These are in the bedroom. We have headphones hooked to them. We love the volume control. They have capability for two headphones. Nice sound. No crackle.

This stereo system is perfect for someone that wants big sound with a small budget. Would highly recommend this system.

So when I purchased this set I was looking for a higher end set but I went with this based on the reviews I had seen online. This is a great value for the money and sound very good.

Love these speakers, great replacement for the hand me downs I got from my dad. Surround sounds amazing in games that use it. Battlefield 1 has never been so intense out of headphones.

I got these speakers for my classroom, to go with my computer and dvd player. They work great, although the teacher next door is not too pleased!

I usually don't write reviews for products on here, but I felt compelled to after receiving the Logitech Z506 surround sound system. ***UPDATE*** (at the bottom) PROS: ~SUPER easy to set-up, everything matches up by color. ~Sound quality is superb compared to a lot of systems in this price range, especially for a 5.1 system. ~Base is FANTASTIC! I honestly can't get over how awesome the subwoofer is, and best of all -- NO DISTORTION! ~Since this is a tweeted system, you don't get distortion from the speakers like you would with a lot of other systems in this price range. ~RCA capable (meaning you can directly connect it to your Audio Out on the back of the TV). ~The ported down idea Logitech did for the subwoofer truely does make it fill the room (even at >50watts). ~Great bang for the buck. CONS: ~Wires can be a bit short, even for a small room. ~No controller. So if you're like me and are planning to use this in a small room, I highly recommend this system; you can't go wrong! ****UPDATE**** After having owned this system for a little over 4 months, I have decided that.....this system is still fantastic! If you're hooking this bad-boy up to a TV, simply plug the RCA (red/black) cables into the back of the subwoofer, then the other end (3.5mm headphone) to the headphone jack on your TV. Easy peezy :) If you're hooking it up to a computer, simply plug the PC wires (not sure on the technical term, but they're the green, yellow, and black cords/wires) into the back of the subwoofer, as well as your PC. To get the surround sound effect (5.1) you will need to make sure your sound software is up to date. From there right click on your "speakers" (located under Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Right click on Speakers) and you can adjust your settings to 5.1. I hope this has been helpful! Pro: I play video games in a small room and I found that these speakers were of quality, and effective. CON: Other electronics near the subwoofer could interfere with the audio

I was looking for a great sound system for my computer and this is it. Now thinking of buying it for my TV because it works so well with the computer.

I had not upgraded my speakers in several years. I have had other Logitech products in the past. These speakers were a good value for my usage. Easy install; no issues.

Ilove this nice sound system, it was so good my brother got one.

The only thing that would make these speakers better, for me, would be if they were wireless. But then you'd be paying 3-4 times as much. For the money, these simply can't be beat.

I find the sound from these speakers to be great. Good bass response.The 5.1 is great for gaming.

I purchased these speakers for the laptop that I use in my shop to program a cnc milling machine and they are loud and clear enough that they can be heard over the shop

I'm not an audiophile, so I can't compare it with more expensive audio set. However, this is definitely a good entry point to get 5 way surround sound.

I bought this for a tv. It's very clear for the price. Sounds better than most sound bars/sub combos. It may not be quite as loud, the the sound quality is very clean.

Hooked into a 600 amp audio card. Sound is clear and not distorted all the way to max. Of course my loseless files help a lot with the sound quality.

This is decent sound for the price. Keep in mind this is not wireless. If you have a specific area you want to hear music then this is a good purchase.
