The 2 complaints is I was hoping it would still be comfortable after 2hrs but start to be a pain. So good for less then 2 hrs before it is not comfortable. Also the cable can tangle a bit but not as bad as those thin cables.

It does come with a type A adapter but the electrical connection in it is not reliable mechanically. The headset and its cable/connector is fine.

Should have bought another Bose product

Main problem is I need to utilize this device for many work hours during the day. It makes my ears very sore after after a few hours as opposed to a Bose product I previously used.

No problems this far and when I push the mic up it automatically goes on mute. Overall a good buy. Only thinking that maybe I should have gotten the wireless one.
