I received the Logitech Zone 300 Bluetooth Wireless headset and as I do a lot of talking from my iPhone to various folks this was something I definitely could use. After opening I proceeded to charge and once done I proceeded to make calls to test out the quality. It does offer a noise canceling mic which worked very well. It's also quite lightweight when wearing weighing in at just 3.4 ounces. Certainly not cumbersome at all. The headband felt a little tight on me and after wearing for about 4 hours straight my right ear started hurting a bit but that didn't stop me from wanting to wear them. The ear cups measure about 2.5" diameter so seem just a tad small but it does offer an adjustable, nice padded headband. The Zone 300's immediately connected to my Bluetooth and it does use the C-USB for charging. You must provide the charger as it only arrives with the cable. The speakers are crystal clear on both sides. The people I called said they heard no distortion at all. It sounded perfect. You can also move about 98 feet or 30 meters so that allows you nice freedom to roam without issues. It switches between your smartphone and computer flawlessly as well. I got long usage out of the initial charge. I believe in total it was about 14 hours of talk time before i had to recharge it. There is a small circle of white light that shows when you are using or charging. It blinks when pairing then goes solid. You have volume buttons, power button, charger input and a phone button - all on one earcup as well as your mic which rotates up and down. You can download the free Logi Tune app on the logitech.com/tune website and then you're able to adjust different things to make the sound more personalized for your hearing, such as the mic level, EQ, sidetones and also firmware. A nice added feature for sure. I can honestly say because they're so lightweight and the sound is awesome (no dropped signals either) I was impressed and find myself reaching for them when calls come in. Therefore I can recommend the purchase, especially since the price is very reasonable and they get the job done very well. I own a number of Logitech items and they all have been very reliable. These are no exception.

So I’ve been using this headset specifically for voice communication during my online gaming sessions with friends on my PC and PlayStation. They’re not really marketed for that, but I figured it would be great for voice chat and I was right. My friends all said my voice sounded loud and crisp through the microphone and their voices all sound nice and clear with these ear cups. I had no trouble listening to my buddies talk while we gamed. I played for about 3 hours straight with my buddy the other night and my ears never got fatigued because of the earcups. I thought they were going to be too small / snug but they’re not. They don’t have any sort of noise canceling so I can still hear my tv and myself while talking, something I appreciate because I don’t end up yelling into the microphone. Build quality of this headset isn’t all that great. I mean.. they feel a little cheap. They feel like they might break after using them for some time. But that being said, the material is very lightweight, so they aren’t heavy on your head. The pads on the earcups are small but comfortable. The buttons are in a weird spot but you don’t really have to use them since your phone or device can control the volume. The power button sits in an awkward position, right below the mic boom, my thumbs are large so pressing it to turn them on and off can be a little cumbersome. I have to swivel the mic to the on position to turn them on and off. The microphone will mute when you swivel the boom to the up position. A simple function that I highly appreciate. Now, I am rating these 4 stars because they work and sound great for voice chats and phone calls. But that’s it. They are quite bad for music and movies, so don’t even bother. I mean you could use them if you want, but they sound flat, and tinny. Would I recommend these? Ummm.. depends on what you want to use them for. If all you want is a headset for phone calls and voice chatting then sure. Voices sound great with this headset. If you want them for media consumption or music listening, I would not recommend these. They aren’t the greatest but they are perfectly usable.

My girlfriend is a realtor and works from home, so she unfortunately has to be on the phone with clients constantly. She hates earbuds and doesn’t like heavy headphones so something lightweight for her is a must. The Logitech Zone 300 fits that bill perfectly as they offer a compact and lightweight design that’s unobtrusive and comfortable with all day battery life and quick charge capabilities. The headset itself has nice premium feel to it, even though it’s very lightweight. I like the fact the headset has actually physical buttons instead of touch sensitive ones. This just makes it easier when using them for work. The boom mic has a satisfying feel to it and a flip to mute function that the headset announces when it’s muted or unmuted. Call quality on both ends was excellent and the noise canceling mic helps quite down things on your side. Besides call quality, I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality when using them for music, though they won’t be used for that they sound good if you do. If you need an inexpensive and lightweight headset for work and a little play, the Zone 300 are a great option.

I’ve provided pictures so you can view the various parameters. It all works slickly and it makes a difference. The Logi Tune App will also provide tools to modify parameters on a few other Logitech Business products. PERFORMANCE: The ZONE 300 are very lightweight and sat on my (large) ears with little clamping and no build up of heat. Controls are only slightly raised from the ear shell, so they take getting used to for me to find reliably. Bluetooth strength was as good as any other headphone I’ve used. I could wander anywhere in my room without losing the signal. As far as sound and mic performance, the ZONE 300 was just OK for my needs - out of the box. The sound contour through the headphones was weighted too much towards the bass for me. The microphone was too low in volume for a listener at the other end. No worry. The Logi Tune App let me easily make adjustments using their test tools. I changed the sound contour to my liking in the App which instantly applied to the headphones. I raised the level of my mic input so I was sending a louder voice signal. Even while in a meeting, it was just easy to use the controls to make adjustments without the sample tones if the meeting has begun. Or, there are on-headphone volume controls for that setting. Mute is as simple as lifting the “mic” up. You are now muted. Speaking of the MIC, it was eerie how the microphone selectively allowed my voice to stand out from background activity. A TV playing in the background or yard noises when I was working on my deck were diminished in volume while my voice remained clear. SUMMARY: I love how easy it is to set up these Logitech meeting products. When you’re rushing into a meeting or setting up for students, you don’t want aggravations from your equipment. These ZONE 300 headphones from Logitech are simple-to-use, effective, flexible, modifiable, and reliable. These are the right answer to the question of how to ensure trouble-free meeting sessions.

The range on this headset is great. I work from home and have yet to find a spot in my ranch-style house where the headsets don't work. Battery life lasts a long time. I've gone an entire week without charging, and it was only down to 50%. People say they hear me clearly and have no issues with my sound. I think I sound muffled, but I'm not. The automatic mute when you put the mic up is fantastic when you have a sneeze or cough sneak up on you quickly. Throwing the mic up is faster than trying to find the mute option in Teams, and it works! If I'm done with a meeting and forget to turn the headset off, they shut off on their own. No issues connecting to my work PC. The only con I have so far, after 3 weeks of use, is that they are snug on the ears. I wear glasses and have to adjust them if I'm wearing the headset for a long time.

The box contains the headset, USB-C cable, and a safety compliance and warranty information booklet. The app that you will need to download is Logi Tune, and it’s a free application. The app allows you to pair the headset, use an equalizer, and update the firmware. The headset was very simple to set up, and was set up in less than a couple of minutes, start to finish. Pairing was easy, adjusting the equalizer was easy, and operation of the headset controls are easy, as well. The controls are all on the left side of the header, in one convenient location. The clarity of my voice to others is superior. The same goes for how well I could hear others on the headset. Phone calls and voice chats over a messaging system or gaming chat, were crystal clear as well. The battery life is fantastic. Charging is quick and the battery life in full use is pretty good too. I’d recommend this headset to anyone that needs a headset for online voice calls, chats or handsfree phone calls.

This headset provided a service that I needed and has been a pleasure to use. It is a noise reducing bluetooth headset with a boom mike. Ridiculously, the specs on the Best Buy product page show the weight to be 4.3 pounds. No way. The headset is 4.3 ounces. The box it was shipped in would not even come close to 4.3 pounds. It is easy to put this headset on and forget it. The earpads are soft and pliable, and the headset produces great sound. I streamed music and marveled at the crystal clear sound. When used for hands free operation of my iPhone, I heard the folks on the other side of my calls clearly, and they heard me. Apple Music and YouTube Music sounded just fine. People on the other end of telephone calls did not cut out when I spoke, and I could talk without them stepping on me. This headset was a much better solution than using the speakerphone feature on the iPhone. Pairing the device with my iPhone was simple and immediate in execution. You can also pair your headset with your computer, if desired, to make VOIP calls, Google Voice calls or for Zoom conferencing. It just works! Highly recommended.

I bought this headset a few weeks ago and I'm really satisfied with it. The sound quality is excellent, both for listening to music. It's also very comfortable to wear for long periods. This is the second pair I have had. The first I had to return because it would not charge or connect right out of the box. The microphone will sometimes start cutting out on the second, so I have to switch back to my JLAB headphones in the middle of meetings. The power button is hard to find to on the side of the ear piece. Also, the voice that tells you the status of the headphones is so soft I can hardly hear it. As far as comfort, I have no complaints. Would I recommend them, probably not. The more I use Logitech products, the less of a fan I'm becoming.

I wear this headset for about 10 hours a day. It is so comfortable. I line that when i raise the mic it automatically mutes. The sound quality is amazing for the other person. And the sound for me is great.

Great price point, sound quality, and comfort. I didn't want to spend as much as I would for my gaming headsets. I just needed something for work, and these are perfect! You can easily mute and unmute by lifting the mic up and down. They are not bulky and fit comfortably on my head and ears. I really love the price point!

I was looking for something comfortable cordless and also great audio, it was amazing, I like the way I could use with my laptop. It helps me a lot for trainnings & online meetings.

Perfect for working from home. Picks up calls. Able to mute, answer and hang up easily. My patients can easily hear me and I can hear them perfectly. Makes typing while talking so much easier. Only wish the volume could go up a little bit higher for when working outside or in the car. Highly recommend!

Great Quality. Lightweight and fits my head perfectly. Sometimes has issues connecting right away. There is a bit of lag when connecting to discord especially but once it is connected works perfectly
