These sound great. The subwoofer isn't flubby, the bass is nice and warm but tight. The highs are clear and not brittle.

I don't know what exactly I was expecting when I purchased these, but they far exceeded ANY expectations I could ever have.
Rich crisp sound and a sub that's almost too much for a computer setup - almost!
If you were to do a blind test without seeing the price, you'd expect this setup to easily run you around $300.
With a $120 price tag, you're not doing yourselves any favors by passing these by.

Not an audiophile but these are nice and loud with good sound quality and were a good value for the price. I like that the speakers have a non slip bottom. Had a Klipsch on my other PC and wanted to try something new. We'll see how it goes. Was on sale and got a price match for that. Has a thick cord and the cords in general are short for many reviewers but for my particular set up it worked out fine. I'd say check cord lengths against what you need to do beforehand.Best Buy has such a great return policy, I never worry.

These have strog base and clarity for music. Gaming has a nice thump. I use these on a PC only. They can get loud if you turn them up. I gave them 4 stars only because there are some higher quality speakers but these does the job for me.

The speakers are great for its price, easy to install and set up, base is great, only downside was mine came defective on right sattelite speaker, besides that a replcement was needed with the warranty, its perfect now

This Logitech speaker set is the best I've owned to date. It's sound quality is very good and an amazing amount of bass. It fills up my office with sound and carries throughout a good chunk of my house. If you like it loud, but with good quality, these are the speakers for you.

This set of speakers sounds great!! I bought them while they were on sale at BB and so were an even greater value. Even at their full price they are worth it though, so if you are thinking about buying them, do not hesitate, you will be satisfied. I have many various speaker setups around my house including Bose 2.0, the Klipsch 2.1, Harmon Kardon 2.1, etc and these are one of the better sounding speakers out of those. The cords connecting the two speakers and the cord from the speaker to the sub could always be longer, but for most setups, it works just fine. I listen to mostly music with these, but the few movies on my computer I have watched also did not disappoint.

Excellent speakers and sub. Took a chance based on other reviews and couldn't be happier. Make sure to tinker with your audio settings if you do not hear bass coming out of the sub. At first I was dissapointed and the sound was kind of weak. I finally realized that my hp audio app needed to handle the audio and I was blown away. These things are loud and the bass rocks.

Purchased this particular Logitech system for two reasons. I liked that all of the controls are located in one easily accessible location that can't get misplaced and the speaker cones are protected by heavy duty grills. Vibrating speaker cones can attract little fingers. During setup the sturdy build of each component is quite evident. When I fired up the system I knew Logitech was the right choice. Brilliant sound for both the highs and lows. The sub really punches.

I had to replace my Klipsch Promedia 4.1 after 18 years and I chose these over the Promedia 2.1 because one of issues with the Klipsch is that it uses cheap speaker wire connections which offers poor connection especially if you so much as touch it. The Logitech uses more durable 3.5mm audio jack for left speaker and VGA type jack for right speaker into the subwoofer and I think that will last longer. Bass is more than enough for my needs, although the mids and treble are kinda washed out. So the Klipsch definitely sounds better overall, but the Logitech isn't far behind. My advice is to use or download an equilizer software to fine tune the audio to your liking. Bottom line : the Z623 is probably the best bang for the buck under $150 computer speakers you'll find, and with some minor tweaking they can sound great.

I'm a big fan of most of the logitech speakers. I have the Z906 but needed something for my projector for some outdoorsy stuff. This 2.1 setup is very nice. It has a very crispy sound and some punchy bass. I currently have them setup as external speakers on my TV / PS4 setup and they can get a bit loud and I haven't even had them half way up . I did my reviews before purchasing and very very happy with the results! I would even say they might be a bit cleaner than the Z906 series but of course those are 5.1

Take this review with a grain of salt, I really like this setup. As I mentioned I’m not an audiophile but I like my bass. This setup has a lot of that. Speakers sound clear as day. I will be enjoting this for a while. Great price imo as well.
Thanks for the review! It's great this setup delivers the clear sound and strong bass you love. Music enjoyment is key, and we're happy you'll be enjoying yours.

The sound is clear with a powerful bass. The price is good for the quality of these speakers. Excellent reproduction of silence.

I replaced the Klipsch Promedia 2.1 that I used for two years. The sub quit on the Klipsch, I did not want to replace with a product that failed that quick. That is how I decided on the Logitech. Since I have used both I will compare. The Klipsch is better and more precise at the high end but not by much. The Logitech produces a better sound stage. I like the sub and where it crosses over on the Logitech. I will end by saying I have listened to high end speakers since the mid 70's. I own a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls purchased in the 80's. In short I have a good ear.

Needed new PC speakers. I'm a professional musician, I like a full balanced sound. These speakers give a nice deep bottom end and the mid and highs are balanced. Also powerful and can get loud without distortion or losing balance. For this price I think a very good deal.

I checked out all the available desktop speakers on the Best Buy site, and the THX rating stuck out for this one. I wasn't in to getting a full surround-type speaker system since this was for my home office. But I did want high quality speakers with a subwoofer that provided a clear range. THIS IS IT!!! After the simple connection, I listened to a variety of music immediately and was impressed with how much more I was hearing compared to my previous set. If you are into a simple system but are looking for a complex sound, this is the perfect combination. Highly recommended.
That's wonderful to hear! We're thrilled that the Logitech Z623 2.1 Speaker System has exceeded your expectations with its mind-blowing sound quality for the price. Thank you for calling them Amazing—we appreciate your feedback!

Logitech has a great lineup of speakers of all budgets, this one in particular coming in at a great price. At 400w its a great deal, the only the I dont like about them is that it doesn’t come with a wireless volume dial.
Hey there! We appreciate the kind words about our Z623 speakers. We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the powerful sound and great value they offer.

The speakers are great. They are easy to setup and use. The sound that come from them are powerful and clear. The subwoofer if positioned where it should is quite powerful, as well. It is becoming my go to listening setup. Its great for playing fps games.
