It does come with a type A adapter but the electrical connection in it is not reliable mechanically. The headset and its cable/connector is fine.

Main problem is I need to utilize this device for many work hours during the day. It makes my ears very sore after after a few hours as opposed to a Bose product I previously used.

No problems this far and when I push the mic up it automatically goes on mute. Overall a good buy. Only thinking that maybe I should have gotten the wireless one.

MS Teams mute integration
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am just going to start with my favorite feature. The mute button syncs with MS teams. If I unmute on my computer, the light on the headset turns off, if I use the unmute on the headset it unmutes on the computer. I have gotten so used to screwing up my response to someone because I accidently double mute myself. In the meetings I am loud and clear, and I can hear quite well. I listened to some music and some of my video training as well. I even plugged them into my tablet and watched a show with them. They were clear and geared towards voices versus the cinematic experience, but they did get the job done. I have android phones and the work nicely with my android tablets and phone that have usb c ports. It comes a USB C to USB A adapter that isn’t connected, that is a tad annoying as it is easy to misplace if you are using these between multiple devices. I don’t believe they were completely intended for that purpose as the ear pads don’t rotate to fold flat. I love the simple design and functionality Pros: • MS Teams integration • Clear voices • Mic isolates voice even in noisy areas • USB C and USB A • Comfortable • Works with my Android device (Samsung, Motorola) • Works with Windows Cons: • USB C to USB A adapter isn’t connected • Ear pads do not fold flat
