Bought these after owning a Z533 for about a year, and I have to say the quality beat my expectations
I'm more of a bass head and own 2 12 inch subwoofers in one of my vehicles, so I tend to be critical when it comes to quality bass.
And these speakers provide exactly that. The audio clarity is also very good, delivering every note very well, no distortion.
I just wish the high ends could be a bit louder out of box at the lower volumes because these can get very loud more than a quarter way that can be heard from the streets.
My verdict: this is probably one of the best purchases I have made at the store; Great sound, very good bass, good price.

The Z625 exceeded my expectations as a bass enthusiast. It delivers powerful, deep bass without sacrificing audio clarity. The sound is crisp and detailed. While the high-end could be stronger at lower volumes, the overall sound is impressive. This is a great value for the price.

This is my fourth time buying these speakers. But that's only because I love loud music. Nice base. Gets very loud. Very reasonable price. As long as the speaker exists, I doubt I will buy anything else.

i set these up late, so i can’t test out the max volume just yet, but i’m loving it so far. i’m so surprised how loud these little things get and how good the subwoofer is. using it for when i’m using my pc/playstation/switch and don’t feel like using my headset or when i listen to music. i definitely recommend!

Kicking Speakers

I just connected mine, and OMG! These speakers are kicking, and the sound is incredible for PC speakers. Don't get me wrong; they aren't $1000.00 speakers, but as of right now, I would say they are well worth the price. At a 1/4 volume, they are LOUD, and the bass kicks hard. I will update my review once I've had them a while.

Stunningly clear sound using the optical out

I'll preface this with that I am replacing a Sony 2.1 setup I've been using since *1996* with this product. Granted, I've bought many speaker sets since then for other computers but never replaced the Sony's which I could never find a good replacement for (that I liked.) Well, I just installed this Logitech setup and went with the optical out setup. Wow(?) would be an understatement in this instance. I thought I was getting great crisp sound through my old Sony analog setup but apparently I was wrong. Not only was I wrong but wildly wrong. This Z625 setup with the optical out is an entirely different universe of clarity and bass. The subwoofer is way heavier than I expected which is a good thing. I cannot comment on the long term quality or reliability of these speakers but if they maintain well I suspect I'll be carting these around for another 20 years like my old Sony 2.1 speakers! For the price, I do not thing you can go wrong here.

I have not even been able to crank these things up but WOW! THX speakers are the undisputed best! These deliver great bass and sub-bass with decent mids and highs. I could tweak the EQ for better mids and highs but I want a set that sounds the way I like right out of the box. I hot a 2.1 Klipsch system that I'm going to compare it to. We'll see! :)

I wanted something not too large or expensive, but sound quality was important. These speakers were a good mix. The bass is sufficient for my purposes and mid-range was pretty decent. I would not expect audiophile performance, but considering the price these did the trick for me. Much better than some other speaker sets that I've tried for a computer.

I recently purchased this speaker set for my PC because I needed something that I could not only use for music when studying or working, but also for just relaxing watching some youtube, and these speakers absolutely delivered. Excellent audio quaity paired with the ability to change the base levels and even the volume separately from the PC's volume; not to mention they have a very clean minimalistic look, so they fit in well with my almost completely blacked out settup.
I'd definitely recommend this set to anyone wanted to get some audio for their PC without breaking the bank, and still get some quality speakers.

I have a 3k priced dolby atmos surround setup for my movie room and I was about to give up and buy a new setup for my computer just to watch youtube and listen to spotify while gaming. Decided to try this thing out fully expecting to return it. Don't get me wrong, its not my movie room setup but it is 100% good enough for a picky person wanting something nice for their computer. The sub is insane, the speakers are decent but not amazing, not terrible either. Mids are ok but highs are a bit scratchy. I used my computers sound card equalizer to fix most of that. In the end, this is the best thing out there for the price.

Pros: Great sound, easy to hook up, nice looking
Cons: Cabling for left speaker not greatest. With the big connecter from the right speaker to the sub...it makes it stick out from the wall more than I hoped for. (neither of these items are that big of a deal though)

TOSLINK ftw

I've had these for a month now with consistent use. The difference between the 623 and 625 is the TOSLINK / optical connection. This bypasses ground loop problems. Eliminates hum/fuzz/static. A selling point for me. Which is getting harder to find these days it seems. Lot's of 3.5mm and Bluetooth. The audio is crisp and clear with heaps of bass. Frequency response starts at 40Hz. This allows for very low bass. There is a slight negative here because the gap between the wattage for the sub and satellites is huge. I knew this going in and have adjusted my EQ for compensation. But just know, the bass can completely muddy the mid and treble. I'm not a fan of the satellite design. They look... odd. Overall, I'm impressed with these speakers. They do the job well. The THX certification sounds like a gimmick, but I don't really think it is. With an adjusted EQ you can hear all the little details in a game or film. If you're interested in HiFi music playback, these do great.

Amazing power for computer speakers. Sub is amazing, actually have had to tune it down twice now, bc it has that much power. Have utilized it to power streaming videos in lieu of actual TV in my home office.

Was wanting to upgrade my PC speakers for quite some time. Having used a variety of systems over the years I would say this systems biggest pros are 1. Ease of use (plug and play), 2. Very small size overall for some pretty big sound ( will quickly fill a small-medium sized room) 3. Logitech/THX brand names behind this system lead me to believe these speakers will last many many years, as I have used many 90's & 00's logitech speakers that have stood the test of time.
Biggest gripes
Smaller subwoofer unit than I would personally like (especially for a THX branded system) Still very powerful subwoofer, just a smaller driver than I would like ( 7" )
Second gripe, lack of any other tuning options onboard except a bass knob for subwoofer.

Tremendous bass, great quality 2 way/stereo sound. I didn't expect much as it's an inexpensive system. I was pleasantly surprised and how loud and clear the speakers are. And the bass... wow, not distorted at all even at high volumes. Highly recommended.

I don't typically write reviews. However, this purchase made a great improvement to my setup. These will blow your face off if you want them to. Coming from Bose Companion 2 Series II I was lacking a sub and something I really missed. I decided to pull the trigger on these and WOW is all I can say. I have them connected via optical, I have not tried analog yet. The sound quality is amazing, the sub can rattle the windows. These do have a bass knob if it is too heavy for your liking. Do these have flashing lights RGB lights? No. Do they have Bluetooth built in? No. Do they sound great? Absolutely! Logitech knocked it out of the park with this set.

Lasted 13 months. Then the power LED went off, never to come back on. I could maybe fix them, I am an electronics engineer, but I have better things to do with my time. Anyway, so, maybe the extended warranty with this one. Other than that, the sound quality was really nice. Better speakers than most people will appreciate and enough volume to make me unpopular if other people are home. Convenient controls and headphone socket too. I used the optical input and had no background noise, though if you search on Reddit you'll find some people have white noise issues. So... extended warranty then.
