I love the simplicity and quality of these this setup! 1 Cord in the wall for the system, one from left speaker, one from the right. The little volume/bass knob was nearly perfectly implemented as well, my only complaint being that it's not detachable from the subwoofer. Pros: - Super affordable - Simple to set up - Amazing quality, especially considering the price - Volume/bass control is extremely quick response-wise - Bass is decently punchy Cons: - Volume/bass control wheel isn't detachable from the subwoofer(not really a con.. just something of a preference) I just got these today, so I'll see in time if the cons will ever grow. As of now, though I love these and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone look for a great bang for your buck speaker setup.

I got this set up a few weeks back and let me tell you I just love the sound it made my movies that I play on my computer say "Hello about time " the quality of the sound is sharp and crisp no distortion even on action movies the bass booms very nicely, also i do love the big dial that controls the volume is has a separate slider on it that you control the bass as well as a plug that you may connect your headphones to that makes it super nice when you just need to connect without fiddling behind your device. I highly recommend this product and the cost super nice as well.

I am amazed daily at the clarity in these speakers and the bass is more than sufficient - enough to overpower the music if that's your jam. I keep them at my desk and when I need to work late, I play a little music to make it seem like I'm having fun. I like them so much I sent a set to my son. The volume dial has a handy bass adjustment on the side. I wish the dial were heavier so it would stay in place and I wish the volume nob had an indicator so you had some idea where your volume was before you start playing music. Otherwise, zero complaints.

Upgraded from the Logitech 3 series when short in 3.5mm cable developed. Had the other unit for about three years and produced great sound. This unit has a much higher fidelty with clearer mids and highs than the other set I had. I love the separate controller and the detached 3,5mm cable. If you wanted to connect to a laptop or computer 3.5mm jack the use the 5'-0" cable or better yet, buy a longer connection cable if you want to. Now it's not a overpowering bass but it can thump a little with those heavy bass licks. Bass control at your fingertips. I really do not believe you can get better sound for the price paid. Setup was a breeze too.

The internal speakers of my 32" tv was starting to distort so wanted something to replace and enhance the sound of the tv that was not expensive but produced satisfactory sound. These fit the bill the sound is crystal clear even at fairly high levels and the subwoofer does a decent job producing bass but not as well as a full size subwoofer. But overall it does a nice job for the price and greatly improves the tv sound. The highs from the satellite speakers are crisp and clear and the bass module provides nice bass gives the feel of deep bass but does not go really low but feels like it.

I was looking for a moderately priced set of speakers for my desktop. These turned out to be perfect. They look good on the desk, sound very good, and the adjustable tabletop volume and bass control come in handy (just remember to take off the clear plastic on the back or you'll be wondering why it slides all over the place). I haven't pushed them hard, but for normal listening and gaming levels these are crystal clear and nicely balanced. I don't have anything bad to say, honestly.

A massive step up from the cheap computer speakers I was using before. I'm no audiophile but music, games, youtube, and streaming services all sound amazing on these speakers. These speakers get so loud that I physically can't stand it. If you've got a small office or bedroom to set these up in they will be more than enough sound for you. The remote is a welcome bonus and I enjoy how easy it is to use with the bass control on the side of the dial. I had to buy an coaxial extension cable for the left speaker because of the subwoofer placement under my standing desk but that can't be Logitech's fault.

The sound is fantastic. These little guys produce a great sound for the workstation. My son is using it for his music production. This is not his main workstation but needed a decent level of sound quality when working at this desk. He has been very impressed with the crisp sound and bass levels of the unit. He is a picky one and had nothing but great things to say....that alone is a heck of a review.

I use a Logitech z2300 2.1 system (obsolete) with my main computer, an HP z620 with an ASUS Essence STX sound card, which prompted me to try other Logitech speaker / amplifier systems. The Logitech z533 replaces a Logitech z313 2.1 speaker system for a Samsung 4K 40" TV run by by an HP z420 workstation having a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium sound card. The X-Fi to z533 amplifier connection is by good quality A/V RCA interconnects. The improvement was noticeable. The sound quality is very good, a substantial upgrade from the z313 and the wired remote (on/off, volume/ bass) is perfect for this use. The z313 developed a slight, permanent amplifier hum- even when not running- while the z533 is very quiet. The z533 is still compact enough for limited spaces. I place the satellite speakers on their sides under the Samsung monitor. A couple of small complaints: the large diameter volume control is too easy to accidentally adjust- it should have more friction and actually a separate on/off like the z313 is better- or have a mute button. Without a separate on/off, when muted for a phone call, I end up turning it off. The box for this heavy system needs to be heavier duty even when sent in an outer box. My first z533 (not from Best Buy) was damaged in shipping. The important z533 fault in my view is that the wiring for the z533 remote unit - as for the z313- is about 2' too short and permanently wired so as to make extension difficult. But, only the short remote wiring affects the use. I strongly recommend a good soundcard and reasonable interconnects to do justice to the z533. The z533 is highly recommended.

Great sound quality. Bass control, volume, aux input, and headphone output all on turn knob. The best, cheaper (though not cheap) speaker solution I could find. Bought for my son to pair with his gaming computer where he he also watches Netflix, and he is pleased. The only gripes I have are no grills for the satellites (so many come that way these days...making it easy to damage the cones) and a little missing in the middle of the sound (because there's no mid range speaker in the set, again though, very common).

Got these speakers for a great price right on sale before Black Friday this year and it was easily the most bang for my buck! Great sounding speakers, nice bass and just an amazing design. The only thing that might cause some issues for people is that the actual speakers I received looks slightly different than the stock photos. I'm assuming the speakers I got were the newer generation model since it had the new logo on it and no 'Logitech' logo on the sub woofer. It didn't make a difference to me however!

these don't look as gawdy as some other speakers I've seen at best buy. Got them on sale at $80 and they're really nice. The satellites are great as you really can't go wrong on subwoofers. The sound is clear and crisp and the "puck" that controls volume and bassboost is very useful. Also has an Aux in and Headphone out on the puck. I use the AUX in for streaming stuff on my tablet while I'm on the PC. Volume is excellent, bass is great. Headphone port has no humm or hiss and works well.

I needed computer speakers to listen to streaming audio at work. I got these because I liked their sound quality, appearance, and the volume control knob. Being able to quickly adjust the volume without having to pull up a menu on the computer is super convenient when a coworker comes over with a question or when answering a phone call. I also like the sliding bass level adjuster on the volume “knob” assembly. The speakers have a high-quality appearance that complements my workspace and they were extremely easy to get hooked up.

Got my PC built and had no sound! I overlooked that part. So I needed something quick to pick up. I read the reviews on this setup over the lesser tier one that’s about half price and it seemed like the purchase of this one could be justified. Wow!!! The subwoofer is powerful. I’ve heard decent home theater systems and have a full audio system with two 10” subs setup in my truck. This is comparable to anything I’ve heard. It’s amazing what $100 gets you. LOTS of power, LOTS of volume, very clear. Absolutely do not regret buying. Could be priced 1.5-2x as high and still be a steal.

For the price, idk if these can be beat! I purchased this sound system for my desktop computer. The sound quality is very crisp and loud. The sub is also very nice providing bass you can feel in the next room! The volume control is different and I wasn't sure that I would initially like it, but it has grown on me. It is a simple circular knob that you rotate to control the volume. I also enjoy the fact that the volume control knob has an input for both aux and headphones. This provides easy access to hook up my headphones so I don't disturb anyone while working (or gaming) from home.

Excellent audio quality and easy to set up. I would prefer to get a 4.x or greater surround sound speaker set, but those don't seem to be available. This little speaker set really belts out the sound. With the supplied volume control up can even adjust the bass level coming out of this speaker set, which is a good thing because when it's set full blast bass my wife complains about how the sound travels across the house when for example there is a thunderstorm in a game.

Even before I read the specs and reviews, I had already made up my mind that I was going to purchase the Logitech Z533 speakers based on its looks. After the initial purchase and receiving the item, I was amazed by the fast shipment and how well package it was. Got my speakers, plugged it in, turned it gradually up little by little and all I can say is, No Regrets. My roommates individually came out to tell me they were loud and how much was it haha. And well a week later, 2 of them bought a set of their own. Also wanted to thank best buy for the price adjustment, I originally ordered it for $107.99 total, told a friend about it 2 days later. He told me they were $80 online now, called up best buy real quick and they were able to refund me my $20 back. So yeah, I can say this purchase was worth every penny

I got these on sale for $80 and it was money well spent. I wanted something for my gaming setup that was more than your standard 2 speakers, and it needed to be able to go to my Switch and monitor. The sound is great. At first, I didn't use them for long because I went to using a headset for multiplayer. So I put these away. I got an Xbox, but still used my headset. Then I got a PS5 and decided to bring these out so I had an option for sound that didn't rely on my headset. I'm glad I did. The sound is really great. The bass gets LOUD. You can hear it across the house lol but you can easily control it with the volume control. There is a knob on the side to reduce and increase just the bass. I do find the volume control kind of annoying. Sometimes I forget which way to turn it and it goes *loud* for a second. I also had to use a little sticker to mark where I want the default volume to be because I was sick of messing with it to get it in the sweet spot. The sticker also helps me know which way to turn it if a game is particularly loud or quiet and I want to adjust the sound. I am able to tuck the smaller speakers behind my monitor, and the sub goes on the floor. The way my setup is you basically can't even see the sub, and you can't see the speakers at all. Just a really amazing sound system for a gaming setup when you don't want to be limited to a headset if you aren't playing a multiplayer game. So so glad I set these back up!
