I used this to replace an older Logitech 5.1 stereo system. My older system took up too much space, which I originally bought for playing 1st person shooters (now I used headsets). This system sounds very good for its size and takes up minimal space.

I was amazed at the sound coming out of my computer after connecting this speaker system. I couldn't believe the wide frequency response and the amazing bass. I now listen to the radio on my computer while surfing and doing other work. I love it!

Went in to Best Buy to get another set of speakers for the computer, as the set we had finally succumbed to the ferrets, the kittens, and twelve too many drops on the floor. We use the computer for Netflix and the like, so the addition of a sub-woofer seemed like a nice touch. Oh Myyyy!!! The sound quality greatly surpassed that of our old speakers (which was a small set of Logitech PC speakers) and the sub-woofer added greater depth to the audio. The sub-woofer has an independent control knob so you can dial in your preferred amount of bass. The left and right speakers, while narrower than the speakers they replaced. have a very nice tonal quality.

Purchased these for my office computer. They are louder with stronger bass then anticipated since I tested them in the large store and was shocked at the powerful sound and bass in my smaller office. Definitely good sound for the price.

I needed some speakers to hear all the sounds while editing video and these came out to be more than what I was expecting. Sound quality is crisp and the subwoofer adds the deep bass you would want while watching a movie or just listening to music.

Easy set-up, good solid sub that is adjustable on the back (would recommend doing this before you set up in final position, the knob is on the back and not easily accessible) and the speakers do the trick. For the price, great sound quality on the treble, mid and bass, definitely would reccomend to someone who isn't an audiophile and wants some computer speakers that last and sound great without a lot of adjusting

The speakers work great. Anyone could set them up. The subwoofer really bumps. Can't beat the price for these speakers.

These speakers sound great and are very simple to setup. I use them mainly for playing music. The bass is very nice for the price. The only con that I have for these speakers is the location of the headphone jack. The jack is located on the right side of the speaker which can be difficult to access if you have the speaker up against a computer or a wall. The jack would have been much easier to access if it was located on the front of the speaker.

this guy is awesome for anyone looking to boost their sound set up at a decent price. they have some nice low end and the highs are good. these are by no means studio quality but perfect for snazzing up your small TV or laptop!

First let's not get these ~20W self powered speakers confused with any audiophile speakers driven with external amps OK? But for a compact set of computer speakers for gaming and iTunes use these are near perfect. I know most folks don't bother these days, I actually installed a sound card in my PC to drive these speakers. I believe the combo of the sound card and the equalizer SW with the speakers results in a complete audio package for the PC. Note, bass response is better if the subwoofer is on a hard surface. Since my floor is carpeted I cut a small piece of MDF for the sub to sit on and it really improved the response.

A good system with good sound and bass for the price. Has a small footprint as well. Hooked them up without much if any problem at all.

I don't know if these are the best, but compared to the prehistoric speakers I had previously, these speakers are a God send. The sound is powerful and clear. And their design looks professional on my computer desk.

I had actually purchased this item with the My Best Buy points I had accumulated. That being said, this system exceeded my exceptions with decent sound quality and great bass. I would definitely pay the full price.

These speakers are great for your computer. The sound and bass are great. The volume on the right speaker controls the sound for both speakers and the bass can be adjusted on the subwoofer. You can turn the volume off when you are not using your computer. That is one option I like. Also, they are a great price. I would recommend these speakers to a friend.

Kids these days, the computer is no longer a thing that is only used for work. Wether outs for gaming, watching YouTube, playing a movie or streaming music you need a good sound system. One of my son's upgraded to this system. He loves out and hasn't said anything negative about it. I just wish he wouldn't turn it up so loud. The sub thumps and the floor rattles. Good system for the price, his brother got the system above this one and likes it too.

Sound is great. easy to install and compact for shelf.

I live in an apartment that came with a built-in computer desk with minimal space and pretty much located at the center of the apt floor plan so I was looking for a set of desktop PC speakers with a great sound and an adjustable sub-woofer bass level for when it gets later in the evening/night so i can keep the volume up a bit but turn the bass down some to not disturb my neighbors. Well, this speaker set had everything I was looking for and now that I've had it for over a week and have used it on a daily basis I can say these are perfect for my current setup. I would highly recommend these speakers to anyone currently in the market and act fast because they are on sale right now too! Can't beat the price and the quality of these speakers.

Sleek design and relatively cheap, these speakers do very well for normal use. I use these on my computer for work, so I do not need a lot of bells and whistles, so can't attest for gamers or music enthusiasts.

These speakers are pretty good. I have heard better, but for much more money. I can play itunes or pandora from my computer and hear it all through the house with good quality and decent base.
