Great Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The subwoofer has plenty of bass perfect for gaming and just enough to annoy the wife off in the other room! :) I was real pleased with the cords being extra long to provide a good distance for the rear speakers.

Fantastic speakers for a great price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I felt obligated to write this because I almost didn't buy these after the reviews, compared to those of other surround systems. Everyone seems to be complaining about white noise (and the inevitable 'MINE BROKE 1 STAR') but, trust me, they just don't know how to properly arrange their wires and power cables; if you get noise with these, you're gonna get noise with anything. I can hear the same high-pitched whine that my computer's audio chipset has always produced, IF I turn the volume up well past even my maximum listening level AND am sitting in utter silence. I'm not a true audiophile (I don't get anything out of really expensive systems) but I have started to frustrate my friends and fiance because I can't stand YouTube audio and I insist we download mp3s and mp4s, so I do care about quality. That said, I find these to be as good as anything I've ever heard, all around - SO glad I went for em.

Surprisingly Powerful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these to hook up to my HTPC as a short term solution until I have the money to buy a more expensive Sound Bar or 7.2 speaker system. I love these speakers so much I have suspended this purchase indefinitely! Great sound that fills the room and they are in a room with a vaulted ceiling.

Affordable Surround Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking to find something I could hook up to my television and could also play some music with. This 5.1 set has worked very well for my apartment, but I only have one concern. Occasionally the audio in the two rear speakers will cut out (it may be that the audio source is not pushing an audio signal to those speakers, but it does not bode well for a good listening experience.) Very affordable and I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to delve into the world of surround sound while on a budget.

Great speakers - headphone jack not wired correct.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great speakers - especially for the price. I've had these about a month and still love them. At times this system sounds better than my $500 home theater amp and speakers. However... I use my headphones a LOT since I game at night. When your PC is configured for 5.1 and you connect the headphone jack, the center and rear speakers are not directed toward the left and right headphone jack output. So, for example, in Skyrim, if you are looking right at a person, you can not hear them speak because the audio is coming out of the center channel. This seems like a design flaw to me. So - each time I plug in my headphones I have to go in to speaker properties and change from 5.1 to stereo. This wouldn't be so bad if it was a quick change, but most of the time I've already launched the game... so I have to exit the game and them make my setting change, and get back in. It's frustrating. Same in reverse - when the next day comes, I have to switch back to 5.1 which I don't usually remember until I realize that the center channel does not have any output. Exit game, make setting change, re-launch. Annoying! Otherwise I love these speakers.

Good for its purpose
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are good speakers for their purpose - clear 5.1 sound from a computer, primarily for videos. Not so good for quality music; their fidelity is too low. Don't buy these if you just want stereo sound. But don't be deterred, they are a good value among a very limited selection of inexpensive 5.1 computer speakers. You hook these up by plugging them into three 3.5mm jacks on the sound output of your computer. Check that you have these, and that they can be configured for 5.1 sound. No HDMI or SPDIF connections. The woofer gives out at about 60 Hz. and the crossover is 100-150Hz. so no deep bass. Reasonably undistorted at moderate listening levels. Convenient controls - a single volume control controls everything, and you can tweak woofer volume by a separate control. On-off switch also. Headphone jack that mutes speakers. No balance controls. Reasonably long cords, especially to the surround speakers. But no way of extending them without cutting and splicing. My computer is at the apex of a v-shaped desk, so I put the surrounds at the ends of the desk, with the cords hidden behind. This gives pretty good surround sound.

Great bang for the buck!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the $65 range these are a steal. I was a little worried about quality due to the price but the speakers feel solid, the wires are thick not thin and chincy. They work great in a small office area. I hear sounds I never noticed before, now I can tell exactly what direction those footsteps are coming from. The sub works awesome for its size, I cant stop smiling when I'm firing the Gatling gun and I now feel the explosions. I could have paid double what I did and I would still feel like I got a great deal.

Amazing!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love these speakers! they are really good for Surround Sound use and also amazing for the price! The only down side is the cords, they really make my room a mess, the good thing is you can buy these things called Cable Management and it wont even show! This was my review of my Logitech speakers. Btw the Cable Management is by Monster.

Great Speakers For The Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was pleasantly surprised by how well these speakers work. The surround sound only works when the content allows for it (duh). It's really great when playing video games and you jump and turn around at a noise, but it was only the rears. I love it. Pros: Good sound Control over bass and speakers Cons: Could probably get better sound out of higher quality speakers. Can take a bit to figure out the which ports the aux cords go into.

Excellent sound!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This speaker set offers excellent sound quality. I would recommend purchasing from Best Buy versus Logitech as Best Buy's price is much more reasonable.

Good,except for the Aux cable.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These speakers sound really good and have extraordinary bass. There's not really any downsides to these speakers except for the Aux cable. Once you have everything plugged in and then you go to plug in the Aux cable to your computer or whatever, and you have to tweak it and move it around or not all of the speakers will play.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For this price? are you kidding me? these are not your average computer speakers, these are THE BEST speakers for your computer!! 5 minutes easy set up, and your comp turns into media center. The only down side is in my sutiation, my neighbor will complain from now on. Ungratuful. I'm trying to play some music, and it's not even 100% volume yet. Thank You Logitech!

Excellent Sound For The Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these to replace an excellent Altec Lansing system that had gone out and was no longer for sale. I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. Very very good sound quality for the money. Excellent highs, rich lows. Compares quite nicely to systems that cost much more. I am always amused by how people give poor reviews because of their own ignorance, or not doing their homework before purchasing. Definitely the case on this item. As somewhat of a techno-geek I would highly recommend these.

Great for $80 and 2 year warranty.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has great sound, the sub sounds bad at times, but overall sounds great for only $80. id recommend putting the sub in a corner to get the best quality sound. the rear speakers sound horrible (like lil wayne voice 24/7. but the front speakers are nice. I have the center speaker mounted on my LCD monitor, which is nice. (has a retractable mount. I am writing this review even though I had to contact Logitech technical support today on an issue on the speakers..The sound would cut out if you have the sub turned up past halfway, they said the flashing light by the volume wheel was a power problem (go figure, 75 watt system can't even hold its own power) but for $80 i can't complain, and tech support was nice and knowledgeable. I would always recommend Logitech products, regardless of my misfortune. All because they handled it very well. I still love these speakers. I am attatching a video with the problem

Great choice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i would recommend this to anyone that wants a decent speaker set for there tv or computer. The speakers sound great and are fairly easy to set up takes about 15-20 minutes depending on how well you know your tech although the price is $69.99 i would recommend having a extra $10 for the 2 year warranty. over all a great sounding simple set up and priced right

Great Speakers
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had these speakers for about a month now and they are working great. For a mid ranged set of computer speakers they really give you your bang for your buck. When you play them very loud the quality goes down and can hear fuzz in the background, but i have never had to play them that loud to get to that point. I use them in my room for weekend parties, and I never need to push them past 60%. Also these support 5.1 Surround sound, this is great for games and blu-rays. I looked at higher quaility ones but it seems the next level up from these start at around $300-$400. All around I love these speakers!
