out all of the speakers and these speakers were the ones that caught my eye. The sub woofer can really give some bass. When I watch movies on my pc, the speakers really do sound amazing. I've had these since black Friday of 2019. And they still work amazingly.

Nice sound for affordable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want a pretty good sound quality but not break the bank this is a nice start up. I been having this for 6 years and still working like a champ. The speakers are simple to connect with to the ports in the back of the subwoofer (via 3.5mm connection) and also with a port. Also it does have a dial in the back of the subwoofer to control the bass. Yes it delivers pretty good sound quality but do not expect theater or surround sound quality at all. One speaker does have the ability to connect mic and headphone capability. Just wish it had a software to control the bass instead of having to manually adjust it from the back.

Hollowed Be Thy Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This budget computer speaker set is quite average, an overrated product producing excessive bass with one dimensional sound. Before I purchased this product, I was testing out the Insignia NS-PSD5321, a more affordable alternative; the latter initially produced superb sound producing brilliant highs synchronized with rumbling yet powerful bass. However that same day I assumed that this Logitech product would deliver more taste to the sound, under the product's claims that the Logitech speakers offered 360 degree sound as well as a base boom with the subwoofer. To my dismay, this Logitech model underperformed. First, the satellite speakers delivered a hollow sound. It was difficult to differentiate the various atmospheric noises in the Halo 4 multiplayer; Drake's Hotline Bling was increasing unenjoyable as well through the two speakers. As for the subwoofer, it rumbled at the key of almost every bass-producing aspect in both music and gaming (Halo and Rockband with some songs on my mp3 player). I would not recommend this product because it is overpriced compared to its contending products, failing to suffice its promises of excellent sound. Once again, it produces hollow noises, undeserving of the title "sound," and although it does keep up to its promise of 360 degree delivery, it fails at sound quality and differentiation.

Good speaker, not clear..?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this on sale. Pretty good speaker for the price. The only thing I notice, it says 360 sound, seems a bit muffle. The sounds not that clear. The bass you can adjust. Overall not a bad speaker for a person on a budget.

Great for Airplay/Airtunes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought two sets for my kids' rooms. Hooked them both up to individual Apple Airport Express', and voila! The kids can play their ipods wirelessly to their individual Logitech speakers or we can stream directly from ituens to all the speakers. And, for the money, the speakers sound great. They will fill the room with sound. One kid is into Taylor Swift and the other likes 80's Rock, and it all sounds great. I have one installation with the subwoofer on a carpeted floor and the other with the subwoofer on top of a bookcase. The carpeted floor installation sounds better. There's also a port in the back of the subwoofer to hardwire an ipod or other audio device directly.

Great sound for the price!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No, these aren't made for "audiophiles" but who cares. That's like saying a Dodge Viper isnt a fast car because its not a Lambo. I promise you, for $50 dollars, these speakers and sub combo is an absolute steal. Esp if your computer/laptop has a decent sound card. Perfectly bassy, mids are clear enough. Not disappointed in the least bit. I listen to mostly hip-hop and these are perfect for me.

Great Sound at any price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased on Black Friday weekend, and got it for a steal at $29.99 vs. the 89.00 list price. I was purchasing for a replacement for my desktop system where I do a lot of video composing and music. So quality was important. But my office was upstairs, so I got lazy and just hooked it up to my home entertainment PC which feeds my 50 inch LCD. I put on YouTube music and it was surprising.... rich sound and good volume. Then I decided to play the movie The Expendables and turn the volume up to mid way. No only did it shock me as to the richness of the sound, but the power was incredible. The bomb explosions shook the sliding glass door about 7 Ft away. It has now replaced my home theatre as the sound is rich and powerful enough to fill the room. Only drawback....I have to get another set for my office, and will not find a deal like that again, but at 60.00, it s still worth it.

Good sound for the $
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I sat these speakers next to the Logitech Z200 2.0 speakers and my old Dell 2.1 speakers and compared. These speakers had much more bass and a richer sound. Some vibrating, symbol type sounds seem kinda scratchy, but it might be the music. The extra piece where you plug in the headphones is not heavy enough and falls off the table easily. Good value for the money.
