I ended up returning the product after 1 day use of 7hrs.

Looks nice, not too heavy…so why do my ears hurt? I have small ears…they hurt after about 30 minutes of constant wear. Noise canceling…does that mean when it disconnects from the computer and the sound is pushed through the computer speakers? Then yes…noise canceling:no sound from headset. Its PLUGGED IN! How is this happening? Maybe i dont know how to work a usb plug n play.

RUN!!! Cx complaining the whole time

Needed a new headset and got the highest ones in (Best Buy) not that many at all to choose from. It felt so soft. Next day exited, cx will have no issues. WRONG!!! Cx complaining about how I sound like im under water, they can't hear me was the main one. I had to talk really loud. On top of that My ears were sore. Headset is not comfortable, squeezes your ears. Returned for a refund. I wanted to like the headset soooo bad. Loved how the mute was. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WORK HEADSET. Look elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

The cord constantly twists and has kinked itself. Today when getting ready for my shift, it kept telling me my mute button was on depending on how I moved the wire. I’m very upset, they were bought April 1st and work great except for this issue.

Super frustrating with all the virtual work. Generally inconsistent. Also, a design feature that is frustrating: the hang up button on the wire is way too easy to hit.
