Definitely has a subwoofer. Great sound. The instructions on one of the flaps on the box. Just realize you plug the cable from the sound card to the subwoofer not the hand piece or you will think it does not work.

I needed to upgrade my old speakers to ones that had a bit more power to them without breaking the bank. These speakers do the job just fine and the bass really can be heard too. The speakers are nice and compact, so I had no trouble placing them where I needed.

Needed new speakers to listen to my music while working. These have great sound and I like having the volume puck to adjust the volume so I dont have to pull out my keyboard while I am using the workcomputer.

I am very happy to have purchased these. Plus, I got a great day. They sound amazing for 2.1 and the bass is great. I think these speakers are worth buying.

Returned the Bose Companion 5 speakers because I needed longer wires for the speakers and Bose does not have accessory speaker extensions for their proprietary connections. My good fortune was buying these Logitech Z533 speakers, spending less than a third of what the Bose Companion speakers cost and I am happy with the sound! My only complaint is the volume puck is hard wired directly to the subwoofer which limits it's wiring convenience. If it were detachable it would be much easier to fish it through furniture. I had to cut a 4 inch hole in the back of my desk to get the puck on my desktop. The puck cable is rather short too, maybe 6 feet long.

This little cheap computer speaker set is only cheap in price, not quality. The volume and bass knob is built well. I only wanted a small system for my desktop but I have full and clear sound. Excellent Logitech quality. Best $99 you can spend.

Easy plug and play features, great bass control, perfect for small rooms, music sounds very good, as well as movies, no problem with any hissing or sound distortion, as others have reported, perfect!!!

I've decided to downgrade speakers from the Logitech z506 to the z533. It was definitely worth it. I don't have the surround sound 5.1 output of the z506 but the z533 does an awesome job of packing punch with the speakers and woofer. Price was good.

I got these speakers a month ago, and I am extremely happy with the purchase. The subwoofer provides more than enough bass and the sound from the two speakers is clear and strong.

I love how I can control the bass with the switch it comes with And the sound is so crisp and very clear I would recommend this for someone who is looking for a system they can use that is not too cheap and not too expensive

The build quality is really good, sound is amazing. The subwoofer do increase the experience a lot. The remote control is easy to use and the option to control how much bass is a must have. I use it in my gaming setup must for media consumption.
