These speakers are load and very crispy clear. These put me in mind of studio speakers. Comes with a Adjustable volume control. I would recommend these for 2019

Great Speakers for a Computer or Tablet

The speakers are being used with the line out connection on an internet radio. It was very easy to install these and use them. The bass is quite decent for a subwoofer of this size, and the frequency response of the system is quite adequate for the type of music I stream (a classical station out of New York City). If you can get this product for less than $50, like I did, you shouldn't be disappointed.

The system produces clean high frequencies and soft surrounding mid and bass tones. I like this system very much.

Also this model has a volume control I can place on my desk with the speakers up on a shelf. Some models do not have a remote volume control.

Good System for Size and Power

I plugged the new unit into my monitor speaker port. The speaker did not have as much bass or depth as my X540. I was just about to box it up and return it...THEN I plugged it into my laptop port instead of the my monitor port and the sound was MUCH better. Yes, it should have been obvious that the monitor speaker port would not have much juice, but I did not think it would make this much of a difference. So, I think the sound is good for my desk setup. I love the separate audio/power controls with jacks included as this allows me to mount speakers on the wall/out of arms reach with the sub under the desk. (No the speakers do not have wall hooks, I made small shelves). So, I like this unit and it is fitting in just fine. Just make sure you plug directly into your PC OR get some kind of 3.5mm powered mini-amp if you want richer sound.

A few simple wording would have been very helpful as the pictures were somewhat vague. Do enjoy the sound!
